Dont waste your time. We were quoted a stupid prices (51k+) on used trailers they probably got for free off Craigslist. First smelt like and ashtray, second still had soup cans in the cupboard and shoes in the closets, third was built probably in the 50s. Like everything else, a short drive to Tulsa/BA will save you tons of $$$. Why is it that Muskogee business do this??? They count on the few big scores, rather than the honest business to make a living... Probably why there are so many empty buildings/closed businesses in the Gee.

Nothing like a condescending salesman looking down his nose at you.My husband wants a manufactured home, I want to build. We went to the home store to look around just to see what was out there and look at our options. When we entered we asked if we could look around. We were told “…well I have to be with you…” that’s fine? Idk why that would be a problem? Well then the man went on to play 21 questions with us about where we plan on putting it, and what we do for a living. We told him that we were not sure where we were going to put it IF we decided to go with a manufactured home because we’re in the beginning stages of planning. and then asked again to look around, (specifying this time that he could show us what he has). He basically told us we needed to do more research and needed to know where we planned on putting it before he would waste time showing us anything.That’s fine. We went to Clayton’s across the road where a VERY respectful salesman showed us around and answered any questions we had. We decided to go with a manufactured home, and once we get everything ready CLAYTONS will be getting our business.

If I could less than 1 star I would. My sister in law purchased a home at end of January of this year 2021 due to a house fire in November. Payed cash for the one on the lot. I understand issues arise such as cleaning up the debris and preparing the site. Once the site finally was ready, they stated couldnt move the trailer in the rain. Which I have known other companies moving in the rain just not joining the unites together and that is understandable. However this went on for about 2-3 month and there was some pretty nice days in there. So finally the unites arrived by another crew. Sat there for over a week and with much calling finally got someone there to place them together. So forward again another week, the home store told my sister in law you have 30 days to get all your issues turned in, she stated nothing has been completed such as the vinyl on the outside, the trim work on the inside. They told her all that is cosmetic and you have 30 days regardless after the 2 units are joined and this was a week later so she lost a week. Got the vinyl up and that is it so far. Still lot on the outside to complete as well as the inside by the company. The store states, well it is someone else who does this and someone else who does that. AC is another issue.I am a fan of doublewides and manufacture homes but I definitely would not recommend no one to go to this place.Here it is almost July purchased end of January. Purchased the one of the lot so they can have a place to live in quicker instead of waiting for one to get built. Both my sister in law and mother in law has been displaced for 5 months going on 6 months all due to the unprofessionalism of this place. So in a sense, they received their money so what is their hurry or concern. There is more but whats the use.

Angi Diamond is very helpful and patient with a couple of people that we really didnt know what to expect but she answered all our questions to help ease our minds

Horrible never once told us that we wont get out purchase agreement $1000 back but now wont give it back so now will here from our lawyer we wont stop till we get our money back

Bob was super friendly. Weve been there a couple of times to look at their homes. There was no pressure in buying. We purchased a home today and it was easy no stress process.

The homestore is a big joke very unprofessional they put our skirting on the day before yesterday the storm last night tore it up because of not screwing it down properally. Im not satisified with anything they have done. Buy cheap Get cheap!

Most dishonest people! My parents went there to purchase there new home, they did the purchase order (with a $1000 deposit), specifying exactly how they wanted there home. There was to be a sink in the laundry room, the fireplace partially rocked, the kitchen was to have a smooth top stove. They were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. A week later with full balance of $80k in hand, they went in to sign there purchase contract. The salesman conveniently left off all the above upgrades from the contract even though they were charged for them in the purchase order. So when it finally arrived weeks after it was supposed to arrive these items werent there. They refuse to rectify this or even refund the money, stating it wasnt in the contract you should have made sure it was added. Well they thought that was what the purchase order was. No integrity! They took advantage of senior citizens who have worked hard all there lives to pay for this. Shame on you.

Worst purchase of my life, the trailer that I have has continued to fall apart and the appliances are too. The warranty that they have on these trailers are nonsense. Takes forever for someone to come to fix it. Ive had my trailer for a year and half and things continue to fall apart. Totally unsatisfied with this purchase. I would not go through this place. Jus a warning to future buyers, they are nice to youre face but wont help you in the long run. They are there to make their commission and take youre money. I hope someone reads this and doesnt make the same mistake I did.

False advertisement.. store hours falsely advertised, door banner says open until 7, and website states that theyre open until 7. The wife and I drove over an hour there and they were closed, cars parked outside, we knocked and no one even had the courtesy to come tell us they were closed or why their business hours were falsely posted. Cant imagine the customer service these guys have if theyre blatantly lying to you before they even meet you.

No integrity and untrustworthy. Moblie homes arent cheap and when you dont get what you pay for the company you purchased it from should make good on their mistakes. Needless to say, this company was unwilling to do so.

Most unsuitable salesman ever.we walked in and he was sick had snot on his jacket then his pants was sagging past his butt. At some point looking at the homes his butt did show. And their office smelt like a porta pottty which is gross.Their homes only offer 1 year warnanty. When other companies offer more. Over all present yourself as you want to be presented when trying to buy something
