The price here for windshield wipers is way too high.

Advance Auto was Excellent! I needed my auto battery checked... They did a complete diagnostic check... Everything was fine.

Mostly helpful staff. Only gripe is more than once theyve not had the oil listed on the ad in Stock according to the weight of the oil not the brand. Same thing with batteries. Go during the day on a weekday for the best staff advice and experience.

Thought I had ordered some speaker wire online. But for some reason my order didn’t process. But I still ended up with a great deal with 70% off the price anyways

Advance Auto Parts has always been a good place to shop for all your Autoparts needs. Chris the manager at this particular store runs a tight ship and his employees are kind, courteous and knowledgeable.

Approx. 8pm, Hour before closing i walked in and asked the 3 associates if someone could test my battery or alternator since my car was having issues starting from time to time. When i asked all 3, 2 behind the counter looked at the 3rd and the 3rd just sighed and said, yeah. i responded with i appreciate that and walked outside. The associate dragged his feet outside to help me. We found out the battery was bad and it wasnt the alternator. I told the guy ill get my wallet and we can replace the battery now. When i went into pay the associate told me that they were not allowed to install batteries that it would cost extra. I knew this was a lie but did not argue and took my business to ORileys who were much more of a help than they were at Advanced Auto. Never going to Advanced again.

I bought windshield wiper blades just now in the pouring rain and the guy offered to replace them for me. My husband told them it was raining pretty hard, but they insisted on doing it and put on their raincoats and went out in the pouring rain to replace my windshield wiper blades. I appreciate it very much!
