O.M.G.... who doesnt love big lots? Always find stuff you sorta need and alot that you dont need, that you buy anyways.... great store, friendly staff, and good competitive prices.

Had it delivered but it took some.time to get updated. Ordered this couch back at the beginning of April. States it came in May 3rd but email wasnt received until the 12th. Many times be waiting for someone in furniture.

Big lots is always helpful with information and directions to products. However, do wish they would deliver their furniture. Had to forgo some i really liked because of this.

Love this store but I wish they were better at putting prices on stuff.

I was surprised about all the good sales they had. Bedspread set with sheets for ten dollars queen size. Also sheet sets for five dollars. Mattress queen size Broyhill for under six hundred . Will differently be going back there again.Need to check them out.

Always friendly from the first time when they opened to the last time about a week or so ago.

Interesting snacks here. Watch their sale signs.... They like to put numerous different items that are not on sale in the same spot as items that are. It is a repeated policy at this store. They tricky.

Its a great place but only problem is they didnt have the little fridge magnet plant I was looking for 🥺😔😔

Big lots used to be a really neat store with lots of European foods & all kinds of merchandise. Now, store sells made in China junk. Shame, used to spend 5 to 8 thousand a year there, havent spent $100 in six months.

Good for odd finds, but I wish their prices were more reasonable. Sometimes they want the same price for the old version as youd pay for the latest one! & sometimes they want you to pay as much, or more, for something nearing its expiration date as a higher end grocery store charges for the same brand/product, but not near its expiration!& the refrigerated items are almost always more than what youd pay elsewhere!

This is a very clean store andthe workers are very friendly.Talk about saving money, heck yeah who wouldnt like that 😁Means more shopping for another day huh lol

Blakey is so awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the store sales and where everything is located. She was very kind and helped me with my rewards account. She even told me about the big lots credit card and next time I go to big lots I’m signing up for one!! I don’t shop at big lots very much, but now I will be!! All because of one employee!!

Usually impressed with the customer service, but this time there were 5 people in 1 line. Faster service and more checkers or a self check out lane would have been very nice.

I had to return a recliner and the man with white hair was not nice or friendly at all to me or the other employees that were there. I had my receipt and he said in a not so nice tone that the chair I had was not the chair on the receipt. I told him well it is the chair that was given to me. The girl that helped me with the purchase was there and she told him she remembered me. She was fantastic on helping me when I bought the chair. I really feel bad for the people who have to work with him. I have shopped big lots for years and have never been treated that way before. I hope he was not the manager with that attitude. He needs training on how to relate to people. Bad business for Big Lots.

Low are just about everything but they were fully stocked. Guess people are doing a lot of shopping.

I love to stop in at Big Lots to pick up my vitamins and some pet supplies when I get to Muskogee. Its also fun to check out the new seasonal products and gift ideas. I frequently brouse the craft sections and its hard to ignore the housewares and accessories to round out my shopping experience. I dont want to admit it but I also seek out the cookies and candy sections looking for new dark chocolate delights. I never buy them of course, but I have to look. Im a dark chocolate aholic, what can I say? Have Fun!

I am a discount shopper. Big Lots is always hit n miss, but they are starting to pack in special buys for the upcoming Holiday Season-if you cant find a few bargains worth your stop, you dont know how to shop!!

Store cluttered and dirty. Checker friendly but was eating. They have really gone up on prices.

Manager was outside smoking. Cashier was out of change. Cashier asked my wife to go fetch him because she could not leave the register. Only one register open w a LONG LINE. Not a good experience this morning.

Prices arent always clearly marked. Sales dont always refer to various colors of the same item. Cluttered. Staff is friendly and helpful, but its easier to find better stuff with lower prices on Amazon.

I mainly went in for Christmas cards but found some more items such as.bags, tags, wrapping paper for decent prices.

Good prices but be careful of what you buy some things is cheap made. But they have some good products.
