I rented a trencher from Aceco on 7/24/20 after checking everyone from Eufaula through Checotah and Muskogee and they had the best price for the larger unit. Machine worked great and staff was extremely helpful. I’d rent from them again and would recommend them for any of your rental needs.

Fair prices and they usually have what I need.

We rented tables and chairs from this company and they were filthy upon their arrival. We had to spend over three hours cleaning them before they could be used for our party. The gentlemen who delivered them tracked in mud and water all over our waxed floor.They came to pick up everything and left the table cloths. We took the tablecloths to them so that they would not have to come back out. This company then decided to charge us for a brand new table cloth because of a few drops of wax. These table cloths were very used but they charged us for a brand new one. It seems this is their way to get a new tablecloths to replace ones that are very old.

My review is based on renting power equipment, not party supplies.As a female, I am always intimidated and uncomfortable to walk into an establishment that has all men working. Inevitably, someone will stare or look you up and down. Often times they stand in groups and just watch you and I will leave to do business elsewhere due to that. This will not happen at Aceco, I reassure you.I reluctantly took back a rental that my husband had rented. I roll up in this place, this particular day, with no traffic. I walk into the office and was greeted by a gentleman. He was friendly, professional and quick to refund our money but had offered another one to rent with his apologies. I was there just a few minutes and onto the unloading garage where two other men rushed out to get the equipment unloaded and apologized for the inconvenience, then right back to work they went.Due to this great customer service, I returned 2 days later to rent a few things. I walk in and they are busy before 10 am! I was greeted promptly and taken care of in the same way the other customers were and they even explained how to use a piece of equipment and encouraged me when I doubted I could actually do it myself.When I went to have it all loaded, another gentleman politely explained to me how to use the equipment, offered me some helpful tips and again, reassured me that I could do it.I did! (Thanks guys!) Listen, these guys and places like these are few and far between. It is hard to find knowledgeable and professional people to take the time and to be so efficient like they are and to treat you like a customer should be treated.They are fantastic and I wont hesitate to use them again or recommend them to everyone I know.

Rented a forklift that they delivered. Set up time from 9am to 1pm. Had a load of wood delivered that came in from Kentucky. It is after 10am and I am still waiting on the forklift to be delivered, and my driver with the wood is mad because he is waiting for us to unload it.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HAVE CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE FORKLIFT I RENTED WILL BE HERE.☹ Worst service ever.

Rented a skidsteer was told they would have it loaded and headed out by 7:30-8 I didnt see anyone til abt 9:20, got it all unloaded couldnt figure out why the tree shear wasnt working had to call they came back out sent a mechanic couldnt get it going the one they sent me had a radiator leak and the aux pump was bad. Loaded it they said theyd have another one brought over by abt 11:45 I had another one everything worked thought it was fine and dandy until a vine grabbed the cab and it abt flipped me back with the cab because it wasnt bolted to the tractor it was just set on...not very happy I got such a late start and had other things to do so I didnt even use the 8 hours I was aloud. Not to mention the first hour I had it was spent trying to free up the lock pin from the bucket..

Staff is always helpful and you can get same day rentals in a crunch.

We rent something for Aceco on a regular basis. Service and equipment are both excellent! Muskogee is fortunate to have them in town!
