Thank you to Liz and Reggie for making my daughter experience wonderful! I decided to have my daughter ear pierced for her birthday! They we’re very professional and made me feel at ease! My daughter didn’t cry at all !!! Thank you again she can’t stop looking in the mirror lol definitely will be back for my other daughter

I got my second lobe piercings yesterday and they look great. theyre very even and the actual piercing process went great. It was just a mild sting that went away as soon as the piercer sprayed the aftercare/cleanser. only downside is that they use a piercing gun which I have definitely heard some negative things about and im thankful my piercings turned out how they have so far. I look forward to the follow up visit in 4 weeks!

The piercer was phenomenal with my 15 month old daughter. She made her feel comfortable and really engaged with her. Went to have her ear repierced (she lost an earring) and they did the one piercing half price! Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the experience! Tried to tip but she refused! Plus it’s affordable! Definitely take your young child here.

Rude unprofessional staff calling corporate. This is the second time they gave me the wrong backs for my daughters earrings. As a result she lost a diamond earring. I was rushed and they were argumentative. I even had purchased the protection plan

I didnt get the girls names but I was in on 8/15 around 6pm in Coastal Grand Mall. My daughter had to have her ears repierced and they took extra time and a lot of patience for my 7 year old who was a little scared. I felt really bad as a mother that my daughter was giving them a rough time being so scared, but in the end she is fine and loves her earrings. I must add she now has perfectly even piercings. I just want to say what an exceptional job these two girls did and really appreciate the time and effort you took with my daughter, thanks again for everything

Went there today to get my daughters ears pierced and we was looking at earrings and there was 3 women in there and not one of them spoke to us while we was looking at earrings we looked for about 10 mins we finally figured out since we were not wearing mask they wouldnt offer service and never even said anything to us about wearing a mask it would have been nice for then to tell us that they wasnt going to give us service unless we had mask on all they had to do was tell us but we went to claires instead which has great service and the people was much better i would never recommend this place for anyone they are so rude

As a boy getting my ears pierced i didnt really know what to experience the worker was really nice provided cleaner and tips. The process was really quick and easy it doesnt hurt at all.

The assortments of jewelry was well put together and the staff was most definitely entertaining and carry a very positive feel to store.
