I ordered a bagel with hummus which they did not have, which is odd considering they have a whole hummus bagel, but no big deal. i ask for spinach peppers and onions as my toppings, with my toppings to go in a container and i opened the container and had to individually strip the good spinach leaves of the soggy nasty ones, will never go back, like did the owner really expect me to eat that?

This is a great place. Ive been to a number of local breakfast places but this place is half the price and the food honestly tastes much better. Theyre from New Jersey or something so expect that but its great

Only reviewing the bagels and whilst they were definitely fresh and enjoyable, I cant agree with some of the other reviewers as they are definitely a little sweeter and less chewy than a real typical New York bagel.The sweetness and softness may be appealing to some, but we werent a great fan of them. We also got two rolls which were great at 10am in the morning, but had crusted up by the afternoon.

I am so mad at this place. We ordered through DoorDash and the order would never confirm. I called the restaurant and they said their tablet was dead so they hadn’t received it. They told me to cancel the order, but I couldn’t do that because they had never confirmed it. Hours later, they must have turned the tablet back on. They ended up delivering the order to our hotel front desk, without calling us to let it know it would be delivered, and charged the order to the card on file with the hotel!!! So we never received our order, were unable to cancel through DoorDash, and can’t get a refund because they got the hotel to charge the card! All because they couldn’t get their technology working. SCREW YOU Bagel Factory!

My family and I always look forward to having a bagel from The Bagel Factory when we vacation and Myrtle Beach. They have the best bagels around. It is always one of our first stops.

Food was very good. I got a ham egg n cheese on a bagel. The staff was stressed due to the labor shortage but they were very attentive and pleasant.

The bagels are absolutely delicious! My husband and I had a everything bagel with veg cream cheese, my daughter had a everything with lox cream cheese and the other sesame with strawberry cream cheese. Each were $3.19. Fresh and delicious. Only thing service with a smile is key to me instead of straight forwardness, its more welcoming. But to the ladys defense she was that way with everyone. Absolutely give it a try when you visit.

The prices are reasonable, and sandwiches are pretty good. Egg and tuna salads, and their coleslaw, are delish. If Heather is working the register, youve just won a sunshine bonus, because shes awesome. Shout out to Stacy for trying to keep up wth yall on vacation and allergic to the trash cans. They have some really tasty bagels here and a variety of cream cheeses. The value is good. They also have daily specials like half soup and sandwich. Delivery is also available here. The staff is nice. The only thing I would improve is the appearance and cleanliness of everything.

The food was fine, but the sausage barely filled the bagel. I was most put off by the lack of mask wearing by the senior staff. The younger staff were properly wearing their masks, but the older employees were not.

To start off - I have been eating NY bagels for 50 years. These are not them, something is just off in their process, leading to an almost stale consistency. These bagels are more similar to a grocery store bought. Additionally, the flavoring (garlic, poppy seed etc.) are globbed onto the bagel so much that I had to scrap some off. The flavoring is supposed to enhance the bagel not overpower it. Just shows a level of detail lacking in this establishment. I will not be back. Last time I was in town I had bagels at Big Apple Bagels. Try that place and I guarantee you will see the difference in quality.

Great selection of fresh bagels warmed up and topped to your order. They have a good selection of breakfast options available to order. The coffee was fresh and tasted really good. It is a shared parking lot with other businesses but we didnt have any problems parking. Easy in and out access to the parking lot.

Bagels were decent... nothing special. Came in this morning and the manager was in a bad mood and just complaining about everything. Terrible customer service... ruined my morning. I won’t be coming back.

Awesome bagel and lox! Came back again today and had the cinnamon sugar dip bagel toasted with cream cheese. Oh my goodness!!!! So delicious!!!! The cinnamon sugar gets a little crunchy and the inside of the bagel is so soft. It has the perfect chew. Also had the onion bagel. It was great too.

We walked in. None of the wait staff had masks over their mouths.I asked the young lady to pull her mask up and over her mouth while she took my order. She just said, “I’ll see what I can do” and continued with mask around her neck.I walked out and went up the road to another BF and was pleased with their level of PPE and Social Distancing.

Delivery was quick, food was not good at all, I ordered a chicken panini with a side of pesto and cream cheese, it was a microwaved chicken dried out sandwich with kind of gross cream cheese, and whatever some green mayo was supposed to be, so disappointed, BUT I went back there by a chance and every single thing came out perfect, I will recommend the chicken salad, its phenomenal

Take a look at this pic! Where in the world is the meat? Yeah and if you ask for extra you will pay 75cents for one slice. Absolutely floored! Yall need to put some meat on your sandwhiches and pay attention to what the customer is asking! When i ask for extra meat yall charge me but never do it. I ask for ketchup yall never do it. And how the heck can you put two small pieces of Taylor ham on a sandwhich! Stop being so cheap.

This is a simple place and has the traditional choices. We enjoyed our breakfast. But, had a few issues. I was looking to wash my hands... The photos I added will showcase the penmanship of Need Key! for the restrooms. Sad stuff. One of the restrooms has a sign, and then, maybe the printer isnt working? Generally locking restrooms can only be helped with some therapy to overcome that insecurity.There are three digital monitors with a menu 4 pages long. So the screens roll in sequence and only three pages are visible at any one time. They move at a decent pace. So, read quick to be ready when you get to the register.

They have a good selection of bagels and menu items. Big warning from me is that these bagels are the size of a small dinner plate and about two inches thick. Saying that because unless your starving beyond all means one will fill you up. I could only eat half but it was so very good. I am not sure these would fit in a regular toaster so Id ask them at the shop to do it for you. I heated mine unsliced in the micro for 15 seconds and it was heaven.

Hands down BEST bagel on the beach. Finally tried this place out and was more than impressed. I got delivery and they were here in 20 minutes. The french toast was delicious. The everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese was to die for. I will be trying out their lunch soon. This place is on point!

Best bagels in Myrtle Beach! We cant vacation at Myrtle without eating here! Fresh bagels with lots if choices and a great selection cream cheese spreads. My favorite is an everything with jalapeno cheddar spread. For a new twist on an old classic, try the bagel Benedict. Highly recommend!

Good food

Used to be great service and food. After my last order I can’t order from there anymore. Ordered a sesame bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and crispy bacon. Got the bagel with hardly any cream cheese, not toasted, and undercooked bacon. Called to complain and the lady didn’t seem to care just told me she would send me a new one. It’s also unpleasant to sit an enjoy eating here as the blonde lady is always complaining about something very loudly.

So many bagel choices and toppings, the omelettes are also great. The workers are very friendly.

My husband I are transplants from Brooklyn NY. We used to have a favorite bagel and coffee shop back home. The Bagel Factory is our new favorite bagel place here in Myrtle Beach. The bagels, coffee, and sandwiches, are delicious and fresh. The owners and staff are so warm and friendly. Weve even met new friends here hanging out and chatting over coffee and a great lox, onion & cream cheese bagel. Love it!

Get it with all the usual accompaniments, from nice smoked Nova Scotia salmon with cream cheese and capers to your favorite jam. Theres a large selection of bagel flavors like blueberry, cinnamon raisin, salted, everything, cheese, plain and many more!
