Myrtle Beach Cadillac serviced my recently purchased 2019 CTS for 30k mile checkup and oil change. Becki, the service representative was very professional, courtesy and through as to what my appointment would entail. Also kudos to the courtesy driver Stan. He is a great conversationalist.

The service ladies are nice. My warranty has rental and they make you go to hertz now according to the service workers which is lame because we buy luxury to ride luxury and spend a lot of money on service when needed. The older lady at the front desk of the dealership is nasty and acts like she is being bothered when you talk to her, I’m not dealing with her ugly attitude anymore when I go there. We all have our bad days but don’t take it out on me buy a stress ball or something I’m not your punching bag.2014 Cadillac CTs owner

Well, I purchased a 2019 CTS and it was not a good experance. The salesman was not knowledgeable with the CTS from my dealings with him. I asked if it had lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control and auto braking (forward and reverse) and he said yes it has it. So with that in mind I proceed to purchase the car (after a test ride and price negotiation). Well shortly after (on my way home) I realized it did not have any of the options I asked about. Also, the CUE system keep freezing So, I went back to the dealer. They made an appointment to get the CUE system replaced under warranty. I was also told at that time that this was a 19 CTS Luxury and was informed that the options I asked the sales about only came with the premium edition. So in short I got a car with options missing that was the reason I considered this car in the first place. Now, I was also told by the Owner Lou that they would search for a CTS with these options or give me my old car back. Are you kidding me? I just switch my insurance over and a few other things I’m not going to at this point do that (which I’m sure was in the back of their mind). Now The owner did tell me that they would try and find a CTS with these options, I’m not holding my breath. Now lets fast forward to when I picked up my car from having the CUE replaced. They scratched the molding around the CUE display during the replacement and the owner told the service department to detail the car and perform an oil change, which none of that was not done. So, that’s my story, take it for what its worth.

Service department Becky very rude, doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. Hold times to speak to a manager and service department are Ridiculous long!Please stay away from these Crooks! Sold me a lemon and now offering to buy it back at “ what it’s worth” ( per owner), which is -11,500 less than what I I paid for it, plus the $5000 cash I put down!

Dealership does not look like what Cadillac requires as their standard look. Very few masks being worn. Sales people all standing around joking with each other. If you need help it will take awhile and then its like they are doing you a favor. Only reason to go here is for warranty work unfortunately. Vehicles are over priced and they just dont seem to really care. They need to send in an undercover shopper and get feed back they would probably be surprised, I will buy the next vehicle elsewhere. Sorry for the review but I gave owned 309 cars and have sold cars for a few dealerships. I wouldnt work here. Hopefully they will take this as constructive criticism and try to impove.

So my family has been buying Cadillacs for years now. I bought an XT5 for myself when they were first released. My mom liked it so I bought her one too from the Myrtle Beach dealership. BIG MISTAKE! Her cadillac has been making a noise when you turn for a while and she has asked them to look into it when she got her oil changed, not once but twice. She was told nothing was wrong. Now that the warranty is over they have found the problem...and get this the service department also claims she never told them about! The car has 26,000 miles on it and now they want $2500 to fix a problem that was reported while under warranty! If you want a Cadillac dont buy it from here. I bought mine from somewhere else and I have never had a problem with service department. My 70 year old mother is getting robbed! I have the correct dealership! My mothers car was purchased from your dealership. I was also told thay they would fix the vehicle after I wrote this review but the part has been back order for some time or so they claim. I will take my complaints to corporate since you think I have the place.

The reason I gave Myrtle Beach Cadillac five starts is because Myrtle Beach has an employee named Ramon who was my service adviser took good care of me and attended me very quickly. He even showed me why my 2004 Cadillac was recalled. Ramon took his time and showed good customer service to me and a few other customer that came in while I was waiting. Ramon had no problem answering all my concerned that I had about my car. I would recommend Ramon to all my friends because I know he would give them 100% attention to there concern and they will leave Myrtle Beach Cadillac with a smile, like I did. Wish there was more then 5 stars and I would of picked them all. Thank you Ramon.

