What a pleasant surprise! CAROL assisted me the moment I walked through the door. Im not well versed in all this beauty stuff but she helped me select exactly what I needed and explained each item that I purchased. This exceeded my expectations.(You definitely want to visit this store rather than the one on 544.)

Staff was very polite and nice one of them even helped me when I told my 6 year old daughter I didnt want to pay 10 bucks for nail polish for her. She pointed me in the direction of the 1.99 nail polish (more my style 4 my 6 year old) i just thought that was amazing for her to do. I will definitely be shopping there again

After getting my hair done professionally yesterday and coming home to orange hair. I came into Sally’s in hope to get some products to fix my hair and do it myself! Amber welcomed me as soon as I entered the store. She guided me to the right products and gave excellent advise. She has amazing customer service! Thank you Amber!

Very rude especially when u made a order and been waiting two weeks on my order went there this morning that she said thursday my order was there but to lazy to look for it told she call me no call then i call about my order was very rude on the phone they said she call me but couldnt tell me a time when i told them my husband has to work she said she will call with very rude attitude and hangt up. Smfh

I just have one thing to complain about...Sallys need to post ther business hrs as well. Sometimes, like Sundays, they are not able to be reach when you call them and there is no answering service announcing the time. Some ppl might not go often to no this or pressing for time or dont have the gas to check. But over-all they are excellent, even tho I found a few things they didnt have but found something that was just as good if not better, plus they WILL have if others DONT :-).

The workers seemed like they were trying to rush you out of the store and couldn’t wait for you to leave. Very odd.
