Very clean store with friendly employees. Everything is so organized. The rewards program is amazing and it takes no time to get free stuff. I will definitely be back again. The store is located in a plaza with a couple other shopping options. It is very easy to get out of the parking lot.

Some of the nicest folks in the area work here. I needed a mat custom cut for a frame and even though they were busy and had just opened the person behind the counter took the time to get it right and then had my order ready faster than anticipated. Great experience.

We were on vacation and I wanted to visit this store because we dont have a Michaels close to were I live. Loved this store. They had so much vinyl to chose from for my cricut crafts. I could spend hours in there.

Framing dept. is terrible. They quoted me $568 for a framed jigsaw puzzle. I settled for just a plain frame and glass for $200. Here are the photos.

Excellent framing department. Unfortunately we werent able to get our first choice in a large enough size (not their fault, floating frames just dont come that big) but there were multiple other options and we were happy with our second choice!

I love Michaels. I do lots of crafts and I like the variety of products Michaels has. They always have great sales. Plus, you can show them the 40% off coupon from your phone to receive a discount.The employees seem to know about what they are selling and are helpful & very polite.There is only one thing I dont like. Their heat and ac is operated by a cooperate office not located anywhere around the store and they determine what to set it on by finding a temperature common for regions made up of several different states. It is always either too hot or way too cold at night.All of the pictures I have attached have some type of arts or crafts that I did and my go to store to purchase materials was Michaels.Thank you,Karen Owens

Perhaps restocking...but very few faux flowers and macrame cord. Couldnt find anyone to ask about dry erase markers but we scored some things and the checkout person was great! Of course Ill be back.

They havent had a lot to choose from recently, but thats not their fault. Everyone here is so nice & helpful, I was a total inconvenience to them today (card declined & I had to call) and they were so patient and understanding. 5 stars to the phenomenal employees that were at the register tonight (8/13) at 730. I love Michaels but they are really high.

The customer service is always great at Michaels and I know being the only craft shop within many many many miles puts a lot of pressure on them to keep things in stock with so many people at home crafting. My only negative is how often what I need is out of stock. Their Sculpey section has been bare for months. Even online things are out of stock, so I know it is not just a local issue. With them buying AC Moore, they need to compensate for being our only craft store now and increase supplies.

In and out quickly grabbing the item i needed. I was able to use their app to determine stock availability and find the item in the store before I went in... plus I used a coupon to save some $. I like this store and shop here often.

Michaels is the Go-to store for the Crafty Critter which lives inside of many of us who wants to try to recreate our Grandmothers quilt or trying to make something new out of something old. This is the place to find it All!

Much like any hobby shop it is horrendously over priced with coupons everywhere. I wont go in without a coupon. That being said, they do have EVERYTHING and the staff is very helpful. You can spend hours in here and learn a lot of different hobbies.

Excellent selection. I had to return some yarn but lost my receipt they gave me no hassel exchanging it for another blanket.

Been working on a few projects and I found everything I needed but they were out of stock on a lot of stuff. Was in there a few months ago and it seemed like they had everything and then some but today was a little different. A couple of the things I was looking for they were out of but found an alternative that will make due but wasnt what I had my heart set on because when I looked the stuff up online it said that they had it in stock at the store but when I got there it was out which was kinda weird but I dono how up to date they keep their website but I was in the store not even 24 hours after I looked it up online saying in stock. But the stuff was very nice and helpful so still wanna show some love to them!

This store is over priced. But we (crafters) digress. Bought seed beads and the colors peeled off within a week🤦🏾paid 40 bucks for all these beads and they are useless

I buy from here often, I do wish they had more selection. The same day delivery is totally worth it so you dont have to stand in line. Michaels is the only craft store in the area.

I take my friend there a lot she does a lot of crafts and gets a lot of stuff from them so they must be good I just dont shop there my roommate does and she likes it

Went in this afternoon and the product (box frames) that were on sale was out of stock. I asked a nice young lady in the framing department if they had any more. She immediately stopped what she was doing - did NOT act like it was any bother at all - and said - Yes, weve got more in stock . She went right away and got them for me. I then went to pay and the cashier was the most pleasant cashier Ive come across. I will shop here every time I need a craft item. Nice job !! Customer service is superb!

Employees were nice. A little pricey but good sales. Aisles very crowded, especially around Christmas decor and floral. Check out line was to the back of store and only 3 registers were open.

It’s hard to accurately rate this location, it’s the only craft store for 50+ miles. They are always out of stock and a bit messy but that might just be due to the situation

If I could give no stars I would. I called before I went there since google was saying they had a ups location. The lady who answered say yes we do and I explained to her I was sending back a book in original box she said ok. I get there and tell them im tryimg to send back my book they say ok so I get in line. Four people in front of me and then when I get up there she says oh we cant send this back and was very rude. Will never go to this store again and really should address your customer service.

Michaels is a nice place, not your local Walmart, we go there for crafts, they just dont seem to have all the materials I need in the fabric department is why the 4 star not 5.

Nice friendly service

The 50% off sign for the 12x12 scrapbook pads did not include all of them only the thin ones but that was not stated on the sign. So I did not buy any scrapbook paper. I did buy stickers which were marked $1.00 each. I found other items priced too high. I will return when they have a sale.

I was shocked at how tude the employees were during the curbside pick up process.Get another job if youre THAT missrable doing what you do. I dont intend on spending another dime here since clesrly...their customers do not matter.