Beware of buying used vehicles from Chevrolet/ Cadillac in North Myrtle Beach SC. I bought a 2017 Cadillac xt5 and within 2 hours of driving home with it, the torque converter went out! Well they did replace it but now there is another problem.......the whole rear end serves when going over any bumps at highway speeds and Ive taken it in almost 4 different times now and they claim they cant find anything wrong. This most recent trip I ask for a detail to be done and that went horrible as well. There was spray marks all over my vehicle that wasnt even wiped and the same from the inside of my vehicle. There was spray splatters on the center of my windshield and rear view mirror that never was wiped up. Not a good place to buy a vehicle or to have service work OR have your vehicle detailed! Run if you know whats good for you.............*Update: called the dealership to notify them again of the same issues and no one calls back! Funny how they respond to Google review but not to the customer calling themselves to the stealership? There has also been an electrical issue as well that has just been blown over as well. That would be my mobile printer I need to have my work on the go. Everytime I open my drivers door while printer is on, the printer shuts down as soon as I shut the door? They said they try to duplicate these issues and the other issues and low and behold the issues are right back in 2 days......from whole rear end swerving when going over bumps at highway speeds because a torque converter was changed to my detail service was totally not a detail but a wham bam thank you mam job! Still have black smears all on my interior from the torque converter work they done. I was going to oay for this to be cleaned but they didnt think it was important enough for them to acknowledge! Now lets see how long it takes for the stealership to contact me back now that this will be my 4th time complaining about these all of above issues?

They will overcharge you and then negotiate to make you feel like they are good people. They charge over 125.00 an hour for labor. . I have never dealt with a dealership that had such low ethics. They had to put a piece in my transmission that took 5 hours and tried to charge me 1,500. Never do your service here.

My 2 year old Cadillac was left unattended for three weeks in our garage while we vacationed. The dealership had the car towed and battery replaced (bad cell, apparently): all under warranty. If I had put the battery on trickle charge, none of this would have happened, neither my inconvenience or GMs expense. Notice of the need to trickle charge should be part of the Owners Instructions or, better yet, Cadillacs should come equipped with an installed trickle charger port. In any case, my dealership did me well and proud.

My first experience with the service department. Check-in was quick and I had already made an appointment. Driveway area is way too small and congested. No one knows quite where to leave the car or how to get out of the way of other vehicles.No complimentary car wash after service?!?! Cadillac is a luxury brand - Mercedes cleans our other cars each and every visit. We dont need to have service done, just run it in there when dirty and they clean it up!! You should do the same, free of charge.

Nice dealership. The only real problems I have with them is1) Upon delivery of my 17 Escalade detail, cleaning and having the vehicle complete with floor mats was half hazard. Not even an owners manual .A dealership that sells high end cars like mine should have better control and higher standards upon delivery of a vehicle such as this.2) In researching 2017 Escalades online, many of them were 4-9000.00 less with same or less mlies,same year or newer. I did not get a square deal as I should have. Especially just moving to this area and building a long lasting relationship with MB Cadillac . I planned on trading my wifes car in soon. Really not sure I want to be overcharged again so most likely would not consider it. I would like to go over the deal with management so they can see my findings.Update!! Never going back to this dealer. Ignorant Cadillac service writer Ray and rude management. Becky and Sam are nice. Rex in sales in too good for them. Taking both my Caddies to another GM Dealer. Withdrawing all referrals to them. They are pathetic.

I came to MBC for repair after getting into an accident. They found the damage to my truck was pretty bad and made it necessary to contact insurance to fix. On arrival Jodi was very kind and attentive and also empathetic to my pain. It ended up needing to be at the body shop for the repair and Jodi handed me off to Theresa. I dont want my truck to need fixing to the degree it did, but I felt very good that it was in Theresas hands. She communicated with my insurance company and pushed back when they initially tried to minimize repair needs. Repairs were completed a week earlier than expected and I got to test it out on the 500 mile drive back home. Everything was as good as new and I couldnt be happier with its performance. Thank you again to Theresa and Jodi!

READ THIS!Ill try and make this short and sweet. On a recent repair to my chevy, I was surprised by the cost of a part that was needed to repair the problem. Before getting my repaired car, I went to the parts department to get the price of the part confirmed. The parts rep gave me a price that was $60.00 less than the price of the part on the repair bill. When I took the copy of the part cost to the service advisors, she stated that the price on the repair bill didnt seem right. ( what else could they say as I had the parts guy make me a copy of the actual part cost) The service advisor brought the copy of the part cost to the service manager. She soon returned with an amended repair bill. I was told that the parts people used the Chevy matrix( whatever that is) to increase the cost of the part. Can you imagine how many people are being ripped off by this terrible practise? Ever customer...every part upsized by the shady practse of Myrtle Beach Chevy parts and repair scam! When I asked for the cost of the hourly rate,(something I should have done first) I was told $130.00 per hour. WOW... because it is a Cadalac dealership! Ah hello! I have a 12 year old Chevy! This place is nuts! They have lost my loyalty. I will not only NOT have service there in the future, but I will look first for my next Chevy at any other dealership! BUYER BEWARE has never been more appropriate than it is at MYRTLE BEACH CHEVY! If you go there, count on being scammed and RIPPED OFF!
