This is a FINE diner. Ihop is a flop compared to this lovely little establishment! Amazing food! Eggs were perfect!! The bacon & hash browns?? Heaven. Great experience. Give the lovely man who owns this restaurant a try! Check out the fun world famous soda bottles as well! Super cool vintage coca-cola & betty boop memorabilia for a nice, retro dine-in experience!

Friendly, clean, great food, try the burger, I ordered a second cause the first was great, and the price was greater. Sadly my kids divided and ate it, and I was left with just a bite. Apearantly, they liked it too. Breakfast was the π£. FTR I had two meals there in the same day, we liked it so much.
My daughter and I get breakfast at Back in Time every Saturday morning, the food and service are great!!

They have a pancake that has sausage and bacon and stuff in it pretty good also they have chicken fried steak on a bun with lettuce and tomato but I ate the lettuce and a tomato first and then put the chicken fried steak with gravy on a bowl on the side they got the old Betty boop and Elvis ..Marilyn Monroe ..Grease.. pictures and memorabilia its a walk back in time and good memories.. its off of old okmulgee Street in Muskogee Oklahoma about a block from the Whittier school stop in say hi enjoy it might be a new.. old memories.. you can start with your family and friends. Great home cooking!!! Awesome owners, they are the staff also. It has quickly become a favorite of ours for breakfast or lunch!!! I highly recommend the pancakes!!! But everything on the menu is good!!! They may not always be open...but if they are do yourself a solid and stop in!!! Great food and great prices!!! Excellent value!!!

Sub par food for the prices. Did the loaded hashbrowns, which were great and crisp and the mushrooms were unusual but great, but it had shredded American on it...which was awful for me cheddar would have been better.Their new smoked sausage handwritten on the menu was out of business.Mens room was in need of help and hand soap.2 loaded hashbrown with an extra 2.00 for one to have meat, 1 coffee, 2 waters totalled $20.
The waitress was very sweet but there is no cleanliness at this place. My husband watched the cook cough and NOT cover it. Im not even asking that you wear a mask, I just expect you to cover your cough. Thats something weve been doing way before this pandemic. Slow service, like crazy super slow. Staff super frazzled. Ill never go back here.

I though this was an outstanding place!!!! We were there the morning of the 17th of August!! It had great food and pretty darn good service. I didnt catch the gentlemans name but he was very polite friendly and talked with us about were we were from witch is Branson mo! It was me and my best friend in there! We will definitely return here if we are ever in the area!!! Nice homie feel to this.place and thats what we love!!!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Amazing food, very friendly owner and staff makes you feel like family, always ask how my in-laws from California are doing, they ate here often when they visit us.I have a weird food quirk when we go on vacations/road trips of trying other places mushroom swiss burgers. I guess Im insanely lucky that Back in Time has the best mushroom swiss burgers Ive ever eaten in all our cross country trips. They also have good omelettes, but i usually find myself ordering the burger, even at breakfast

My hiband and I love trying new places. We like to support non chain resturant. We 1st went to Speedway Grille and ended up walking out. Waited 15 min to order only for them not to take it and then the waitress stood talking to 2 other employees made eye contact and still ignored us. So we found this place and decided lets try it. The parking lot was empty so we were worried. But dont let that fool you. I believe the owners name is Troy. His mother takes the order he delivered it to us. Mushroom burger fresh not frozen hot and they were so friendly. Place is clean and just overall great service and burgers. We will be back!

Dear God, this place was amazing. Im sure everything is delicious but the breakfast mess was to die for and super filling my husband and I both struggled to finish!
Our server was sweet and service was prompt. We ordered breakfast, bacon was over cooked but everything else was good. The problem wasnt the food besides the bacon. The problem was the owners response to my question about his ketchup.When I requested ketchup from the waitress, she brought it to me she said I know it looks like BBQ sauce but its ketchup I promise.I squirted some onto a napkin and tasted it and it tasted sour and rotten. She was a bit busy so it took a minute for her to get back to us and I asked if she had packets because there was something not right about the ketchup, when she said no I told her that I thought that maybe it was outdated because it taste bad. She went over to the owner who was seated in the dining area and spoke to him. He then decided to have a conversation with a customer he was sitting with about how he had this ketchup for four years....?... I took a picture of what i had squirted onto the napkin and sent it to my daughter captioned ketchup?? I dont think so!We continued to eat, again the food wasnt the problem, it was good and I decided i would just do without ketchup... I was done with the issue...But then the owner decided to go up to the counter and have a LOUD conversation about me and my question and the fact that I had taken a picture of this ketchup. Iwalked up to the counter and asked to speak to him. Quietly, so not to cause a disturbance, I told him that it was unprofessional to talk about customers infront of other customers and that he needed to smell that ketchup because it was bad. I wasnt trying to do anything other than make him aware of a situation and possibly save the next person from my experience with that ketchup. He got loud and told me that there was nothing wrong with his ketchup, that hed been using it for 4 years and how the doctor down the street loved it. I said im sorry but theres something wrong with it.. He then went and got a new bottle and brought it out and said see same volor so I asked him to open it. He did and it smelled exactly like the other bottle! I then told the waitress who was standing there to taste the ketchup and she refused, said shes not eating ketchup out of a bottle. The owner and an older woman then tasted it and said there was nothing wrong with it. WRONG!!After doing a little bit of research at the table(BEFORE CONFRONTING HIM) I found that Ketchup will change color with oxidation but that it could also be caused by being exposed to bacteria, and the change of color and the rancid smell leads me to believe that that is what it was. Either way had he not been rude about it I wouldnt have said a word.
