Rooms to go is the best! And Gary Snider is the icing on the cake! It was my first time buying furniture and I was very indecisive but Gary was very patient with me and really helped me make the best decisions for the look & the comfort that I was trying to achieve. I got bedroom, kitchen, and living room furniture at a great price and not to mention they have great financing offers. I highly recommend rooms to go and Gary but if he is not available, ask for Shane. He gladly helped me out one day when Gary was not there. We recently moved to the Conway SC area in early February 2021 and we needed to re-decorate our entire house. We ended up going to Rooms To Go, where we were greeted by Mr. Jones. He is so nice and very friendly. We let him know that we were redecorating an entire house. And that we would definitely be doing multiple purchases to get our home fully re-decorated by the end of the year. We first started off with the living room furniture. The furniture at Rooms To Go is very gorgeous to say the least, not only is the quality exceptional but the price points are amazing. If you want quality furniture this is definitely the place. Mr. Jones definitely understood our needs, he helped us pick out the perfect recliner and sofa for our brand new remodeled living room. He is very knowledgeable and helped us pick everything out from the recliner to the sofa cushions. We have definitely been back since and are waiting for our brand new king size bedroom set that will be coming in early July. I definitely recommend going into rooms to go and meeting Mr. Jones, he is very professional, super helpful and is not a pushy sales person. We had such a wonderful experience with Mary Crenshaw at the Myrtle Beach Rooms to Go! I must have went in 10 times looking for the perfect couch. Every time she met me with a smile, listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and ultimately helped me pick my couch! The one I went in to get would not work with my set up in my living room. She helped me maneuver it in all different set ups to see if we could possibly make it work. Once we figured out we couldn’t make it work, she helped me pick out the perfect couch for my space! She never made me feel like I was a bother and there was always a smile on her face! ❤️ I’ll be back to bother her about patio furniture soon!

We were met at the door as we walked in by Frederick who immediately put us at ease explaining how we were free to roam and he would check with us later. Looking for a sectional couch we already had an idea what we wanted. After looking around for a few minutes, Frederick found us at the perfect time as we had questions about the couch we were lounging on. I think it was a Cindy Crawford model but that really played no part in the decision. When Frederick sat down he was joined by Rachel who explained she was training. Long story short, Frederick answered all of our questions, explained all of our options, and walked us through the buying process. He was pleasant, funny, and informative. The experience included absolutely zero pressure. Frederick was more of a trusted sectional sofa expert than a salesman. If we decide to buy anything else from RTG we will definitely seek out Frederick to guide us through the process again. He was awesome.

Purchased 3800. Bedroom set and waited 3 months to get it. When delivered the dresser and night stand was damaged and the bed was installed wrong. Also left trash and wood under the bed. Called and they said we will deliver another dresser, nightstand and reassemble the bed. Well, they showed up today with another damaged dresser and nightstand. Also, forgot to fix the bed. I called them to explain the issue and all they can say is sorry we will get you another one. The delivery guy also told me when he deliverers the bedroom set there is a least 2 pieces damaged on every delivery. Also I forgot to mention the damaged the door frame to the bedroom. Waiting on a call back to see how long I have to wait this time. No customer service.

I was in need of a couch, so I went to RTG being they had so many options. I did some research online so I knew what I wanted to see. I met Fredrick when we walked in. He let me know what to look for on the display card which was very helpful. He was very familiar with the inventory and was able to answer all questions I had. We took our time to walk around and test out the furniture. Frederick checked in a couple times and by the second time we were ready to make a purchase. His knowledge came through again with the questions I had. We ended up finding a nice sectional that we didn’t see online. Thank you for making this purchase easy!

Our whole house is full of RTG furniture and we always ask for the same person. Frederick is awesome and very knowledgeable and never ever pushy! I dont know anyone else in there but I would highly recommend when you get there ask for Frederick!

DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO. Horrible customer service. If you buy furniture they will not fix or replace it. I have a recliner that I payed almost 800$ for and it broke with a year. I filled out a claim after sending pictures and getting a runaround for a several weeks they finally approved it through gp claims and a rooms to go says they have no information on the claim. They make so hard for you to have something covered under warranty that it’s ridiculous.It not worth buying if it’s gonna break with in a year and they won’t cover it under warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO IN MYRTLE BEACH.!!!!

I moved from New York to Conway and needed all new furniture. My first experience with RoomsToGo was with Shane where I purchased my bedroom set. He was awesome. Very down to earth was right to the point and helped us get our bedroom set as fast as we could knowing my wife and I were sleeping on an air mattress. Our second experience was with Steve where we purchased the dresser to go with our set, he was also very quick and got us in and out in a very short time. Lastly because we had such great experiences we came back to purchase our living room set as well. We worked with Fredrick this time. We kind of knew what we wanted but once we spoke with Fredrick and found out about the warranty and how it was up to 3years and could get it delivered with our other order we were sold. Definitely a great staff working here and would highly recommend to everyone!!

