We went there to get info on our Hyundai Sonata. We find out we still dont know exactly what will fix it. But everyone was friendly and as helpful as possible.

I went to the dealership because I knew I wanted a small SUV, and had done research online comparing models and brands of said type of vehicle. Hyundai had been recommended to me by a family member, and I decided to purchase the vehicle in my state instead of crossing state lines (since I live quite close to the Oklahoma/Arkansas border) to do so. I was completely up front about why I had come; I needed a new car and told them what model I was interested in. I gave it a short test drive, was satisfied by the performance the car gave me, and decided I would buy it. Since my former car had mechanical issues, I wasnt expecting much trade-in value, and was satisfied with the amount offered for it. The buying process took a few hours, naturally, but while waiting for the formalities and paperwork to be finished, I was comfortable waiting at the dealership. The staff were attentive and polite, and their hospitality was appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and may purchase from them again.

You should buy somewhere else. Mclarty is not far away and they treat you great. Crain will also treat you well. They are all honest. James Hodge is not honest. I have been trying to get an issue solved since the day we bought the car, and they keep pushing me off to another person. Their famous words are, ill take care of you. Then they never get back to you. I even asked them to write down the issue in the, you owe, we owe. The manager said he would, but did not. The service is fine until you agree on the price of the vehicle, then they act like you dont even matter. All I want is the extra key you have promised since we agreed on the car. Stop passing me off and solve the issue please.

Will never take my car there again brand new motor and had a oil leak and had me in a rental for a month and a half

Not professional when trying to schedule service appointment. Finally get to the dealership to find out they don’t carry a product specifically rolled out through Hyundai of America and suggested I go elsewhere to get it done. When I asked where to purchase I was told anywhere but here we don’t carry it, none of the Hodge dealerships do. I didn’t purchase a car here due to non transparent pricing and wish they weren’t the closest dealership for oil changes.

Great service department. Did diagnostic analysis, and OKed operating condition. Recommended service in future without overselling now. Prompt friendly service. May have to wait in line to get there.

The staff there was very friendly. Didnt feel like I was getting attacked when I stepped out of my vehicle. The salesman wasnt pushy in anyway. Had several cars to look at and if I didnt see one they was willing to find one that I might have liked better.

We purchased a 2021 hyundai tucson. The salesman Justin McCall listened to what I wanted and what I didnt want. He didnt try and push something towards me that I didnt want. He was very courteous and respectful. It was just Justin it was the whole team. We have 2 children and 1 is ADD/ADHD and not one person said a thing about him being a little loud. I just cant say thank you enough for listening to my needs and wants on a new vehicle!!!

I traded in my old car for a new one. The process day of was fine, but they took so long to send the pay off for the car that I traded in that the bank assessed late fees and it was reported to my credit as a late payment. I called several times and was told each time that the person I needed to speak with about the issue had already left or wasnt in that day and that theyd call me back. Of course, they never called back, so I had to keep calling.On top of that, the car I bought began having issues the week that I bought it. I took it to the shop and was told that they needed to order the part and Id have to bring it back for the replacement. I brought it back once the part was in, only for that new part to also not work. Now, Im waiting on yet another part and have to come back to Muskogee a third time once it is in. I live an hour away and have one day off per week, which Id rather not spend having to bring my car back for repairs every day.If I could do it over, Id be wary of buying from them.

I am having a problem with my engine burning too much oil on cross country driving. I am from Illinois and we had made a trip to Oklahoma because our soninlaw passed away. We went to be with our daughter. Driving only 700 miles, my car burnt 1 quart plus 4 ounces of oil. So we had to stop at this Hyundai dealer in Muskogee to have them document it and fill the oil so the Illinois Hyundai would see we had an issue with the oil again. we are still going thru oil consumption testing with Hyundai and we are hoping they take care of this matter soon or we will have to go further up, probably to corporate.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would Marcellus and Austin are great. They are people who truly value customer service and have a great selection. Cant say enough good things.

I made a reservation to get my oil changed. Was greeted when I arrived and pointed toward the waiting room. In about an hour I was told the job was complete but the oil dip handle had broken off. A new one was to be ordered. It should arrive next week. Waiting room was pleasant.

Employees in the service Dept was very nice. First time going there. I had an oil change an flat fixed. The only thing that was taking care of, checking all air in the other tires an the flat was over inflated. I didnt get a print out of how much tread was left on tires an rotation wasnt done.I feel that service could have been more detailed.

I was a little upside down on my trade in but the motivated staff got me and my fiancé into exactly the car she wanted and the experience was as trouble free as it could be! Could not have asked for more. the car developed a noise after a week and they gave me a loaner no questions asked 20 minutes before close and fixed the issue free of charge. I have purchased the car from them several year ago. I have also purchased GAP insurance. Things were good at first.This year I have called them multiple with GAP insurance related issues, my GAP insurance is still current. Each time no one was available. I would leave a message and no one would call me back. Most recent time I demanded to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was not available, but would call me right back. Never got a phone call from anyone. So if you are looking for a place that will provide a reliable customer service after several years, look somewhere else.

This is an honest dealership. My Lincoln had a two thousand dollar repair and it had nearly 100,000 miles on it. We elected to trade the car and they helped us into a new Sonata. I love the warranty and the car is phenomenal

Worst place to buy from.. yeah there all wonderful while buying the car.. then you get it and they dont get your tag sent for 6 months! Then refuse to pay the total for the tag after the fees are unreal.. they legit wrote a $10 check.. I never even cashed it. Never again.

They did a good job for me getting me financed for a vehicle, but corporate had not done a very good job with helping me with my needs... My tag has expired and they said the corporate lady that does them has not released my title to get the tag for my car in a professional manner and Im upset with them because if they do not get on a ball Im going to end up being penalized for my tag being out on my vehicle or maybe even getting pulled over because my tag is expired by two days

Overall, they did a good job. However, they do not communicate well. I went in on a Monday to set a Friday appointment. No problem. I requested assistance with a spare tire as well as the usual oil change and tires . When I went to get my car, the spare hadnt been done. It had not been written on my work order and the attendant who helped me never relayed the information. When I inquired, the elder assistant stated no one knew and now no time. He was a little rude about it. They did my spare but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Quick diagnosis and repair. No squabbles over whether or not covered by warranty. Very satisfied.
