Always friendly and they make amazing coffees! The only reason the 4 star is Ive been stuck in the drive through line often, like 15 minutes once. I have a toddler and its a hassle to get him in and out so I use the drive through 100% of the time and its frustrating to wait in line that long but I go every chance I get anyway!

Road tripping, wanted Starbucks. This was the only location on the way to where we were going and they were closed when the hours online stated they were open. Definitely need to update hours if their not going to be open during normal hours. Kind of ridiculous

Im giving this a one star because the hours of this Starbucks are pick and choose on the door it says they close at 5 but noone is there. And online it says they close at 9 I work the night shift and I need coffee to stay awake through the day it is so disappointing to see Starbucks closed like this because they dont have a set hour schedule. Please fix this problem or get new managers.

Starbucks on a non iced road day is where you can find us picking up our mobile order on the weekends to tackle our day(s). After a couple hiccups using the app, we have gotten it straightened out and have had some pretty positive interactions.

They move extremely slow. even when it wasn’t busy. absolutely ridiculous. and i only had one drink. classic meltdown of a franchise.

I’d honestly give it no stars if I could. They never give you what you’re drink is supposed to be. Strawberry açaís are literally water with ice. No strawberries. And literally a drop of strawberry syrup. It’s just pink water. They are always out of everything. Their frappes are always missing something, because again, they’re out of either whip or caramel. You have to go at a certain time, when someone knows how to make your drinks. Broken arrow is now the new spot.

Muskogee location kills it! Love my daily lunch pick me up.

I am from Washington state, and have been out here for about three years. I was extremely happy about this location. The service had been great, now the store Is never open. Or if it is, its an odd schedule. Hoping the regular hours come back, and I can soon rely on you being open!

Their mobile order system is very dis- organized at this location. You can’t go in the lobby sometimes sometimes you can. You can sit in the mobile pick up spot but they will never bring it out. So using the mobile app at this location is useless because they are so slow you sit in line for 30 minutes anyway. I have never seen a Starbucks this slow. It’s the only one between Texas and Missouri on my drive to Dallas. From now on I’ll just wait. Not worth always adding 30 minutes to my trip.

It is what it is. Friendly staff, typical SB fare, but this location seemed a bit unkempt. Tough to get into with the odd location too, just wasnt a slam dunk for me (although it definitely wasnt bad)

Awful service! I ordered through the app and waited outside in the pick up area for over 20 minutes because the doors were locked. No one came out and no one would answer the phone. I had to beat on the door to get anyone to come. If you can’t accommodate mobile orders then turn off the function on the app or change your pick up sign to say you have to get in the drive-thru line. Ridiculous. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until this location.

They normally make great drinks here but don’t go here if you want anything special they run out of all of their products every week

Worst Hot Chocolate EVER!! Batista said something about the mocha being different...Tasted like a powdered packet in way to much hot water.

Our drinks were great. Service wasnt so great. It seemed, as though, we were bothering them when we walked inside.

I’m from Seattle and only recently moved to Oklahoma. I was having a hard time finding a Starbucks to go to because none of them tasted or felt quite like home, until I stopped at this one. Nikki is the reason this Starbucks deserves 5 stars and more! Her customer service is unparalleled. Her ability to remember customer drinks is flawless and her personality is worth even being a few minutes late to work! Thank you for making Oklahoma seem not so far away from home.

They gave me somebody elses order at first what you could not get back because the Coronavirus which is good but when they did give me my order my croissants were cold and the Frappuccino iced coffees that I ordered were only halfway full of coffee the rest of it was whipped cream

Staff is friendly, but most of the time the service is very slow. The lobby was not open and four cars were in front of us. It took 20 minutes.

This place has very good breakfast pastries, and banana bread.

Staff was nice. Unfortunately, the oatmeal was barely warm upon driving the 1.5 miles to my hotel yo eat it.

Great place, great people. One thing to remember, just because its not on the menu doesnt mean they cant make it for you. I order customized drinks all the time and theyve always made it for me without hesitation. I would recommend this place.

I travel for a living, been to some Starbucks in my day. Nikki, “Coffee Girl” in Muskogee. Top notch. She is the sweetest girl, order spot on every time, knows me by what I order, and is the most beautiful “Coffee Girl” Starbucks has......the slogan should be her !!!

Ok I love Starbucks but I went in the one in muskogee 1/18/2021 and I got a white chocolate mocha which is a sweet drink not the one I got today it was bitter. I wasnt happy at all

Waited in line forover an hour. Ordered an Americana with cream and a no whip hoot mocha. We were given a cold mocha and a cold cup of cream with just enough coffee to slightly color the drink. NEVER AGAIN!

I drive a truck I almost took a 30 minute detour to get some coffee when I got there they have a sign on their door saying drive through only which for me wont be possible because of the truck so I call in and Im told that they are not going to be open for another hour whereas they were supposed to be open 2hrs ago, needs better management .....

Staff was so nice and friendly the inside decor was so nice and clean I ordered a venti black tea with 4 pumps of raspberry and 2 other drinks and all of them were perfect❤❤❤

They never put in an extra shot when I pay for 3 extra shots there’s none. The last 4 orders have been wrong and the line is so long I don’t want to wait to fix it. A simple mocha frappe tastes chalky. Mobile order app makes you buy a gift card.... not easy when you want to place an order for work and there is no delivery option. Employees are nice but your not getting a coffee to wake you up and every order will be wrong every time especially if you want any add ins. I was so excited for Starbucks to open here in town but it sucks. Very disappointing

You can’t do a mobile order without purchasing a gift card. There is no way to spend less than $10-15 on the app.The store front is currently closed to the public unless you have a mobile order, doing a mobile order forces your hand into buying a gift card.Drive thru lines are crazy long & staff are somewhat nice.

First time trying. Impressed by the Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl with Black Beans and Greens. Yum.Previous review Nov 2020-> Didnt care for the caramel brulle latte. Tasted bitter. Drive thru worker...cant recall his name ...young man was patient and friendly with me during the ordering process. Thats always appreciated when you just arent sure what you want!
