This place did me right, took my boat here to get my Suzuki 20 hour break in service done on Wednesday. They had several boats in the queue and typically you get your boat back in a week. They called me Thursday (day after drop off) and told me its ready. Super quick and very reasonable price for service. Now I can go out this weekend and not have to wait a whole week. This place is truly a life-saver. We were stranded with our boat because the engine broke down. We needed parts, and didnt know the model numbers. They have cool boats and accessories. They also let you use the restroom. Staff give you a tour and help you pick out things that will fit to your liking.

Great group at Coastal Marine!

Walked in the guys cleaning the boat that just came in were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish they could have got a commission off a sale. Went in the building said hello no response from anyone inside. Parts guy and two others in the sales office. Walking around outside looked at some other boats and no one!!! The cleaning guys again explained about the boat I was asking about very helpful again. Would not go there to get a boat at all but the guys cleaning the boat need a raise cause they were working hard to give me information about what I was looking. On to the next dealer!!!

We bought a used 2016 G3 Suncatcher tri-toon with remaining warrantyFrom day one the fuel gauge was not working due to corrosion of the fuel tank level sensor connections.On one family outing the engine would not exceed 3000 rpm.They had to replace the whole engine control cables.There is no rigging sleeve between the engine and boat...??The middle pontoon has a gap in the rear that shows visible lines/cables being submerged in the water.The front Bimini shows mold/mildew and looks older than the rear Bimini.People working at Coastel Marine seem to be very nice, but quality control for used inventory is very much lacking..

Best boat dealership in the Carolinas

Today at 12:10amI Bought the Yahama G3 about a year and a half ago and I am very happy with the boat BUT on Fathers Day I was in a boat accident so my Ins. company gave me the OK to bring it to Coastal Marine to fix it well it sat there for 3 weeks and they never even looked it so I called my Ins. Co. and asked them to check it out well to make a long story short its now been 3 Months and they still have it.I wouldnt recommend anyone to take there boat there for repair unless you dont need it for the summer. P.S Im still waiting for my BOAT......1 Comment

I wish ICould give them a good review but they don’t tell the truth and play games. They sold me a motor with 90 hours on it that they told me was brand new out of box! Used my trailer to haul other boats including owners boat to Florida with out my permission, I paid $1200 to get anti fouling paint put on my TRI toon, they put the copper based finish coating on without putting on base coat which must be done or copper will eat aluminum pontoons which happened. They blamed it on a problem at Grand Dunes, marine came out and said no problem there. Then they blamed the paint, paint company came out took scrapings of paint and found that dealer never put base coat on, no question it was Coastal Marine failure to do painting right that caused problem. Took them several weeks to get new pontoons and did terrible job of replacing them. Aluminum between pontoons was not attached properly and started falling off. They would not refund the $1200 I paid them for the bottom painting which hey didn’t do again. Said they gave me new pontoons for free IShould be happy and no money back. They seem like nice people but not very honest business people, never got my$1200 or the brand new motor they told me I bought. Stay away
