I just had an amazing experience with Mike who was very generous to me at a time when I am without insurance (to pay for CPAP supplies or afford a doctors visit for prescriptions). I don’t want to go into great detail and put them in a tough position with people expecting the same treatment I got, but do note that Mike was very kind to me despite the fact that I’ve never received CPAP supplies from them before.

I went in to pick up my new CPAP today. Carly was such a huge help. She showed me everything I need to know, fitted me for a mask, explained how to clean and was very thorough. Their service was exceptional. Not only that theyll be following up with me from time to time to make sure everythings okay, and have an open line in case I have any problems. This is the kind of service I wish I received everywhere.

We had a great experience at Airway Oxygen today. Our rep Carly was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. She explained how to use and clean my new CPAP machine. She fitted my mask so it fit perfectly on my face. She was accommodating and offered many tips to help me get started.

Friendly enough unless your dealing with someone on the phone. Great selection but purchasing wheelchairs, repairing wheelchairs, getting quotes, finding out what needs to be done is all but easy, quick, or user friendly. Two week “repair time” estimate quickly turned into a over two month ordeal in a loaner wheelchair that I call the rolling brick.Time frame for my recent repair:Drop off wheel chair- 5 days to get to the repair office2 weeks for someone to look at it to decide what to repair and get a script from the doctor2 weeks for parts and a week wait for the repairs.5 days to get it back to the office I dropped it off atThings to keep in mind the only office that does repairs is in Grand Rapids, they keep no parts besides the cheapest ones in stock.

They worked around my schedule since Im a truck driver so I could get my new machine. Explanation of how it worked was excellent. Love the machine. I would recommend them.

I have had Carly for a few years now and she is awesome! Whenever I need anything for my c-pap she is quick to respond and tremendously helpful! After being told that I cant buy my cpap supplys because I didnt have a script from my doctor. All I can say is thanks I saved money Ill be buying my supplys from Amazon from here on out.

Airway Oxegon has provided my daughter. Felicia with all her supplies for 25 years and they are great! All the supplies come right on time and if I ever need anything they make sure I have it ASAP! My baby had a prescription for a nebulizer and supplies forwarded to them due to the fact they were the only ones in Muskegon that took her insurance, and I couldnt have had a better experience! Starting from the second they received the order to the order being complete and totally covered by insurance, from the phonecall they place as soon as its available for pick up, took only a few minutes. All employees were very kind, professional and you could tell they truly cared about their job and customers! I also was throughly educated about how to use and care for the nebulizer machine! Thank you Airway Oxygen for everything you did for my baby girl and I will be coming back with any other orders or questions I may have in future, and I will refer anyone looking for any kind of care from here on out!!!

I was assigned to go here for a cpap. As I watched a technician set everything in my new cpap to automatic I took it home and used it for a while. Come to find out I can purchase this device online for less than $600 dollars delivered...... and set it to automatic mode myself. I will have paid these people over $2000 dollars for this machine by the time it is done. Do your research before before a doctor points you here.They are even billing me an extra $30 dollars a month because my cpap has humidity.

Worst business ever! Needed wheelchair repair. Kept getting a run around with Dr. has not sent an order over. Our notes show we sent a request to the Dr. but we have not heard from your Dr. Our Drs nurse called them with an order and then called us to let us know that she called them. THREE weeks later still no word from them. Called them again and they have no record of the nurse calling. They also have in their notes Patient never called back. THEY never called the patient!!! I gave them tons of time to deal with the request and they never did anything! They are rude on the phone and in person.
