I love Clayton Homes !Their work is the highest of quality and such great people to work with .I highly recommend Clayton Homes they wont dissapoint!

Customer service was nonexistent; my wife had to do all of the leg work to get any information during the process. Then our deal fell through because our appraisal came back $30,000 less than what we needed. The process wound up costing us $1885.00 and no deal. I do not recommend going to Clayton Home because of our experience.

They helped us and gave us valuable information on buying a home.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We went to Clayton homes in Muskogee 2 weeks ago and we told Jeff that we wanted to spend from $140,000k to $150,000k and he showed us the drake and said this was the only 4 bedroom he had at that price range. We went and looked at ALOT of mobile homes over the course of 2 weeks and the wife decided she liked the drake best. So we went back today to pick the colors and the counter tops out. So Jeff told us he would email us the final price so we finally got his price and he sent us a price of $183,000 k. LOL. He then proceeded to tell us that the base price of $140,000 k did not include set up and delivery so I guess ther charging $43,000k for set up and delivery LOL. The land it is going to is only about 55 miles from Muskogee so I guess it cost about $875.00 dollars a mile. LOL. So with that being said I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH CLAYTON HOMES IN MUSKOGEE LOL pretty bad customer service and we really feel like they was just trying to take advantage of us

Amazing place, they personally worked with me and my husband for almost a year helping every step of the way, when you go and you definitely need to make sure to ask for John we wouldnt be in this amazing house and out of the renting circle without him

So at many points during my home buying experience i wanted to write this review because i was extremely satisfied with their service and how fast and on top of things they were, but i held off because i just kept expecting a curve ball at some point, maybe some extra expensives snuck in at closing, or a delay in home delivery.... well at closing the expected cost was actually LOWER, and my house came much faster than I could’ve imagined and the set up was very fast also. I looked at many places prior to choosing Clayton Homes in Muskogee, and i even went to Clayton Homes in Tulsa, I’m extremely glad i picked the branch in Muskogee, the Tulsa branch never called me to update me i always had to call them and i just felt like I wasn’t important to them, the Muskogee branch was COMPLETELY opposite, they made me feel like they had no other customers and it was all about us! They made our first time home buying experience super easy and i highly recommend them. Lisa worked so closely with me, she gave me her personal cell number and ALWAYS replied to me (even on her days off!) and consistently updated me on absolutely everything. At one point i had a concern about where the house was going and how much it was going to cost me to level it and the manager John drove an hour out to look at the land for me. Clayton Homes in Muskogee makes a great team and their service doesn’t get much better!

Horrible horrible customer service. Not familiar with their own web page or sales price of their homes. The men that work there, Lonnie and Jeff are very rude and both misogynist.

Lots are spacious and the staff is very nice.
