Craftmanship should be mentioned in their company name. Pure Craftmanship. I was referred to Custom Care By Word of Mouth and Im so thankful that person told me about this company. Ive had four different motorcycle seats in the past 3 years, but nothing like this seat. By far this is the most comfortable, and best looking custom seat Ive ever owned. Wish I had moved down to Myrtle Beach a little sooner wouldve saved a lot of money. Great prices for the quality of work, or should I say Craftmanship. The owners Rich & Wendy are great to work with, actually the entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. PLEASE dont waste your time, or money anywhere else, this is the shop for all your interior needs!!!

I am so impressed with this place! We brought our van in for a new headliner and they did such an amazing job. They had told us turn around was a day or two, but got us our van back in the same day! I really like the people I dealt with but to be honest they did a pretty poor job on my car. Cut my headliner left grease all in the inside and tore up the molding and didn’t even tell me about it. I called them and they promised to make it better but I never heard from them again

Beautiful work and very friendly staff. Had headliner in 2008 VW Jetta replaced. Looks like it just rolled out of the showroom.Just had leather seats done and they came out beautiful. To get leather seats at dealer was only included with $15,000 upgrade package. Had these two tone leather seats done for $1,300.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Wendy and her crew did what others said was Impossible and SAVED me a LOT of MONEY doing it!I had been to several other shops that had told me I would need to purchase a brand new convertible top, and all new hydraulics for the top on my Mercedes..Wendy not only repaired my existing convertible top to perfect condition, but also managed to repair my convertible hydraulics by rebuilding only one of the components!They had my convertible top in perfect shape for approximately a QUARTER OF THE PRICE that the other shops wanted for me to buy and replace all new!!! AND she also did some repair work on my interior leather while it was there!I could not be more thrilled or more appreciative for their honesty, hard work and excellent workmanship. Its wonderful to find honest people that are willing to make the efforts and go the extra mile to save a lot of money for their clients by doing the necessary REPAIRS instead of purchasing NEW!!They were very professional, honest, courteous and even had my car detailed for me before I picked it up!I couldnt be happier with the excellent results, AND they saved me a ton of money!! For those who don’t know, it’s very definitely the go-to place to such an extent that the others are either unknown or don’t matter (I intend no unkindness toward any other business or business owners). I don’t know how long Custom Care has been around, but it’s one of those “oh, they’ve been round forever” kind of places. The courtesy is truly stand-out, but the serious-minded craftsmanship is what it’s really all about and, as to that, they’re in a class by themselves. Took my mustang here to get the convertible top replaced. They have great, reasonable prices at this shop. The staff were very friendly and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. They even finished a day earlier than expected, and that was them just fitting me in whenever they could as I didn’t have an appointment. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my 1988 Nissan 300ZX in to have some interior work done - the most involved was the drivers seat. Ive owned this car for 31 years and have kept it in impeccable condition, putting only 87,000 miles on it. The front seat took some time to get just the right leather in, but Wendy (owner) was deligent in her efforts to get just the right leather in to bring that drivers seat back to new condition. The tailoring is impeccable. They have an excellent leather upholster in their employ. Thanks for your efforts!

I went in to get an estimate on rebuilding the seats for my 67 Europa. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made several good suggestions about materials and construction. And they gave me what I consider a very reasonable written quotation.

I had recently purchased a used RV that needed new dinette cushions for the backrests. Custom Care was recommended to me and I could not be happier. They exceeded my expectations. On my 1996 BMW Z3 they replaced my convertible top and the rubber molding around the windshield. I can now take the car through a car wash and do not get water inside. This is great. It gives the old car new life.

Had Custom Care do the full Interior on my custom show truck Excursion. They did custom inserts in the door panels, console, full headliner and all the seating. Very professional and helpful staff made for an excellent experience. I had the drooping headliner replaced in my 10 year old Mazda sedan - the local dealership quoted me a price almost 3x more expensive than what I paid here (where I got better service and more attention), plus a 3 year guarantee on the work. They mentioned the adhesives they used on this replacement fabric headliner at Custom Care are more heat-resistant than the original, which I was very happy to hear having a black car.I will recommend this shop to friends and family and will return here when I need something in the future

Was very pleased with my entire interior of my 1992 Camaro Z28. They did an awesome job.

Brought my Porsche 928 seats and Pascha material all the way from Germany to these fine folks to be reupholstered. They were kind enough to meet me in Little River (closer to me in Holden Beach). The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. This material is notoriously difficult to work with, not just because the pattern has to be laid out precisely as OEM, but because it will make you dizzy, queasy and give you seizures if you stare at it too long. I will be bringing all my future work here and my buds work too.

Glad I finally get to leave a review for this place. I had to get the top to my 1999 Firebird replace about 13 years ago. Took it to Rich to get completed. When I got it back, the top would not go up by itself. Called them and told and they said no way its their fault. I was a mechanic and inspected myself and found one small leverage mechanism fell off or left off. I ordered it and installed it myself, fixed. Took the receipt to have them reimburse me and the owner/jerk literally cussed me out in his shop in front of other customer because he said they could of fixed for less than the part price and they dont cheat nobody. Would never recommend giving any money that would go in his pocket. Im just glad reviews go online now. I get to let everyone know what a jerk Rich is. I cant speak for anyone else other than him.

