It takes forever for them to ship to you! If you dont need you part for a month or two then thats fine, otherwise find the part elsewhere.In response to your response: your website said the part was in stock, this was why I went with your company. And it also said shipping was 2-5 days. If things are not available then it needs to show that on the site so people can have the choice to wait or look elsewhere. Also the part was a small funnel about the size of a screwdriver and it came in a box big enough for 2 laptops. No wonder why the shipping was sooooooooo much.

Dont wase your time or money. This company is horrible. They have zero customer service. Impossible to speak to a manager when there is an issue. Will leave you on hold for hours and send you to voicemails when trying to resolve issues. Go anywhere else but here. Would give negative stars if I could.
Great service and price! Much cheaper than my local dealer for the exact same parts. They are an actual dodge dealership! These are OEM parts. I also called and told them the date I needed the parts by and they shipped them out that day and the parts arrived early.
Horrible. I order two of the exact same mounting bolts for my 2005 jeep liberty rear shock. They sent two different bolts, only one usable. So, guess who is still stuck in the driveway. I waited over 1 1/2 weeks for a part that never came. Since contacting them Ive not heard back.

The vacuum hose I needed for my 98 TJ is the size of a toenail clipping…on a 23 yr old motor..who has that??These boys got me the correct part in a week..Much better than Amazon or EBay.Thanks y’all.
I ordered 2 threaded bolts mine you and had to cancel my order and shop elsewhere. The facts: placed the order on 9/25. My receipt email said I would receive a second email when my order was received and processing was starting. Didnt receive the second email until 9/28. It stated that my order was processing and shipment would be 2-4 days, with most orders shipping within 24 hours. Because my cars engine has been sitting open for 5 days now waiting on these bolts, I called Mopar Parts Inc.com today for an update. I was told that they would not receive the parts until 10/7, and then, it would be anywhere from 2-4 days before they would ship them to me. Really, for 2 bolts! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Bought a new fuel tank for my wife’s Jeep just over a year ago. No issues with the original order or timeliness of the shipping. The tank developed a leak and was throwing emission leak codes. Called Mopar Parts to see if there was a warranty, luckily there was. Ended up on the phone with the manager, Randy, who quickly processed the warranty claim and got the new tank on its way to me. Great customer service and quickly took care of my problem.
I called and Randy answered the phone promptly and courteously. I asked for the part and gave him the part number. He told me they did not have that part and it was on back order however, he gave me the phone number to 2 dealerships in the USA that showed it in stock. How awesome was that? Horrible customer service. I was sent a damaged wheel o Sunday 7/11/21and i returned it on 7/12/21 and customer service jut told me the replacement will shipped maybe round the end of next week. They clearly don’t care about he customer’s needs. I returned he wheel with in an hour of getting the return shipping and even sent them a copy of the tracking receipt. I was told they would have to get approval from the manufacture to send me a replacement. This makes no sense. So much for trying to help the customer. This place doesn’t care about you.
Definitely not a fan so far. Ordered a convex mirror to replace a broken one on my truck. Been over a week and status still just shows order received. No shipping, nothing. I tried calling, and what a joke that was. First call rang about 40 times no answer. Waited an hour and called back. This time after maybe 40-50 rings, I got an answer - Parts, please hold Been on hold for about 10 minutes now. Probably nt holding much longer. May update review if I evry get customer service or the part, but so far..... Not Good

Buyer Beware! I ordered a roof rack for my van in May but the rack wasnt shipped with the mounting screws. I have called multiple times and have been told multiple times a different story on when I should receive my missing screws. I have also emailed and asked for help but nothing. Now here we are almost two months later and I am just trying to get what I bought! It is always a new story and a new date for me to receive them. Actions speak louder than words at this point and the words Im hearing from them dont hold water. This is beyond absurd and frustrating because I have a roof raack sitting in my garage waiting to be mounted.

NOT FOR DIY REPAIRS??????The correct part was sent. It took longer than I expected but I can understand that a global pandemic can delay shipments. The reason they get a 2 out of 5 is that the brand new seat belt arrived locked. When I contacted cuntomer support the lady that I talked to said that they always come locked and that I would have to go to a dealer to have it unlocked. I said I wanted to install the part myself and she replied that they dont expect any MOPAR parts to be installed by DIYers. My question is, WHY SELL PARTS TO INDIVIDUALS IF THEY ARENT EXPECTED TO INSTALL THEM? I managed to discover the secret handshake on my own and got the seatbelt installed. No thanks to customer support.

