This is my favorite Ulta in all of Oklahoma that I have visited. I make it a point to visit this Ulta every single time I have to go to Muskogee for any reason. The girls are so easy and nice and always make me feel comfortable to ask any questions I have and they are always happy to see me and happy to help with returns or finding new products!These girls here deserve some extra bonuses - and that goes for the Benefit Brow Bar girls too.

Peyton at the Salon was wonderful! She was professional, personable, and did so beautifully on my hair. She lightened perfectly and put on gorgeous, vibrant colors! She did exactly what I wanted. We even we able to put some colors on my daughters ends as well. Great experience! I will definitely return to her when I am back in town.

Ulta is easily my favorite place to shop. Ive been to several locations, but this was my 1st visit to this store. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself felt cluttered & disorganized. Usually, in any Ulta, I can walk in & walk straight to what Im looking for. Not here. Eye makeup was up front&far right. Eye lashes were far back& center. No flow of merchandise. Also, the store was poorly lit. One thing I love about ULTAs is how bright and shiny they feel when I walk in. Not here. Still, itll work in a pinch.

I suppose I went at the wrong time? However, that’s still no excuse. I was not greeted at the door nor helped while wandering aimlessly throughout the store tonight for about a good 5 minutes. I will order online or go to one in Tulsa before coming to this location again.

Great staff, attractive product displays, and member perks make Ulta my beauty destination.

I shop at Ulta for all of my makeup and hair care. I got some shampoo and conditioner for Mother’s Day and wanted to exchange it for the same brand but for curly hair. I had not broke the seal on the product. They would not let me exchange because I didn’t have a receipt (gift) or know the buyers email....Very disappointed. I try to shop local but will go elsewhere

Very limited cologne selection. Basic colognes fairly high prices.

Although you see employees as soon as you enter the store that doesn’t mean you’ll be greeted or offered help. I enjoy the store itself but disappointed with the customer service. Staff doesn’t seem to want to help. When they first opened it seemed to be a more helpful environment, unlike my last few visits.

Good selection of beauty products. Usually have good sales. Only thing I didn’t like, the sales person asked if I wanted a FREE sample of perfume and scanned it anyways, it was not free. It was 99¢ but it was the fact that she said it was free and it wasn’t.

I agree with the first complaint.They greet you at the door, however, they seem to not want to help you with products.I needed eyeliner and they gave me brown liner even though I am African American. I had to return it to get black eyeliner. I had to return claw/clamps for my hair because the teeth on two of the three clamps in the pack broke almost as soon as I wore them. They were $8.00 (which is more than I have ever paid for clamps).I retuned them and received a refund on my card. The Duo brush eyelash adhesive was sloppy and difficult to apply. I have been wearing lashes for over 40 years (since 1975) and this adhesive is the worse. It takes me longer than it has EVER taken me to apply.

These women always keep me looking and feeling great. The salon did such a great job I brought my boyfriend in for a haircut and beard trim. We were impressed with the great quality cut and his beard look amazing. This place is a one stop shop and I end up saving a ton of money by earning points on services

Ok so I got my eyebrows waxed and she did terrible. She made my eyebrows super thin and she waxed them super uneven. She cut half of my eyebrows off and she took 10 minutes on each brow. And she didn’t smell good either. I wouldn’t go back to get my brows waxed, but other than there products are still amazing.

Ulta has a large selection of beauty supplies such as make-up, perfume, hair products etc. Their staff is very friendly and willing to help..

The salon is awesome but the front desk could improve on courtesy.

Pricey of course but great service

My girlfriend made an appointment and had received a price to get her hair done. She received a confirmation email with her appointment and price. We arrive and they said they tried calling to let her know they werent going to be able to do it. They had the wrong number they also raised the price by another 70 some odd dollars and tried telling us that they dont set appointments online. We showed them the confirmation email. They said well most people dont set them online. I asked about the price they said well what you want takes more time. We didnt even show a picture of what she wanted and they raised the price. We spoke with the manager and she stated there was nothing they could do. Just wanted to get her hair done for her birthday. We will not be returning due to this situation.

Great place. My gdaughter received a free make over and she looked gorgeous. Cody the Ulta guy did an amazing job. I will go back for sure.

Muskogee Ulta is really nice. The staff had zero attitudes and was really sweet to my daughters when we went in to come match foundation.

I cannot thank the woman at Ulta enough!! Yesterday I had engagement pictures scheduled. I had booked an appt at a salon in town for hair & makeup.. I was devastated with the end look and could tell I wasnt getting anywhere. I paid and left. I went home thinking I could fix it.. I was struggling immensely. I called Ulta and they got me right in. Crystal styled my hair gorgeously and Autumn did my makeup amazingly! Seriously.. you ladies saved my pictures from turning out horribly. Thank you for getting me right in and taking care of me. I will be back!

The girls here are great! I live over an hour away and every time I call they will set my products back at the counter for me so by the time I get there I know the drive wont have been in vain.

Walked in and tried to get waited on. Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and no one ever came to the counter. I walked out and went somewhere else. Sorry customer service here for sure

Went to the salon today. Very pleased with the services I received from Brookelyn. She is sweet as can be and very knowledgeable about what she is doing & the products she uses.

Normally have no problems at all with Ulta Beauty in Muskogee Oklahoma but today I went to exchange some makeup that was on sale when I bought it now its full price. The sales clerk was condescending and rude to me. She did go ahead and exchange straight across for another item, after I asked to speak to manager.( Just the tip if you buy any makeup on sale you cannot exchange it unless you want to pay full price.)

The workers are helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I have is that they dont carry all the products that Ulta offers. Including Estee Lauder.

Glad to see business moving into Muskogee. Not so glad that they referred me to the old ones. When I walk into a brand new spacious beauty store, and ask for a common item (Hair extentions)I dont expect to be told to go to Sallys beauty closet. What??? Seriously??? Why even talk to me then?

The employees are always helpful and the store is clean. I hate it when they dont carry something or the sample they were supposed to have didnt make it there but other than that they have a great selection.

I had specialty needs and they were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me. Staff was very nice.

I would give no stars if I could. Not totally because of the salon personnel or salon services, but becuase of the store GM. I booked a hair cut online, which Ive done numberous times. This time the appointment wasnt in their system. Even with that Im not upset I realize things happen. But when the associate trying to help me spoke to the GM, she very loudly said its ridiculous that anyone even tries to book online.Tell me... why does your business offer online bookings if your system sucks and cant process them! So rude!This isnt my 1st issue. Last time my booking was in their computer, but the stylist didnt come to work. And when I came back for my rescheduled appointment, the stylist was late showing up for work.

I truly love this store, but end up spending way too much money.

Figured I would get my hair cut there while my wife was shopping. Biggest mistake of my life, it was literally the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Maybe they can cut girls hair but they sure cant cut a guys hair.

Absolutely terrible. They messed up my grandmothers hair so bad that she is now looking for a wig. When she went to complain they treated her like she was a burden. Id suggest going to tulsas ulta, the extra drive is worth avoiding these people.
