I love coming to this store. It has to be the cleanest orscheln store Ive been into! The people are always friendly and happy to help you when youre looking for something. Much better than their competitors down the road!

Very nice merchandise would like to return for some special items for my garden and yard.

Tried to look online (to make a purchase online) for the cat and dog food I usually buy in store. It says literally almost everything is out of stock, which I know for a fact cannot be true because if it was youd have no business period. Fix the glitch or the lazy work ethic... maybe both?

Normally decent service but not today. Supposed to have a good Friday sale on a smoker for $280. Went to get one and asked the cashier if they had any. I was told she didnt know if they got any in. I asked if she could look. I was told they need a stock number to find it. I handed her the advertisement I received in the mail and was told there was no stock number. I agree there is no stock number. IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS JOB TO GET THE STOCK NUMBER!!!! I just gave up and left. People wonder why brick and mortar places cant survive. Its perfectly fine if you dont have the product but at least look if I asked. Hell, pretend to look idc just do something instead of stare at me like Im the problem.

Large variety of animal products and cute farmer type clothing. Dont buy the beef Jerky, it is $11.99 and tastes awful.

They have a lot of great deals going on and food and products to take care of your animals horses cows ducks chickens dogs cats mice whatever you like and then they have stuff to kill your bugs and to clean your yard and flower garden theyre just full of all kinds of goodies I love that store I wish i had the money they have a lot of great deals I cant wait to get me a horse so I can go hook it up what I need from there

I got these one shoes from there. I like them I get alot compliments at work. I use them when I do showers so I dont ruin my every day wear shoes,but their so pretty . Very nice people out there great customer service 👍

I quit going there 2 years ago when all the bird seed i purchasedWas mildewed and unusable. I made 2 trips to town to return purchase.

Always am greeted immediately by staff. They are extremely helpful, and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.

The cashiers are Very Very Hateful

My experience was okay. The cashier didnt ring up all my items. Didnt realize it until the first transaction was completed. So had to do 2 transactions. Then I got home and went to put on the pants I got and discovered she didnt take this off. So had to make another trip to have it removed.

Well-stocked store

Did not have what I was looking for at the time but a larger quantity of a kind of popcorn that I use was there I bought them out because the pandemic has messed with regular grocery stores for it and I buy in bulk anyway.

Weve been here twice as its in a different town than we live in. A neighbor recommended their feed so we stopped in again today. They have a good selection of products. Prices are competitive and in some cases lower than tractor supply, Atwoods or our local feed store.Unfortunately the staff is not well trained and dont have a good working knowledge of the product lines. The live plants in the garden center have some unusual varieties such as Chestnut trees but arent well cared for.There is also a consistent issue with sale prices being posted on incorrect, much higher priced merchandise. The store does not honor such mistakes when theyre pointed out.Beyond that criticism, they have a wider range of product selection in many areas than the competition. For example I found specialized feed for dairy and meat goats, something I hadnt seen in other stores.I will continue to shop here for some specialty and well priced products. If they want a larger share of my business they will need to do a better job of training staff and ensure accurate pricing on products displayed.

Great everything I needed

Missed out on well over a $300 sale because we couldn’t get any help after asking and waiting about 15-20 mins on a super slow Sunday with 4 workers just from what I seen up front (red head was actually working). Waited and then walked back up to front to leave and cashier had a look of surprise like she forgot I asked for help and started looking around for another worker to help us. Oh well tractor supply got our money. Don’t know if we will return.

I can only give them four ****s cause they never seem to have what I went in for or I couldnt find it among all the displays. But...for some reason, I still cant get out with out first fillin my cart and emptying my wallet to the tune of at least somewhere between $60.00 & $1,000.00. I never know what I just cant live without! My critters really needed that or Oh, thats so cute!. You know. I would be better off if nothing ever broke so I didnt need to look for repair parts. Id save a lot of money.They have a huge variety merchandise with the home and farm in mind as the name implies but theyre not limited to that. Have fun shopping.

Ordered a stove from them. They said that I wouldnt have to pay ahead of time theyd be getting several. I came to the store 3 times in 3 weeks and there werent any of these stoves I wanted so I paid for it in full and had them order it from the next store and again was assured it would be along in a few days. After 4 weeks it came. Anytime I called the Muskogee store to ask about it not being here the employees would act like I have no business even asking about the thing. They were rude. The management they have are insulting to the whole idea of customers ever being pleased at that store.

They have just about anything you would need on the farm and lots for just around the house.

Amazingly good time. Great products at an even better price! Definitely go back. Fun for the whole family for sure!

They had a large selection of merchandise l, the store appearance over all though was a bit on the junky side, and ill managed.This coupled with the amount of shelf outs in the store tells me that there is either a supply issue or a manager issue.We found what we were looking for (dog shampoo) but not sure others would have the same luck if looking for something specific.

They have things to help with rats.. horses..dogs and farms and houses. I found it amusing. Good deals

This is a great place to kill some time. They have a lot of farm and ranch stuff. This is March and they have baby chicks which my kids really enjoyed.

I shop her all of the time. The staff is very laid back and friendly. I feels like a country family home. Come in make yourself comfortable. If you need something, ask and they will help or even give information on things outside the stores reach.

They misplaced the rabbit hutch I had ordered from another store to be shipped here and the building was hot as heck. Overall nice staff and good selection, would still recommend them, their service still brings them to a 4 star. Wouldve given 5 if it hadnt been so hot.
