The shop is very clean and comfortable. They dont hang over your shoulders while you pick out your frames but will come ask if you need help. Sierra was very helpful and professional. Im completely satisfied with my new eyeglasses. The price is very affordable. Id recommend their service to anyone needing glasses.

Lindsay and the gang provided a useful service to me and with all the eye care wizardry they demonstrated I dont see ((no really)) how youd be disappointed.I am pretty fuzzed off she or anyone else didnt notice the unshaved, half-dollar sized patch of hair I missed cutting my own hair. SMH...for real though Lindsay did good even the lady whos only job it is to manipulate done well, manipulated me into my frames with those nice bendy moves. thee ladies were almost too well as if sighting directly a piece of training material.

They got me in within minutes. My clerk was exceptional. Explaining patiently all my options. She also answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. My overall experience was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this store. They were all friendly and ready to help. Very welcoming as you entered the store.

The sales associate Lance was really helpful and knowledgable and, new right away what was wrong with my previous glasses. He made the correct adjustments to my new sets and thoroughly explained everything, even the fact that my new script would require different lenses which were actually considerably lighter in weight. He also mentioned that the tiny on one set might come out lighter than anticipated and if that woul be ok or we could change it to a darker one. When I picked up my new glasses the lab tech was out in the sales area and when he heard my name he quickly talked to me about my script and explained the process of making my glasses to that script. He apologized ahead of time just in case the I wasnt happy with the finished product. I am very happy with the finished product the staff at Eye mart in Muskogee, Oklahoma has always been outstanding. Their warranty is no joke and they honor it without question. Ive been using them for a very long time and only one did a have an issue which they resolved immediately. Im glad my eyesight doesnt change dramatically cause I only see them about once every 3 yrs, but I will and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are just AWESOME

Brought my prescription in 10 days ago and picked out 2 frames. On the 9th day got a call saying they broke my frames and damaged the special order lenses. They ask me to come in to pick out another frame because the frame I picked out was discontinued. When I got there they told me the 2 frames that I picked out were the exact same, and they were not, the pair they broke was the pair for everyday. The manager was very unprofessional and had no customer service skills. I had to finally raise my voice to get her to stop arguing with me about frames and to give my money back. This place used to be a great place to go and get satisfactory service, but in the last couple of years they have gone extremely down hill. They lack knowledge, skills and professionalism. We have been using this place for many years but wont be back, I am now headed to Tulsa to get glasses from someone that knows what they are doing.

The young gentleman tall and slim was super awesome and so caring and sweet to my 80 yr old Mother whom was picking up her glasses !!! We both went out saying how wonderful him and the young girl there was !!

Our company insurance changed and this Eyemart Express was listed as a vendor but they advised to check with them to confirm. After Lance left me on hold forever I hung up and called back. I was told they can’t answer that question about excepting DeltaVision unless I drive there and they look at my card. Are you kidding me? They must not need new patients.

The store was very busy. I know that at least 2 people that came in after I did were helped before I was. Recieved no assistance in picking out my frames. Once I was helped, DJ did a very good job in helping me save money, explaining the different coatings and warranties. He was also very polite.

The woman Ashley was extremely helpful even under stress, she got a call from what seemed to be a family member crying and even after this she made sure to help myself and my mom she was very curtious and always smiling. I will be shopping there again in the future should I need eyeglass services again. The wait time for my glasses was within an hour and they came out perfectly. Got glasses at EyeMart yesterday. They were great. Ashley C. waited on us and she was awesome. Answered all of our questions and helped pick out the best shape frame that fit and looked best.

Wonderful! They helped me choose frames and hold them until I went next door to get my eye exam done. When I came back I gave them my prescription and signed a few papers. My glasses were done in 10 minutes! They were very friendly and helpful people.

I had a fantastic experience. I worked with two different members of staff at 2 visits and they were both amazing. They were slammed busy, I watched them handle entitled and angry customers who didnt want to wait their turn. They were so kind and accommodating even when customers were rude. I had a bad accident and lost my very expensive glasses that I only had a few months, anyways I need glasses fast due to my original glasses would have took 2 weeks. I went into eyemart and they had my first pair down the next morning, I thought that was awesome and I could see. Well the glasses werent working and hurting me so I got a exchange, but I really wanted a refund but anyways I got a new pair and they were wrose! Hurting my face, gave me headaches, were making my ears feel on fire. I called Monday and was told I could come in Tuesday and get a refund with the manger Bobbie. Well that was a headache! She was very rude! When I told her I couldnt see with them she was saying basically it was me and not the glasses because all plastic frames are made the same BUT news flash not everyone is the same! Plus she was saying because I have single vision that I should be able to see without my glasses, you dont know my eyes and said I should get my eyes rechecked! Anyways I had to call corporate and they were VERY nice and handled my situation with kindness and I got my rufund.. Now getting my old frames back like I should have done in the first place! Me or my family will never be going back there AGAIN!

