My car was getting a repair due to somebody hitting it in my parking lot. Now this is about Beach Ford. Everyone in there that I came in contact with was very courteous. Told me up front what it would cost and the list of things that were going to do. They also told me they would call me if there was any changes and they did. So the bottom line is I am very pleased with Beach Ford.
This dealership has the BEST service department. We are in from Atlanta with an auto lift gate issue. Rob from service was amazing from beginning to end. Fantastic! Wish we were closer to get service completed on a regular basis. We WILL purchase our next Ford from Beach Ford! Awesome experience!
Took F150 in for repairs, was told nothing was wrong with it, took it to another dealership and needs around $3000 for service. Purchased the extended warranty that is now just expired. When I took it in, it was still under the extended warranty.Avoid the service department!!!
I purchased a used f-150 here in April 2021. The dealer intentionally hid defects on the vehicle only to be found after I had purchased and signed all the documents. This dealership is not to be trusted and I will never do business again with them. Its sad such a well known business has to take advantage of its customers. STAY AWAY, go to Conway Ford or any other dealership!
Very courteous. I appreciate the quick and thorough service. Went with my son-in-law who was getting a Ford ranger. Everything was explained thoroughly and they did efficient job of moving him through the process of paperwork and walking out the door with ownership of the vehicle. I personally dread buying vehicles but these folks made the experience much more enjoyable.
Bad experience. Bought a new vehicle the lands free left gate didnt work they took it to repair said that it had a bad sensor. Scheduled the appointment when taken to appointment they said that it was not equipped with this occasion. Just be careful. They will tell you a big one. I will not go back for anything !!
Super dissatisfied. Took forever to get an appointment. Had to pay $700 for a rental because they couldn’t provide a loaner car nor did they offer any help for the price of that. Overpaid for the actual service. Lights were still coming on after I left. Only good thing was the service advisor Vernon was decent.
Great place. MIKE Delinono was exceptional sales person. Not pushy super funny. Horrible negotiation skills ( thats a good thing) gets the job done. Awesome.
Sales was absolutely great until after the sale. Dealerships staff was great even helpful until sale was complete, I purchased a F150 that is equipped with a door key pad incase you lock your key inside. Well it happened to me first time in my life I locked the key inside the truck. Called every number listed for this dealership and couldn’t get through. Ended up calling a different ford dealer in Florence SC that was able to help get my vehicle open. Went to Beach to inquire why their phone system was down and they didn’t want to hear it. In times of need with a 4 yr old in tow I will never purchase from this dealership again. 40k plus will go 9000 miles out of my way to purchase from a dealer that is willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience with this dealership. Evan Culpepper is an outstanding salesman who shot straight and did what he could to help meet us where we felt comfortable with our purchase. We are so excited to have a truck, again, and would very much recommend Mr. Culpepper to any friends or family.

I wish they had a no star rating, I would provide them that rating. This is the 3rd car I purchased from this dealer simply because this dealer is close to where I live. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them and though they showed me a clean carfax, when the title came from the DMV it was branded for incorrect mileage. this makes it impossible to sell or trade for its value. They have done very little to remedy the situation. Beach did admit it was their error however to return the car they insisted i use it to trade on another of their vehicles. They then offered me 8K less than what I paid for the Mercedes!This dealer does not value customer service. I purchased my next car from Tidelands Lincoln Ford in Pawleys Island and had a wonderful experience. I did purchase a navigator from Tidelands Ford in Pawleys Island. Natali.
I needed a key reprogrammed for my car and Beach Ford diagnosed my problem with in an hour. The key failed and they issued me a new key, due to still under warranty. Thank you Beach Ford.

My salesman, Joe, was outstanding. I appreciate the no pressure aspect during the many hours spent, over many days, showing me different vehicles and their options. He also, two weeks after I bought a car, is taking my phone calls to answer a questions about things that come up, ( like option operation ). He also set up a next day service appointment, ( including a ride home ), to take care of a couple of minor issues. Speaking of which, the service Manager came outside, to explain what they had done........ The Sales Manager, Cliff, was easy to negotiate with. No pressure, Fast and, I still believe he gave me a fair deal. The finance Manager, Nick, I think, was also great. He did not try and relentlessly force additional warranties on me. However, one big disappointment was the Bumper to Bumper warrantee, that comes from Ford, is not really Bumper to Bumper. For example, A headlight costs $4300.00 after one year. Not the implied Bumper to Bumper 4 year car, and 6 year drivetrain. If you want things like a $4300.00 headlight covered, It will be $2500.00 additional warrantee. I was also given the phone number, to an after market place, to fix a comfort problem with the front seat. I would expect that, with 49 miles on the car, they would have taken care of that. ......... But please, make no mistake about it, I love the car. The ride, power options are fantastic. The good things about ALL the people, I met there, are all a new experience for me. I would do the same deal again, recommend them and buy another vehicle from them.
Very happy with the service at Lincoln. Salesmen were pushy and used “car dealer” math, but none the less we agree to a fair price after a bit of back and forth and walked out with a vehicle a few hours later.Looking forward to working with Beach Lincoln.We did just get our plates in the mail and ended up with the wrong plates- not sure what happened with that.

