Our fence was installed on the day promised. The guys that installed the fence showed up on time. They worked very hard and completed the job in a timely fashion. They answered all my questions. This has been a good experience from start to finish. I would gladly use them again.

We are very happy with our fence! We started this process during the nationwide vinyl shortage and had to wait several months for installation but it was well worth it! Amy in the office didn’t always have good news about the wait and materials but she ALWAYS responded and kept us up to date. In the end, I would highly recommend Action Fence.

From the beginning proposal and estimate and selection all the way to the finished product and installation date they have different departments for each part in the process which makes it extremely easy to coordinate as a customer. I would like to post a recommendation for Action Fence Company of Myrtle Beach. We had great difficulties in just getting anyone to come out and give us an estimate. They called and made an appointment for the estimate, showed up on time and gave us a fair price. We had to wait a few weeks for the installation but they once again showed up as scheduled. They did a very professional installation of quality fencing materials, and would not leave until I approved their work, I highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, terrible!,,,We called action(less) fence on APRIL 20th 2021 from a referral. They did the estimate 100% over the phone, why? No clue but ok fair enough. We gave them pictures of our current fence and what we wanted to have done, and they provided the estimate. They put us on the calendar for JULY 16th, 3 MONTHS LATER. They supposedly came out to do the job, earlier in day then was scheduled, we were not home, when we returned, NOTHING WAS DONE! Called “Amy” the scheduling coordinator, and guess what? They ordered the wrong fence, we have commercial grade fencing, they ordered something else. Maybe, just maybe, if they bothered to come out to the job site in the first place, they might have figured out that we had a different grade of fence... just a hunch. It’s now October 18th, several calls, and emails later, no followup, no return calls or return emails. Such professionals... a totally inept company. If I could give em ZERO STARS, I would have. Do yourself a favor. Bypass ACTIONLESS FENCE.

After several delays due to a shortage of white vinyl fencing, my fence was installed. The crew showed up on time. They worked through three major downpours, and got the entire fence up by the end of the day. They came back at 8:00 the next, morning and put up the gates. They were professional and polite. This is the second fence Action Fence has put up for me, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Scheduled back in March 2021 to have a fence installed the 2nd week in June. A week before the install date I received an email that they had no materials and didnt know when they were getting them. Now Im seeing fences being installed all around me in my neighborhood so it seems like they just dont want to do the job for the price we were quoted at. Every time I call their office no one answers.

Worked with Action Fence for a residential installation. We selected the Asheville double picket industrial grade fence. It appears to be made of quality materials. It did not come down during the hurricane. The price was competitive, but more importantly, the service was good with reliable communication by email. A small fix had to be made on our double gate side and was repaired timely. Thank you for a good experience in an otherwise tough market to find reliable service.

When they finished to install our fence it was kind of late in the day and I did’t saw that both gates were not install properly. I called them the next day, but nowbody answered. I tried again, and again, but nobody answered. I left them a message on their page. A lady call and told me that she will sent a team to fix the gates, but they did’t show up. After 3 days I called again, but they don’t bother with your call.

Moved to Myrtle 3 months ago and knew we wanted a fence as soon as we could... We received a great review from our neighbors on action fence, so we gave them a call... They were out within a day to quote it... Took about 3 weeks for them to put the fence in, which was just enough time to get approval from HOA. We had an issue where a storm blew a piece of the fence to the side, I text the owner and he said he would have someone come over and look at it, I was thinking within the week, nope, the worker was here within 10 minutes and had it fixed and it looks great... Also everyone that we have dealt with from the beginning phone call to the installers are all amazing and friendly...

I should have known from early on that I would have problems with this company. From the start they were slow to respond to calls, if they responded at all. But they gave the best price and did come recommended from everyone I talked to. So I scheduled with them. It was downhill from there. On the day of install, no one called, no one showed and no one answered the phones until the afternoon. I was told that they were running behind and couldnt make it and the best they could do was the following morning. Unfortunately this was not possible as i had already taken one day off work. They made no further attempt to rectify their mistake and only offered to cancel the order. I cancelled.

Action Fence was professional, competitively priced and kept me informed of delays in materials due to Covid-19. Soon as the materials were in they scheduled the install. The crew stayed until 7PM to complete the job in 1 day. They did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to looking to have a fence installed.

Ive been in the fence business for over 30 years these guys subcontracted me to fix their bad installations the practices they use pretty much guarantee your fence will fail within 5-10 years im losing out on work by writing this but even if they come back and fix it it will never be right a vinyl or aluminum fence should last 20+ years please dont let this be your fence half the holes dont have concrete and are only 2 feet in the ground. Actually you didnt let me go I left after being unfairly compensated for reapairing 100 fence posts that werent done properly on the initial install. The work was not done right to begin with and why would you warranty a different companies installation because the photo is from a job you did and guaranteed but didnt use enough concrete on the holes so the fence is extremely crooked

After hurricane Matthew came through, it tore my fence apart. I called Action fence for a quote for almost 360 feet of fence. Six feet on the sides and eight feet in back. They ended up doing the job. I wanted to wait on writing a review until after it stood the test of time. So.... after another two hurricanes, the fence is still straight and is looking good. I highly recommend these guys. They didnt show up on time though. They were five minutes early. You wont be disappointed.

Well, I am extremely pleased with the new fence Action Fence installed for us yesterday. At first they were great, the original fence was wrong, but we worked it out, after coming back from a vacation our neighbor noticed our gate was wide open, so he secured it and I called action fence Co to repair a broken bottom bracket that had come off. Absolutely perfect installation of nearly 750 feet of post and rail fencing! The crew arrived on time and worked out final details with us prior to installation. Nick and his installers did a terrific job! Nick came out and discussed fence design, specifications and placement with me and gave me an estimate. Fence was ordered with custom spacing between pickets and install date was set. Nick and his guys showed up on time and put in 250 ft of custom fencing... and completed the whole job in ONE DAY!!! The fence looks great!! There is a 2 ft slope to the property and the fence has no drop in the top line... all done with a gradual slope. The team is very professional, they keep things neat and tidy and are very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.. Wanted to add a fence to my new home in Myrtle Beach. Nick came out and took the measurements and gave me the bid for the entire job and explained my choices. It all seemed reasonable and I said yes.A few weeks later Larry came out with his crew and told me what they would be doing and when they would be done and completed exactly what he said he would even know the eclipse was going on. I was very please with the whole process and would do it again.

I just want to start by saying WOW what an experience. My wife and I are beyond pleased with job that was completed by Larry Register and his team over at Action Fence. Of course like every big purchase you get several quotes and these guys were right on the money with there estimate. Larry was very attentive to our needs and concerns and very much so a perfectionist. The job was scheduled promptly and in accordance with our schedule. We were notified the day before with the estimated arrival time and they promptly arrived on time and received exactly what was promised to us to the letter. We just moved into our new home March of 2017! I contacted Nick from Action Fence and he came right out to measure and get it scheduled! He worked with the dates of us closing on the house and we were able to get the fence put in a couple weeks after we moved in! It is absolutely beautiful and I love it. Original estimate was 3/26/19, Job was to start on Monday 4/18/19, owner called on Friday 4/15/19 and stated the material wasnt put on the truck. The job was started on 4/22/19 and I couldnt be any happier. The fence was installed quickly and the quality and care of workmanship was outstanding. I couldnt be any happier with Action Fence Company and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

After contacting many companies for quotes on fencing for our property we made the correct decision to hire Action Fence in 2017. Our original plan was to install a backyard fence that came so beautiful we kept adding on to the plans. All our fencing is just perfect.
