Second experience with the service department and I’m done. Never taking it back. First time they had my Talon took them 2 weeks just to look at it when I got it back it was leaking fluid out of the front differential. The plug was loose! Second time it’s been there 3 weeks & all they’ve done is change the oil & unplug the battery. Jeff tells you “we’re looking at it right now” knowing they’re not. Called 3 days later, tells me they’re looking at it. I thought you looked at it 3 days ago. Then put me on hold for 10 minutes on 2 different occasions.

Parts guy is a joke. He ordered a replacement key for the ignition. It doesnt fit in ignition. How can you order a key without the number off of the key. He told me no way I can get my money back. And I still dont have a key. He said it was my fault.I would like to know why the manufacturer says you have to give them the number to order the key and he didnt do that. I gave him the number off of my key when I called but he just ignored it and apparently ordered what he wanted. So beware!! The parts guy should have explained this before I ordered it.

WE bought a new Honda 520 Forman last Saturday. Never owned a Honda always been a Yamaha man. Local Yamaha dealer their really didnt seem to care if we bought one or not. So Ive waited to see if I made a good decision before I said anything. 50 hrs on her will climb over anything, particularly quiet for the speed I ride which is FAST. No problems super happy with this machine. Thanks Jeff for helping us pick the right machine.

The staff at Motorsports went above and beyond to insure my purchase experience was smooth. I was at the 2019 Oklahoma Balloon Festival and decided I wanted a Kawasaki mule to ride around on. I purchased it over the phone before noon sight unseen and by 2:30 pm of the same day they had delivered it with gas and I was on my way! Now thats customer service.

Drove down from Tulsa and glad I did. Could not get service by knowledgeable mechanics in Tulsa. The crew at Motor Sports took care of my mechanical needs at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I was so impressed I sold my old Honda and bought a new one from them The price was far less than my hometown dealers in Tulsa were willing to sell. I will continue to drive to Muskogee for service and will trade my other ATV there when I decide to buy another new one. Honest, fair and great service. They have earned my business!

This place lies we took a Honda fourtrax 300 there and they said it had black oil and it has never had an oil changed when it left here it was gold oil never take a atv / sxs there

If I could give it zero stars I would. I responded to a post on FB marketplace for a UTV that was for sale. I specifically asked when would be a good time to come look it over and was told they closed at 3p that day. We live an hour and a half away and it was already around 11-11:30. We hurriedly got things together so we could see it. When we arrived, we had to find someone (though to be fair the gentleman was with someone else). He then took us around back and upon asking if we could at leaststarted it, he told us it needed to have oil changed and a “checklist” performed on it. He made absolutely no mention of this in our messages or we would’ve waited to see it instead of rushing around to see it before closed not to mention posted it for sale on marketplace. He told us he would contact us on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) when it had the “checklist” done. I waited all day today (Tuesday) and received no phone call nor message from them. Very poor customer service! Very disappointed and will go elsewhere to buy my UTV.

Brought my bike in for service on our cross country ride from Arizona to Chicago. Mechanic noticed their was oil leaking from the bottom of my cases. We for seeing the worse started looking for a place to stay. Mechanic (Rusty) said not to worry we close at 6 but talked to the boss and agreed we could stay late and get you back on the road. By 7.10 they had us up and running. Getting dinner paid for by the dealer which we didnt ask for but greatly appreciated. Happy days again. Thank you all for going above and beyond.

