First of all, absolutely terrible business practices! I was forced to drive 1.5 hours back to the store for THEIR mistake. I walked in and told them exactly what I wanted, they verified it with me, and I purchased it and left. When I arrived home, it was the wrong product! They didn’t even apologize when I went to do the return! Second, if you’re thinking there might be a discount, think again, there was no discount on anything, so it’s a waste of time to even shop here. I will never go back here, or to any second party store. The whole experience was so bad, that they’ve even soured me on a product (bare minerals) that I love!
One woman there was extremely rude. Very young lady didn’t get her name, she had tattoos and blonde hair. That’s all I know to describe her. The other women were nice but she was condescending and talked about me when I walked away. Would’ve been a better experience had she not acted the way she did.
They were fabulous! The ladies matched the color we were looking for in a matter of seconds. Well be back!
Was helped immediately, treated with respect not like the store in Jcp ... also the sales were amazing
I was so excited to go to the Bare Minerals store at the Tangler Outlets in Myrtle Beach, SC. Well that was short lived. I understand the pandemic times and they are very trying on everyone. Not only did I get scolded for taking my mask down a little on my nose when I was at the door due to my asthma but also when out of habit I looked at a tester. I didn’t try it I just looked at it. What made me the most upset was 2 of the girls went just inside the doorway of their back room and was talking about me. It was very obvious that they were. Let’s just say I know now how Julia Roberts felt in Pretty Woman. I did not buy anything and I never will from this store. Sad because I’m a Bare Minerals girl!
The beauty consultant put me in the perfect powder foundation color by only looking at my skin. This is more than impressive. She was not allowed to put anything on me, or let the sample go near me. I have spent thousands of dollars at Ulta and Sephora, and never had a match. I have had every name brand beauty consultant match my color using the actual foundation, and send me home with something that never matched at all - once I got it home in the real light. I have given away more shape tape, it cosmetics, estee lauder, clinique, urban decay, too faced, Mac, etc, than I care to talk about. I cant even remember why I stopped using Bare Minerals. Now that I know they have pressed powder foundation Im never going back.
Wouldnt replace them if u paid me. So worth it. Customer srv great!
The sales staff were very helpful and polite. I just love Bare Minerals..

Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful.
Could not find the place
Good store with helpful clerks.
Very helpful and matched my skin color and skin needs perfectly!
The workers were kind. The store was clean. We went in for a birthday perk and they were out of stock of the eyeliner. They offered to replace with a mascara that we werent interested in. Not really helpful.
My wife loves this store. The staff is very professional.
Always have great sales.
I was in the store for 20 minutes and I was never greeted or offered help. The workers were on their phones and gossiping. I was the only one in the store.
Love their makeup

They opened late and ignored us when they saw us at doors