Part was right, customer service was helpful on the phone HOWEVER when I ordered the part the guy on the phone told me it would arrive by the beginning of the week and it arrived at the end. it was nearly impossible to get the right person on the phone to track down what happened and where the part was.
I wish I knew about these guys sooner! I do a lot of my own auto work and repair (live away from population and hard to find qualifying shops). This vendors website was simple to search for what you need/want, prices were below others, and shocked how quick shipment was received! Don’t buy anything from this company! Been waiting almost a month for a refund for a rim that was returned. Have called 5 times and still no refund. After all this hassle for getting a refund there still charging a 20% restocking fee if I even get a refund! Advice take your business elsewhere!

Awful Company, my friend ordered parts for his car and was not sent what was advertised. They will not exchange or refund him. They are rude and unwilling to correct error they made and put the blame on the customer. This is a great example of a poorly run company and I advise you to do business elsewhere if you want the right parts and good customer service. they should be stripped of their Mopar license.

I should have done more research on this company before doing business. I ordered parts on 1-4-21 and paid $46 for expedited shipping because their website said it will be delivered between 1-7 and 1-8. The delivery date is now 1-12-21. I was planning on working on my Jeep this past weekend but now I must rearrange my already busy schedule.I called them and they refused me a refund for expedited shipping. From the looks of previous reviews this company has a very unreliable history.They shouldnt be advertising specific delivery dates they cant promise and make the customer pay for it.This is the only company Ive ever dealt with online where paying high dollar for faster shipping is a gamble. They end up keeping your money even if you dont get the faster shipping.No where on their website indicates any type of low inventory. No emails from them after ordering, indicating any type of delay. Just excuses from the owner.
One word:TERRIBLE!They will charge you 20% of the total price if you retun an item. They dont refund the shipping cost even when you pay for it. My 100,000+ visitors on my website will know about this place for sure.
Ordered my part on 3/19. Paid in full. Then on 4/4 I get a call wanting an additional $45 for shipping. You ship merchandise everyday. You should know the total cost of shipping on EVERY ITEM up front. No add on fees. No mater how large or small or how you package it up. I know it says It may be additional cost for shipping. Never heard of ANY company doing this. Will never purchase from moparpartsinc again. You know what, cancel my order. I’ll call tomorrow and get a refund. Taking my business to another supplier.

Do not buy anything from them! My part hasn’t even shipped and I requested a refund NOT A RETURN! Still have yet to have my money put back in my account. Worst service ever. Some people have a business to run and tell clients a eta but these people could careless and have very poor customer service. Have talked with them 3 times and they have lied about the part every time and have very little knowledge about products they care and sale. Make sure you keep record of everything they tell you because they will try and charge you a return fee or a restocking fee when the product hasn’t been shipped or taken off a shelf. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 days now and they make it out to be my fault. Again stay away from this place!!!!!

I went with Mopar Parts Inc because they had the cheapest price. But with that price you’re get terrible service. I placed my Order on early Wednesday the 23rd of December, Hoping it would get Shipped before Christmas, It got shipped the next Tuesday on December the 29th. I finally got the part and it was broken. It didnt break in the mail because the broken peace wasnt in the box. I called Monday on the 4th they had me send photos. NO response after that. I called Wednesday and they told me the person that dose it is out sick and shell get to it when she can. So no else in the hole company can do a replacement? I got a broken car and that’s my problem but the lack of their help is frustrating. If you dont live on the eastern coast you have like a 2 hour window before and two hour window after their lunch. Emails seem to be pointless too.
Placed an order 2 weeks ago and they still havent received on their end which is inconvenient to me. The I first ordered the couldnt find my order so I placed another order and they say it never went through then the lady gets mad at me and hangs up (not the first time theyre rude and unprofessional) I cant wait to get my order I will never order from them again
Dont waste your time and money with this guys, this guys deserve a negative -5 stars. After taking a month+ for the order to be fulfilled, the parts arrived broken. I returned the part on 3/19/2020, called them on March 26 to verified the status, the customer service rep. stated that the new parts were going to be mail no later than March 20. Three weeks later, no replacement parts or money back into my account.

