Didnt care about helping me. I Went to Arkansas and got my mule side by side.

Called last week to get a price on mounting a tire on the back of my Harley if I bought the tire from them itd be $115 to mount.. call back with more details to let him know the tire was not bought from them they gave me a price that time for $95. Called back today to set the appointment for next Wednesday then he gives me a price of $135. And would not honor the $95 quote they gave me the earlier in the week. They have now lost my business forever

I went there to get a scooter tire changed. I brought my own tire and tube and they told me I would have to pay over$65 for a few minutes of their time. And to top it I would have to pick it up tomorrow. Went to Charles place on wewoka and he took ten minutes and $15 . He may be the only real man in muskogee.

Parts and service would get a 5 star. But sales has a 1 . First time nobody in sales would talk to us so we went to Honda. That was a while back. Second time we had to find a sales person and practically waving money for them to talk to us. Bought a Boulevard c90t that time. Saved nothing and I think they pocketed our cash back rebate. Last time was in September when I was shopping for a 300 for my 15 year old. The sales man told me they would have the bike we wanted in spring of 2018. So I bought her a Kawasaki 300r. I have bought 6 new bikes in the past 10 years, only one was from here. Not that I didnt want a few they had. But because the sales person just has never seemed to be interested in showing us anything.

The parts and service departments are great. They gave very personal service and went out of their way to help me with my warranty issues. They returned my calls immediately and kept me informed on the status of my order. Best place to buy a Husqvarna in the 4 state area.

Drove from Tulsa to look around and not one person even acknowledged we were there. So sad for them was ready to by a side by side for my husbands anniversary gift with cash in hand. Left and went to Motor sports of Muskogee had great experience and left with a new side by side and a new trailer.Lesson here customer service is key.

I recently bought a BRAND NEW bike from this dealer. A small spring on the brake return was not working after a month or so. These guys where not helpful AT ALL in providing me one to replace it. I cannot imagine if something that actually cost real money broke. They are a worthless dealer, and I will never ever buy from them again. The way I was dealt with was horrible and short sided.

Took my pwc to another dealer twice tohave a problem with the handlebars fixed to no avail. Less than 10 minutes at Road Track & Trail the problem was fixed and I was on my way. AWESOME service team. From now on all service here and I’ll be buying my next pwc here this summer. Thank y’all

Great company purchased a Can am XDS spent over 20 k worth every penny. had 1 small issue with a axle breaking but Can am and RTT covered it no problem. cant say enough about how good their service is. I own a company here in town that offers kids toys and kids electric 4 wheelers and know how important it is to take care of customers. I also own some Polaris products and cant say their service is as good as can am.... Go with the guys at RTT and get the best service best products !

TERRIBLE SALESMANBrought my lil boy to look at some 4wheelers to figure out the best size for him. His birthday and Christmas is just around the corner. He was very excited to say the least. However, their floor staff acted as if we were a bother, was absolutely no help and more less wanted us to leave so they wouldn’t have to “Wipe off” any 4wheelers. I was happy to leave and not give them my business.
