When something is good; people should know about it especially when they’re offering a great service! That’s why I have to say about Muskogee Overhead Door, they were great . They worked with my schedule, they were very prompt and followed up on every call. Seems like in today’s time it’s very hard to find people that cares about customers and who will do what they claim . I can say I am more than pleased with the service Muskogee Overhead Door provided me, when people say you get what you pay for I can honestly say I believe I got more than what I paid for. I highly recommend them to anyone who might need their service .It is well worth it. !!!!!

Rushy and Lynn are very easy to work with and know more about overhead doors than I thought there was to know. They make the extra effort to ensure all details covered so the best possible outcome happens. They really take care of their customers. She went above and beyond with communications so I always understood what was happening and why and what the available options were. Fantastic.

I would not recommend this company. I called early in the week to request a service call. I explained the situation that caused my garage doors not to be working. I was told I would be seen on Thursday. Thursday came and no contact was made. I received a call on Friday saying they would TRY to get me in but it would probably be Monday. As the call continued, I was told they would not in fact be coming at all. They stated this was because of the reason for the doors not operating, despite having this knowledge at the beginning of the week and even with me telling them an electrician had already assessed the issue. Now I am forced to continue to wait for another company to come do a job that they could’ve done or at least told me Monday they wouldn’t be able to do the work. I tried to spend local but it’s hard when a company doesn’t want to actually do the work. I will gladly spend my money with people with better customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I live in Wagoner I understand an extra fee for coming 14 miles but $175 to come here and $4.38 for a can of lube charge me for the whole can and $125 for labor for 25 minutes so $304.38 I’m a widow I think they took advantage of me I would not recommend them to no one I don’t know how they sleep at night !!!

We had three doors installed. 2 on our shop and 1 on our house. Good workmanship, quick and efficient, and everything operates smoothly!
