Lots of options but it seems not too much depth in the options right now. We had to ask for help both times we stopped (a couple months apart) but they were friendly and helpful in showing us options available. Convenient to Ocean Lakes Campground is a plus as well.

All I notice is that theres definitely just Caucasian employees and most of your camper that I saw were also Caucasian. I just thought it was a place for Caucasian people I got scared and left

We always have a great time, been going to Ocean lakes for about 30 years .Hope I make it another 30.

Selection of RVs was okay and although everyone was pleasant they didnt seem to be overly interested in helping. In fairness it may be that we arrived about 30 minutes before closing.

Went to look/purchase a new fifth wheel camper only to be turned away because it was 4:45 and they wanted to make sure they were out by 5 because thats what time they close. we drove hours to get there only to be greeted like this? goes to show the type of support you would receive should you have an issue. I get you want to leave by 5pm however your hours clearly state open to 5. We could have looked for 15 minutes at least.

Decided to take a look at all the RV dealers in the area, as it is so convenient to see them all in one place along 17. We pulled in and took a quick look, but the RVs were either really badly sun faded or over 1 year old that didnt sell yet. Not a lot of pride in the display or cleanliness of the units for browsing. I dont think they are in the market to sell a lot of trailers. Maybe try in the spring when there may be newer models on the lot?

The small store has a good supply of items you may need in a pinch.

Great place and friendly salespeople.I just purchased a RV from them.I absolutely love it.Monica, Chris and Rodney were very knowledgeable about RVs.I learned a lot in just a day.😃 A++ +++ service. I highly suggest going there if you are looking for an adventure on the road.

Went to look for a camper today with $40k cash to spend. Salesperson was sitting in her golf cart. I walked up ansd asked about a specific 5th wheel advertised on the website. She pointed to where it was located. The camper was atrocious and for what they were asking.....no way. We walked out past the same salesperson, still in the golf cart, but this time in a tance on her phone completely ignoring us. This led us down the highway to the competition and made our purchase of a $40k BRAND NEW camper with cash and their service, sales and staff, were professional. Live and learn.

This was my first time visiting and I would definitely visit again. There are plenty of amenities available for all. The sites were really nice and easy to pull in/out. However, the maps and pictures do not portray the size of the park; a golf cart or bike is a must to get around. This really didnt effect my stay as I was within a minute ot two walking distance to the beach.My gripe or concern would be the vast amount of golf carts speeding around (well above the posted speed limit) and how many were being operated by kids (too young to even legally operate a vehicle on the road). At times it felt as if I were playing real life frogger during my short walk to the beach. This only got worse as night approached, but with the added caveat of music blaring from the gold carts.Overall, a great place to visit with tons of amenities and activities to do.My recommendations are to bring/rent a golf cart or bike to get around.Recommendation to OL, raise the age limit/restriction to operate a golf cart on premises (at a minimum to 18).

I was charged additional service time while waiting on second person to arrive to help manually push our slide out when gear box broke. No repairing. Charged an extra $35 for labor to total $100. 00. I was told $65 for service call and 15 minutes of labor. I had timed the service call at the site myself. All I had asked for was help getting my slide pushed out manually.Most of the time was waiting on second person to come. I don’t understand what service was being received for labor during this time.

We have stayed at Ocean Lakes many times and love it. Recently we bought a used trailer from them. This was the easiest and most efficient rv purchase we have made. Randy was very efficient and accomodating.

Great place....just need bigger beach access...so many people.... sometimes you are right on top of each other....love to camp.... awesome place...great / clean bath houses...love it...go see for yourself....

Great place and the service is on the spot. This is the best family vacation spot I’ve been, homes, carts, food and BEACH all in one place, always have a great time and they treat you like they appreciate you not just your money.

Best campsite! Great amenities, easy access to beach with lifeguards, beautiful park with large playground for the kids. We love watching the cruise ships sailing and rocket ship launches from there. Also, not overpriced.

Randy has an excellent selection of RVs for sale, working with him towards the purchase of an RV was excellent. He very patiently explained and answered all my questions (I am a total novice and really didnt know anything) After talking to Randy I am much better educated and will certainly return here for anything and everything RV related.

We stayed a week the week before Thanksgiving and the place was fantastic. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

Was directed to Ocean Lakes RV Center for warranty work. When I called them they asked where I bought my RV, which I thought was an unusual question but I answered it. I was then told that they are only doing warranty work for people who have purchased their RVs from them (Ocean Lakes RV). Then they recommended I try Camping World.Cant say Im too sad about them not being able to service my RV. Any RV service center that recommends you take your business to Camping World is probably not a very well run operation.

Sales staff sit in golf carts not willing to help customers.called to talk to management not available.This is the new oceanlakes..if camping world is so bad at less they deàl with customers..

Thought highly of the RV Center until I had an emergency as we were getting ready to put the rv back in storage. The service manager refused to send anyone for at least a month, at which time we would have had major damage given the impending weather. OLC, whats happened? You used to be the best!