We went in to this store three days ago (Tuesday) and found a recliner we wanted that was $699 and spoke to a salesman who said we could get it for $599. He was doing to be off the next 2 days but he said to call back on Friday and we could get it ordered. He provided us with his card with the item number and the price and what days he would be off. So I called back and found that he wasnt here and would be out for another week so they turned me over to a sales lady named Mary. She was quite evasive about getting the recliner for that price and said she wasnt going to get herself into trouble. She then said she would talk to a manager and call me back. She didnt call but texted a pic of the recliner and I texted her back confirming that was the right one. After awhile she texted again and said sorry, she couldnt get it at that price. I asked her how he was able to get it at that price but she never answered me so I texted her again and asked her when the other salesman would be back and she responded could be 10 days and left it at that. If a store cant do business any better than that they can keep their stuff and well find another place to go even if we have to pay more for it for the simple fact I didnt care for her attitude, lack of knowledge and the fact that she didnt give a rats tail if we bought it or not.

Went to Rooms to Go looking for furniture for my oddly shaped living room. Was promptly greeted by Frederick and he was an absolute dream throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all questions and thoroughly explained the process every step of the way. The sofa and loveseat I picked were instock which is nearly unheard of these days. The best part was that Frederick was super helpful but also didn’t hover or pressure me into buying. Great service with no pressure. We were helped by Matt. He took his time explaining all about beds with motion bases to my 80 year old Mother. When we arrived we found a great parking space up front and we were greeted when we walked into the store. We asked to see temperpedic beds and a purple mattress bed. They told my mother to take her time as she tried out the beds which she did. We were only looking as we had to be somewhere and did not have time to order that day but we will be back to try a few more beds before we order from Rooms to Go.

Absolutely the worst quality outdoor furniture. We have paid over 10K for outdoor furniture that started breaking down just a couple of months after purchase. The store manager said they couldnt help and to call customer service. Customer service said no replacement even though we purchased the warranty. Warranty company says they cover damage from stains or pets and not manufactures defects or mold buildup. Stating this type of damage does not qualify under warranty. Beyond frustrated and definitely did not expect this from such a big company.

We went to a minimum of 10 furniture stores in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. We found a power reclining sectional at one of those stores and purchased it after being told it would arrive a month later. 2 months later we’re told at least another 2 months. So, tired of sitting on just 2 reclining sitting chairs for nearly 3 months and being told we could get our money back from the (unnamed) store we started looking again. After seeing another sectional that caught our eye at Roomstogo.com we called the Myrtle Beach store and were FORTUNATE to have been connected with Roger. I went to the rooms to go in Myrtle beach sc across from coastal grand mall. Robert is one of the best salesmen I’ve dealt with before. He was very polite and understanding and actually listen to what we wanted. It’s rare that you get someone in sales that actually listen to the customers comments and concerns. I went in thinking I was just going to browse and I left with much more. He was able to help us browse inventory and showed us how the sleepers work. He also gave his opinion on what we could match together to make our dream living room a reality.Robert is definitely a good reason to check out this location and voice your furniture needs. We had been searching on line for a motorized loveseat and found the perfect one-went in “test drove it”, looked at others, and bought the one we came for! Mr.Jones let us walk around, was easily available, and did an awesome sale. Great furniture assortment for every like, good prices, and great salespeople!

The quality of my experience at the store with initial service, ordering, and delivery was very good and very positive. Unfortunately, the experience with the furniture was something completely different. The furniture was bought for a second home and within 3 months of actual use (by my wife and I only over 2 years), the fabric was worn significantly. After 6 months of use (additional 3 months permanently there), holes in the seat cushions became apparent. After multiple complaints to R2G and their partner Frontego, they sent a wonderful service man who said that they had seen this all before, that the wear was completely unsatisfactory, and the R2G would have to replace the covers under warranty. After another month and more calls, it was determined that only the frame is covered and no covers were coming. Leaving bad reviews isnt my thing, but it is necessary in this case. Be very cautious with what you buy there. They have A+ people, but D- furniture and service after the sale.

We have lived in the area for over three years and purchased multiple pieces of furniture from this location. As we are preparing to close on our home in a few weeks, we decided to use Rooms to Go to furnish most of our new home. We went in there with everything pretty much picked out as to what we wanted. We dealt with a Salesman named Tony who was very helpful at first but then just began talking to much and over-explaining everything. Then at one point he left us to go answer another customers question and we didnt see him again for over a half hour. When we came back, the furniture that we had wanted to purchase all of a sudden wasnt available for 6 months. When we mentioned that maybe if he hadnt walked away for over a half hour, we wouldve been able to have our furniture, we were told sorry sometimes things like that happen. The manager was rude and said good luck instead of trying to keep us as customers. He also wouldnt do anything for us to help us out and said it was company policy. Weird how they were able to help us out with delivery fees at another store. The next day we drove 2 hours to another Rooms to Go location and bought exactly what we had tried to buy the day before in Myrtle Beach. I would rather drive a couple hours to purchase furniture if it means better customer service.

Went in looking for a sofa bed. The sales person Susan was extremely knowledgeable and took us around to see each sofa bed on the floor. We purchased one and was happy with the purchase and process.

I never felt so comfortable about buying furniture as I did with Sue Jurgensen. She took care of every aspect, even notifying me when pieces of a room set became available. Ended up buying three rooms because she was so helpful. And such a cute smile! Thanks Sue!

Bill was the sales associate who helped us and he was awesome! Got us everything we wanted at the best price possible! I highly recommend Rooms to Go!