I don’t usually post reviews but I have to give props to this company. I believe I spoke with a girl named Jasmin for over 30 minutes while she helped me find the correct parts for my car for college. She helped me get all of them in on time and was so helpful. I am not very educated when it comes to automotive details, but she helped me to understand without making me feel stupid. She was so sweet and funny! Definitely recommend buying from this company!

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had, save your time and money and just call your local Mopar dealership. I received two damaged parts in a row over 3 months then was told they would not send me another part because it will just end up damaged again I was then charged for shipping so I could at least get refunded for the part i needed.... I called my local dealership and they had the part literally the next day. Utter waste of time and money.

Called them and when they picked up they tried to make it seem it was my fault for not understanding how the website works. “It says two, but that means that it is from our supplier to us, We only sell one. I ordered the wrong part so I called and setup a return. I shipped the part to the address that Moparparts inc provided. I got confirmation and a signed acceptance receipt from the shipping company that it was delivered to the address. However Moparparts Inc claims that they didnt receive the part. So Im out the part and more shipping fees. I will never do business with this dishonest company again.
Beware: Make sure you dont need to return anything. If you dont provide a VIN they dont take returns. Even then there is a 20% - 35% restocking fee. They also charge crazy amounts for shipping.
First things first...Reviewer Randy Faison is a customer service agent and the one I emailed to get my information from, so his 5 star review is a fake!!!!!I emailed them before ordering a part, with a photo attached to ensure that I received the correct part. They told me the part number, so I ordered it. What came in was only a fraction of the part I needed and they told me that to get the part I needed I would have to spend almost $300 on a package of parts, most of which I do not need. I sent it back and they only refunded my for the part and not the freight. I could understand if I had ordered the part incorrectly on my own, but I sent them a photo of exactly what I needed!! What a scam!!!!Take not that all the reviews on here are negative, but somehow all the ones on their website are positive. Go to Rock Auto or any other website, but steer clear of these guys.
Placing order was easy and shipping was very fast. I got a part that is different from the one pictured and when I inquired about it was told they discountined the part I ordered and this is the replacement one but it doesn’t fit in the bracket that I would need to buy new brack too. Verified this with local dealer. Just upset the picture is the part I need and that’s what they advertise but not what I got. Called about a return and was told I could return it but I have to pay return shipping and wouldn’t get my money back for the shipping to get then part (the part was only $6) so it would have cost me more money to ship it back then it would to just keep the part I can’t even use.

Stay away from this place. They charge an astronomical amount for shipping, and have a 35% (!!!!) restocking fee. They charged me $20 to ship me the part in the first place. It only cost $7 to ship it back, and then they dinged me 35% to put a part back on the shelf. These guys will find any way possible to make a buck off of you and have shoddy business practices. Buyer beware.
Ordered parts via web, correct PN and description on site, received shipment but was missing components. No response to email queries. Discourteous customer service on phone. Will not repeat business here.Received email reply after initial review. Mopar Parts Inc., Myrtle Beach, refuses to ship O-rings, even though listed as included with the ordered part. Stating I must order them separately. Item name and description clearly and specifically state the O-rings are included.Cant give zero stars or I would.
Scumbag outfit. First dont be fooled that your dealing with some Mopar Warehouse. You will chase and micro manage your order for over a week and will deal with young rude kids who have no clue how to do customer service. I was told my parts were there and ready to ship out several times. Ultimately cancelled my order after being lied to 3 different times that the parts were shipping the next day. Update: went to my local Jeep Dealer in Illinois on 05/02/18 and ordered same parts at 1:30 pm and arrived to dealer today, 05/03/18 at 9:22 am. Buyer beware dealing with Mopar Parts Inc.

Bought some u joints for my truck called and gave vin to make sure they were right ones even entered vin when placed order online, got them and they were wrong sent them back and i called to ask how to send them back apparently you still get charged 35% re stock fee and was told that I should have called and explained which I did. So will not be doing business here again wish I could give a zero star
