Very Happy with 6 shooter. I needed front and rear brakes done and the day I called for an estimate they were able to fit me in to get the job done. Very nice woman at the front desk. I will definitely return if I have any other mechanical needs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Made an appointment and they had my vehicle for over a week. Never called once. I called over a week later, and I asked when they could do it. The lady told me she had to check her appointmets and would call me back in 30 minutes. Never got a call. They are friendly but the most unprofessional mechanic Ive used. I cant reccomend anyone else but avoid this place at all costs.

The owners of this shop were awesome! We had an issue with the RV we were renting, and they fixed it on the spot—at NO CHARGE. So refreshing, considering all that’s going on in our world right now. Would recommend this facility to anyone in the Muskogee area!

If I could give this group 6 out of 5 stars, I would. My car wouldnt start in town around 2PM. Called them after being turned away by another mechanic and they squeezed me in 2.5 hours before closing. Charlene told me on the phone we always try to help travelers she was 100% serious. I needed a part from Tulsa that wouldnt get there until the next morning, despite my need to get to OKC that night. So they DROVE TO TULSA THAT NIGHT to get the part. Installed it at 8PM and I was on the road by days end. Very reasonably priced and they actually care about their customers, which is a rarity in todays world.I have people I met that day in the town for the first time that I will be going out of my way to recommend this group. Never had a better auto experience in my life.

I would highly recommend going here. I took my mini cooper in and they accurately diagnosed my problem. They even had the parts ordered before I got there based on my description so they could repair it that day. When the part they ordered was faulty they got me a cheaper temporary part and stayed late to get me back on the road that day with the replacement part coming in the next day at no extra charge. They also found something else and got that fixed as well. Really appreciate the hard work.

They are wonderful, polite and hardworking. I have found a lot of bad shops this isn’t one of those. This will be my shop permanently!!!

James and Charlene and Crew are AMAZING brought my 2005 H2 Hummer in he diagnosed the problem and put new Transmission in and while doing that he noticed a few other things that needed attention and by doing that it saved me $700.00 in labor cost by doing them Truly Amazing I didnt think they had Auto shops like this anymore THANKS James you have a Customer for LIFE.

My Pathfinder broke down en route from Texas to Minnesota. I was pulling a U-Haul as we were in the process of relocating. James and his team were sensitive to my situation and agreed to squeeze me into a very busy schedule. This can be the ultimate nightmare for a traveler, but they did a great job working me in and getting me up and running as quickly as they could at a fair price.

Best auto repair experience ever! If you have to break down, make sure its near Muskogee and make your way straight to 6 Shooter Auto Repair. We bought a used van, and shortly thereafter, the transmission went out. They obtained a rebuilt transmission and replaced it in a timely manner for a reasonable price. The transmission had a local warranty.A week later, while driving to Minnesota, the transmission went out again in Illinois. We reached an agreement that I would have the transmission removed and shipped back to them, and they would honor the warranty for the repair, and ship it back. I covered the coat of removal and reinstallation, and shopping to them. They would pay for the return shopping. They estimated a two day turn around. When I first called back to check on the status of the rebuild, they told me that the time estimate was actually a week. After two weeks, I checked back again. They said they had the transmission back and it would ship the next day. Two days later, I called to see if out had shipped, and when I could expect delivery. I was told that the shipping company had not yet picked it up, but that they would call them to find out what was going on, and that they would call me back, or I could call back in ten minutes. Two hours later, when I called back, the owner chewed me out for bugging him, and told me that they would call me when it ships and hung up on me. In the three weeks that Ive been dealing with this, the only time the have called me was when the transmission arrived and the shipper mistakenly tried to charge them, which I immediately took care of.This shop has a good reputation, but I feel they need to seriously work on their communication and customer service.

We broke down not far from Muskogee during a relocation from Atlanta to Seattle. We chose 6 Shooter Auto Repair based on their positive reviews and their proximity to our hotel. James and Charlene prioritized the replacement of our battery so that we could get back on the road quickly. I found them to be considerate, fair to deal with, and very welcoming during a really stressful time in our lives. I even watched them shuttle customers back to work and home while their vehicles were being worked on! I really wish I could clone the Gilleans and their team and move them out West with us.

Outstanding experience! The 6 Shooter Auto Repair team took care of us from start to finish! After leaving Arlington, TX we experienced a problem with one of our wheels and luckily found the best customer service in all of Oklahoma! We enjoyed meeting the team, owners James and Charlene and their boys, and Nick took great care of our vehicle and explained everything throughout the process. Cant recommend them enough. You dont ever wish anything to happen to your car, but if it does, you wish you had a local mechanic like the team at 6 Shooter!

Six shooter is a rip off they had my car for a whole month an 3 days for a carburetor problem an a oil leak. So they replace carburetor an suppose to fix oil leak but when i get home there no oil in it just a lil black dot on tip of stick have video to prove it i been making video everyday since picking it up just to sho theres no oil

Mr.Segrest I am truly sorry that you had an issue with your transmission. When we talked & you decide to ship your transmission back to us. I told you that my transmission builder should be able to get it turned around pretty quickly. I dont remember telling you it would be a 2 day turn around. When I talked to the builder he said he would get it repaired as quick as possible. I called my rebuilder everyday about your transmission & that was all I could do. About getting aggravated yesterday, I apologize for that. I was short but no were near rude or unprofessional. I know it was inconvenient for you & your wife. I did the best I could do with the power that I had! When you called yesterday my wife told you that the shipping company would be there today to pick it up & she would call you as soon as we got the ETA & they left with your transmission. You called back 3 hours later & the first thing you said to me was Ive been waiting to hear from you & you were pretty crapy about it. It did aggravate me. I cant make the shipping company drop what they were doing & come get my shipment. They have a schedule they have to go by! We repair between 75 to 100 car a week at my shop with a 4 person crew. We work from 8:00 am to 11:00,12:00,1or 2:00 in the morning. You & your vehicle was important to me. I just couldnt control the other people involved! You should have your transmission back to you tomorrow. Have a safe trip & God bless you!