Went to pick up my ordered paires of glasses yesterday. A female associate was the one who filled out the new scrip. Not a very friendly associate, to me anyway. She did not follow up with the directions the doc had issued. So the glasses I received were way off in its positioning. One star is being generous. I left with my old stand-by out of date pair.

Everything was great. I live about 65 miles away and just wish I could have gotten a more accurate estimate over the phone. I was quoted $83 and change. If they had imputed my prescription then they could have told me within $20 of what it would actually be. I paid almost $100 more than the quote. Would have been better to have known before traveling that far. Other than this it was great.

This was my very 1st time getting glasses so I was nervous about not being able to find glasses that I would truly like, that would look good on me & most importantly affordable!! I found EVERYTHING I was looking for at Eyemart. I was so impressed with the selection of eyewear that Eyemart had I ended up getting 2 pairs & planning to go get another pair in a month. The employee that helped me made me feel like I was important & made me feel like it was truly important to her that I was happy with the glasses I got. Fast and friendly service! It was my sons first pair of glasses. We had issues with the insurance and they were able to get it fixed immediately the next day since it was closing time for the insurance. Definitely recommend to others!

Very Bad customer service....They lie when they tell you that you get 2 pair for 39.99...You end up paying $200 and something dollars for them...They werent clear about the anti glare...now they want another $89 to add anti glare..I am also being punished for paying in cash...they wont refund my money...This place is a huge joke!!!!!

I was a little confused at first upon entering their store. Maybe a notice on the counter stating “ please sign in & you will be called as soon as an agent is free. Please feel free to brouse while waiting. Thank you”.As far as service— excellent. I was out within 20min or less. My glasses were done right on time—two hours. My agent Jimmy was so nice & polite. I wish all my dealing on business matters were this polite & respectable. As I looked around, the business agents were always busy with their customers & had satisfaction written on their smiling faces. This was my second year & I will be back & recommend your services.

My husband and I had our Optometrist appointments at 8:30 & 9:00 am next door so we would be able to get our glasses ASAP, since we live 40 miles from the store we chose... after being told that they would be done by 5pm...my husband wanted to go home, so I took him home and waited for the texts to get our glasses...Mine were ready at 1:45pm, but when I asked about my husbands, I was told that his had failed inspection and had to be redone... I drove back to Muskogee and upon arrival at 3pm was told that they would have one pair ready before they closed the store at 5pm...it was 5:15 by the time they were done...theLab had forgotten that they had to redo at least one pair before closing... I asked them to send the other pair ASAP on Monday, November 18th so, well see...😇...it took them 8 days to send my husbands glasses...they finally arrived on Monday, November 25th at 3:15 pm, 10 days after they were paid for... apparently they werent shipped until Saturday, after 5pm, November 23rd... very disappointing...will not be using the same store in the future...😒

Service was great and both pairs of glasses were done in less than an hour. The store was very busy, but they still took their time to make sure we received what we wanted and that they fit correctly.Highly recommend the Muskgee Ok location.

When I walked in I was greeted with hello how are you welcome to eye mart Express ashlee was the one who greeted me and emediditly and had me pick out some frames I found a couple of pairs that I liked she went to work said I would get a txt when they were ready I did and I called and the gentleman told me that ashlee had gone home and if I could get to the store by 7PM that I could have my glasses because they locked the door at 7PM and I wouldnt be able to get my glasses till the next day so I rushed to town and got there with a couple of minutes to spare mind you I am a double amputee anyway my glasses were not done right so I wasted 1 trip so I get up the next day and wait until the afternoon to come get my glasses so I get another txt my glasses are ready so I come back to the store for the second time ashlee is busy with another customer so one of the other employees asked if they could help me I gave them my name and they went and got my glasses and they were still not right I couldnt see out of them by this time ashlee had finished with her customer and had come over to see if she could help and she could tell right away that the glasses were not right and took them back to the lab to find out what went wrong she came back out almost with tears in her eyes they were going to have to make my glasses again for the 3rd time ashlee offered me a complimentary pair of glasses to help me with my time I was very satisfied with my experience once ashlee was able to take care of me that is the only reason why I was so satisfied even with the bad experience at first every store should have more employees like ashlee thank you and yes my glasses are here and they fit greatSteve Taylor

Horrible, not a one hour service. When we came in people were walking out because it was taking to long. Brought my script in from next door. They guy never asked me if I had insurance so he had to redo my total. Had to call twice because he forgot to get the confirmation number. Told me it would be tomorrow here it is 11am next day. I called was left on hold 5 minutes. I had to call back lady put me on hold again and told another hour and half when I have to be at work at 1pm. Never will I use this place again. Did I mention if you have insurance you cant get a second pair for cheap.