I read a number of their reviews and I was a bit concerned but I went forward with the work on my wifes car. I have to say they did an amazing job and I know most clients dont take the time to write a good review but will drop everything to write a bad one when really just a bit of communication and listening could have saved everyone so much time.Josh was amazing to work with and did the job he said he would do and then some. This was done through our insurance company and he went out of his way to get in contact with them when they were dropping the ball. I am so very happy with the outcome that we are going back to have some other work done as well.Reviews are helpful but some times they are just spiteful and mean. I am so glad I did not pay attention to the negative reviews that were posted against this fine company.

Very nice people but not sure if they know what they are doing. My convertible seat wouldnt move back and forth after high winds and heavy rains soaked the driver side. They replaced the seal strip around the doors, they say they bought a used seat and replaced the seat frame. Not sure that they even did that. We paid them around $700 or more and nothing has improved. We just gave up. Every time they said they fixed it, we paid and drove away and returned within the week saying it isnt fixed. Finally after they had my car for several months and we got tired of them having it so we just took our car. They fixed nothing.

I was referred to Custom Care when I wanted to add keyless entry to my vehicle. The dealership was going to charge an enormous rate for the same service that Custom Care provided. But their rate was much more reasonable. I would not have been able to add the keyless entry at the rate the dealership wanted. Custom Care was professional and nice. I checked several places before deciding on them. The difference was the warranty on their service. That is what sold me. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before leaving a review in case anything stopped working. But I have had no issues. I feel so much more secure knowing that I can get into my car quickly if I need to, as well as having the Panic button on the keyfob. I am very happy with the service they provided.

My Fiance and I had an appointment here yesterday to get his lifesaver device recalibrated. While his device had a bypass on it, I drove it to the shop for him. The female owner immediately assuming my fiancé was a bad egg started accusing him of driving the truck there illegally and copping a very nasty attitude with him. The tech and mechanic started making jokes to him about how his device must not be recalibrating properly because he had a couple drinks or whatever. This is so unprofessional. I realize maybe a lot of other people in his situation make up lies to bypass their devices but my fiancé is not that guy. After a traumatic life experience, alcohol became his coping mechanism. He lost his job and everything due to alcohol. Hes been doing right and staying on a good path ever since he got out of rehab. We have a baby on the way and are really making a better life for ourselves. For this shop to make these comments not knowing what hes been through and just assuming hes another one of those deadbeat drunks was so disrespectful. It was fine that they had no idea what they were doing and we had to have the state office call them, but the comments & jokes on top of not knowing their job made it such an unpleasant experience. I hope that lady that talked to my fiancé so unkindly yesterday reads this and knows that she made herself look like such an ass by being so ugly towards her paying customer.

Called to get my headliner done and they tell me i have to wait two weeks for a damn appointment and when i said ill call some where else they literally hung up on me. RUDE. never will i go to a place that hangs up on somebody and makes them wait two weeks.

Went there with one problem left with four. Had a leak and carpet getting wet. After a week, they said it was finished and explained what the problem was which I believed at the time. On the way home I noticed that my engine light was on then I also noticed that the passenger side trim and quarter panel were not replaced correctly i.e. screws were hanging out not even tightened at all and the rocker panel trim was elevated and falling off door sill. I took it back and the same guy who did the work admitted that he forgot to properly install the interior parts and then after denying that the engine light would have nothing to do with the repair, although they flooded my car with water to find leak, they cleared the light which is still off today. Now my car is still getting water in the exact place and while looking I noticed that the same imbecile laid the carpet pad and carpet over the rear air duct under the passenger seat which would allow heat to the rear seat passengers. So I go there with a water leak problem and left there with interior trim hanging off, engine light on. airduct completely concealed by carpet and pad, and same water leak. Nice going guys!! You get a big raspberry for your quality work and lets not forget your close attention to detail. This work was actually paid by a local car dealership due to a recent purchase and they will be notified as well. You know what they say, if you want it done right you have to do it yourself and believe me you do not want to go here. So I went back to see if they could find the rear airduct they failed to reinstall and the owner comes out to look then calls me a liar that the rear air duct dies not exist and that I was making up Part#4596504AB and part#4596540AB that Myrtle Beach Chrysler offers for 18.45 and 24.20 respectively that is standard feature for 2006 Chrysler Sebring GTC which they so called repaired. The guy calls me a liar, yelling loudly in my face then tries to muscle me off the property in hopes I would just go quietly. I called the cops to make a complaint of assault but apparently there wasnt enough video evidence to press the issue criminally, so MBs finest states but I am following up with a visit to the district attorneys office and my lawyer for civil action as well. This type of behavior is not acceptable even if you are a redneck ahole! But if you like this kind of superb customer satisfaction and service with such attention to detail then come on over.