While visiting friends, I noticed my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus was shifting weird. Although I did not have an appointment, the dealership manager took my car for a test drive, acknowledged the problem and and even did some did some diagnostic testing. He assured me any repair could wait until I got home and that the car was safe to drive. Even though the service department was extremely busy and short-handed, Dominic Mason went out of his way to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

They offer to pick your car up for service . My appointment was for 10 AM today they showed up at 11:30 after some very rude person hung up on me 4 times... I will not be using them to provide my service again, its not like the service is free....Disgracefully filthy the replacement car they brought me to drive...... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!
I was considering purchasing a used 2010 Lincoln MKX and I wanted a pre-purchase multi-point inspection done on the vehicle. I got a quote from a local mobile mechanic that was $50 cheaper but I wanted to go with a Ford vehicle specialist. I saw online that there were no service appointments available until Thursday but I didnt want to risk losing out on the vehicle of my choice by waiting. I called yesterday morning around 8:30 am and spoke with a girl in service who said that they didnt have any appointments available that day, but if I could arrive within the hour, they would fit me in... I actually didnt arrive until 10:30 am but they were still able to get someone to inspect the vehicle right away. My service adviser Robert Huston was really nice and I felt like he had extended knowledge about his field... I felt he was someone whose opinion I could trust. He was very candid about the whole process, what I could expect, how long it would take and my inspection options. I was told it would take an hour for the inspection and I would be paged since I had decided to do some Christmas shopping in the area while I waited. I was paged promptly and when I returned, Rob informed me of their findings and let me know that my personal printed copy of the vehicle inspection would be waiting at the cashiers counter. The vehicle had been previously serviced at that location a number of times so they had record that it was a local vehicle with only one previous owner which gave me a peace of mind. The vehicle was clear of any obvious defects like any leaks or mechanical issues, however, filters and fluids needed to be replaced/replenished. No check engine light was on so nothing was showing up. His words were, its a solid vehicle, a good buy and I should consider having the spark plugs changed because the previous owner had not serviced them at the standard 100K mile check. I felt confident enough to place a down payment on my Lincoln and since I work nearby, I cannot wait to do further business with this dealership. They were welcoming, professional and took my time into consideration. I highly recommend this dealer, the facilities are clean and everyone I encountered were very informative.

We just bought a car there. Everything seemed fine. We gave them a $500 check to hold the car and were told we would get it back. When we signed the paperwork the next day we asked the salesman for our check back and he said not to worry the finance guy would shred it in front of us, those were his exact words. We got a bit caught up in signing a lot of papers and forgot about the check but when we got home we emailed the salesman and he responded saying he would take care of it. Today, we see they had actually deposited it! Now they say it was what they were going to do all along, Hey, Beach Ford/Lincoln, how about being honest? It was only $500 but for some people it could have been devastating, Ive lost faith in their integrity. As much as I like the car I will think twice before doing business with them again and will certainly not recommend them to anyone.
Not a place that I would depend on ever. More BS than actually doing repairs to new cars. Apparently new cars are supposed to come with defects now, lots of them. All the issues we complained about are supposedly normal. Took it to another mechanic and as we already knew none of the issues are normal, you have got to be ignorant or think your customers are one of the two.

I asked how much I would pay for the car he said how much are you wanting to pay monthly ten times. I could not get one straight answer from this guy. Go to CarMax I went twice before and was treated with respect and honesty non of my time was wasted. No high pressure sales tactics!!! Management is not compassionate either. Defensive and angry at me leaving my review on here.
Left my vehicle (under bumper to bumper warranty) for service. I left with the same issue still present . If this is fords idea of customer satisfaction, ford is sadly mistaken .

AFTER LEASING 2 VEHICLES AND I WAS HAPPY I WENT BACK IN FOR A 3RD.STUPID ME I DIDNT PAY ATTENTION BECAUSE I LISTENED TO MY SALESMAN,STEVE.THEN HE QUITS(OR WHATEVER) AND HE FORGOT TO PUT MY PAPERWORK IN FOR REGISTRATION. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT TAKES A LONG TIME. OK I WAIT 2 MONTHS,GO BACK AND AM TOLD WELL HAVE EVERYTHING MON(THIS WAS SAT 7-16. TODAY IS FRI 7-22 AND STILL NO REG. WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP THERE WERE 5 PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER, IT TOOK 5 MINUTES TO EVEN BE ACKNOWLEDGED.WHAT SERVICE! I ALSO MUST SAY IT WAS THE WORST DEAL I EVER SIGNED IN MY LIFE. THATS WHAT I GET FOR TRUSTING PEOPLE. A TERRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED. I THINK ILL LOOK BETTER IN A CADILLAC.
Good place to buy a car
I recently stopped by Beach Lincoln to shop a lease an MKC. Clay Purifoy was my salesman. After a few minutes with Clay, I understood all the Salesman of the Month awards on the wall. The sale went quickly and they beat the competition by a mile. Most impressive was the product knowledge Clay had on the vehicles Sync system and the operation of every single button or dial answering all questions like a Manufacturers Product Specialist. I came away knowing the MKC and liking it more and more. He explained all the buttons and modes in the MKC (which I chose after looking at the Cadillac XT5 and researching the previous model) Clay made it very simple and inspired confidence with his friendly way. The paperwork went smooth. They matched a good trade price and ticked all my boxes. They cut me a check for my trade and off I went. The MKC is a fantastic vehicle (this from someone who has not purchased American for 15 years) All the modern bells and whistles. Thank You Beach Ford and Clay Purifoy
