Kevin and Kim have always been great for me to deal with. I have used them for a few different things here and there and always enjoy seeing the final product when done. He ALWAYS blows my mind with they great designs he comes up with when I tell him what Im wanting. I highly recommend them.

The lady was very nice and considerate but the guy was a jerk. Hateful fella, lacks customer service skills, just rude. Took too long for one shirt. I realize they have other orders, but ordering it Friday morning and getting it Saturday evening is pathetic. The other shirt guy that used to be in front of Claires in the same mall would have your order in a matter of minutes! I called that next morning to check on the status of my order and he was condescending saying, Did you get a text yet? WE. Will. Text. You. When. Your. Order. Is. Ready. Messed up my shirt I ordered with a misspelling and when I called about it he stated that I signed the invoice but hed fix it for me anyway, which was surprising. Doubt Ill go back.

Went in with a simple task. Screen print a number on a shirt that I purchased elsewhere. Counter staff seemed put off that I already had a shirt. Should have trusted my gut, but I thought I would give them a chance anyway. I have been coaching soccer and ordering uniforms for over a decade. I have never had a uniform number look this wrinkled. If I had just Googled them first and read a previous review, I couldve saved money and agrivation. A photo of the shirt can be seen in the above photo gallery.