Thanks Nicky for getting us a lower a.p.r. rate than the other dealers Why drive to Tennessee to sit for 8 hours in the dealership while they try to force stuff you dont want down your throat. We bought a brand new Kawasaki Mule and during the buying process were treated very well. However, we were abandoned by the sales guy the minute we were sent to financing. No offers of accessories (normally offered and discounted at the time of purchase) and no follow-up as we were leaving. I called back a couple of days later to inquire about ordering a roof and windshield and was told by the sales guy, that hed order it and call me when it gets in. This happened, no lie, four times over the next four weeks. Guess what? Never got a call - not one single time, despite me calling all the time. I was courteous but after 2 or 3 times, i expressed to whomever i was speaking to at the moment my great frustration at the lack of response. Each time, i discovered that the items had never been ordered and each time I was told they would order and call me. Did not happen. I spoke to the original sales guy (Gregg) twice, my wife stopped in once and spoke to him, and a guy in the parts department. Each of these encounters was to have solved my problem. It wasnt until I spoke to Pamela (? I think), that things finally happened. The parts got ordered by her, although I never got a call when they came in. I went in when she told me they should be in and they were finally. I have never worked so hard and trying to give a business my money and have never faced some apathy about customer satisfaction as I did with MotorSports of Muskogee. I will not be doing business with them again and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Drove down from Tulsa to see if all Honda dealers are the same. What a surprise when I got to Motorsports of Muskogee. It wasnt the biggest shop that Ive been to looking for a Talon. What I did get was honest people, great selection, and a friendly atmosphere. He answered all my questions and didnt push me into a sale I didnt want. Kudos Motorsports we will be back for the next one.

Great people very helpful! Awesome parts people. They Searched high and low for a 15$ gasket I needed, they showed it in stock but being old stock it was hard to locate but they never gave up and successfully located it for me.

Very rude and hateful!!!! Left Side by side for over 2 weeks when they said it’d be fixed in 24 hours!! Then after calling them about it multiple times they kept saying “I give you my word” about getting it done that day or the next and it wasn’t every time. Their word is worth nothing! And they didn’t fix or even look at some thing that I told them to, and it was $100 more than they said and they had it longer and did lessThis experience was about my dad and his experience in bringing his side-by-side.

Went to look at side by sides. Muskogee Motorsports had a selection Ive only seen at big city shops. Nice people, They werent the cheapest one I found but after talking to the salesman with all the options I wanted and how the machine actually works( at least a hour) without me commiting to the sale showed my their are still good places to buy your fun machines. Needless to say we love are Polaris.

Had a friend who needed a tire over the holiday weekend. This place was the closest place that had the tire on a Saturday. We knew we would pay full price for the tire which was $240. But they charge enough labor to rack up the bill to $400. Anybody reading this knows that it should not be $400 for a new motorcycle tire put on the Wheel when the wheel was brought to them. Yes they did patch a tube but they charged us half an hours shop charge to patch a tube and another half hour to take the belt drive wheel off. Thats 5 bolts. If we had known that we would have done it ourselves. But the attitude of the shop manager was too bad. You should have asked. Very poor customer service and attitude....but hey, we were from out of town. Highway robbery.

I bought a side by side. Salesman quoted out the door price. But still charged me $300. Doc fee. it that typical of a cash deal.no one else charges doc fee on otd .cash sale.little disappointed. Almost 11.grand an didnt remember me the next day

Had my bike at another local dealer for a month and couldnt fix it. Picked it up after paying 211.91 and still broke. Took to Motorsports and in 2 days my Yamaha Stryker was running like new. Fixed it for under 100 bucks. YOU GUYS ROCK .

I had a tire blow out on Memorial Day Weekend and found a tire here. I brought the tire in off the bike and they did the work. It took them less than an hour to patch a tube, mount and balance. The tire was $250. They charged 1.5 hours of labor at $91 per hour even though their rates say tire off the bike is .5 hours at $85. When we asked, the service manager said he charged.5 to patch, . 5 to mount and .5 to balance. The bill came to over $400. I had just had the tire done at an actual dealership and they only charged an hour. When confronted he said, well “guess you should have asked” and that I should have brought it back to the place in IA.This was highway Robbery because he knew I was from out of state and had no options.

This place is a rip off 400$ to put on 4 tires on a 4wheeler and i already have the tires. I can get 4 tires put on my pickup cheaper than that...no thnx 👎🏿

They didnt seem to have time for my questions or really have many dirt bike necessities. ORielys down the road is where I was sent. I have 3 dirt bikes of my own so it wasnt like I was just window shopping and left bec the cost....I left cause they didnt have much to offer. Tons to look at though if you are in the market I reckon.

No one asked me if I needed help... Place was empty and Ive been looking to buy a side by side or quad and unfortunately I wont be able to buy from my hometown because of bad customer service! This was my 3rd visit without being acknowledged!!! Only gave it two stars because of the selection.