My last 3 pairs of glasses (new ones each year) came from Eye Mart. 3 years ago I waited for 10 days to receive my glasses. I had to pretty much insist they be mailed to me, I live 90 miles away. This year I was told they had to order them and it would take up to 14 days because transition lenses had to be ordered. The girl helping us was new, she had to keep.asking the manager questions, no problem. I received a text only 3 days later telling me my glasses were ready. We went to get them and I just love them! The next day I noticed that they do not transition so I called. The manager said I did not order them but I did, my husband was right there. I did not pay for it so I said nevermind but the manager said she was there and remembers the conversation and I said I didnt want them. She was not there for that part of the sale and my husband helped me and said we did. Well, anyway she said she is going to order them for me now. Even though she is trying to make it right, 2 out of 3 times we have had really bad service at this location. Also the manager pushed my husbands hand away when he went to sign our name to the clipboard and said she knew we were there. My husband did not like that. Sorry to complain but I thought you needed to know. I will have to once again drive 90 miles one way to get things right.

Not One Hour ServiceI was greeted immediately when I entered the store by an associate who was sitting at one of the front tables. I believe his name was Don. He directed me to the sign in sheet, but I was told by Crystal that she would help me next, so I didnt have to sign in. She was not available for another 5 minutes, so I looked around the store at the different frames that were available. The store has recently moved, so everything was clean and well maintained throughout the store. There were plenty of frames to choose from. When Crystal was available, she did help me by explaining the pricing and the special 2 for 1 that was available. She pulled out a chart to help me understand how the cost could be adjusted by choosing different frames. After a few moments, she left me and began a conversation with Don. They were very loud, and Don used some inappropriate language in the conversation. Crystal did come back to check on me after about 5 minutes, but then, again got into another conversation with Don and another associate, Cory. This conversation was approximately 10 minutes. I was continued looking at the frames. When she did come back, I had decided on a frame style, and she showed me the other colors that were available in that style. When my decision had been made, we moved to a table and she asked about insurance and asked for my prescription. Crystal then gave me my options for lenses and since I was getting sunglasses we discussed the different colors available. Since it was almost 5:30, and they close at 7pm, she went back to the lab to turn in the information so that she could get them to me before closing. She returned and told me that they were really backed up and would not be available until the next day. She said that they do not like to promise them when the store opens at 9am, so scheduled them to be ready at 11am the next day. I did receive 2 texts, one at 6:50pm and one at 702 pm, letting me know that my glasses were ready.When I picked them up the next day, Cory helped me. The glasses were ready as promised. He was very nice and gave me a case with a cleaner inside. I love the glasses and feel that I did get a good value since I paid $189.80 for two pair of single prescription sunglasses. The frames I picked were $69.95 each, and I saved $69.95 by getting the second frame free.

I love my glasses they are a perfect fit and I have had no problems with them. They are friendly. But need to work on there reception of customers. You may have to stand and wait quite some time until someone gives in and asks if they can help you. Or go behind the counter and give you a sign in sheet when there are only 2 people waiting Maybe it has something to with being short handed. But other than that every thing else was top notch. I would highly recommend eyemart to my friends or anyone.

Lowla the store manager was very friendly. Being a truck driver is quite challenging as far as picking up glasses. She was very friendly and understanding of my needs and mailed them out when ask.Also Ashley, was fantastic. When I get, fitted for glasses, I make sure I get her everytime. I went in the 10th of June and as of today I still havent got my glasses

About a year ago I had anexamination next door to Eyemart Express in Muskogee, then went next door gor lenses, when I picked them up I told the young lady the glasses made my sight worse. She said my eyes would adjust. They NEVER did. Before I left I explained that I live in Mexico, she told me there are Eyemart Express in Mexico. So now Im down almost $500, 2 pairs of USELESS glasses. I have emailed them twice (in response to their emails to me) not a single response, NOTHING. I will never recommend this company, and will pursue this further

I love Eyemart Express! It is my go-to vision center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Just this week I had to have a new pair of no-line bifocals made and they were ready in 54 minutes. Never have had a complaint, all staff are very customer-oriented with services one can afford. Thank you Eyemart Express!!

Very unprofessional had eye exam done next door for my daughter, And went into Eyemart afterwards went up to front desk and got blasted by one of your Representatives she had a real attitude and stated they were about to close and it was 4:30 pm and they couldnt take care of our request today very very Hateful after a few mins another lady came over to help and was very pleasant and offered to print off the glasses that she liked and we could return Monday I really think people that work in customer service field should be more polite.

Horrible place. We waited all day for our glasses and it turns out they broke 3 of the 4 pairs. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the lenses for them because they had no more in stock. They were very unprofessional in every way possible. We ended up getting our money and prescriptions back and are going to a different eye mart that is another 60 miles from us. All total this 40 mile trip is gonna be over 150 miles for glasses because they are clueless avoid this place all cost.
