Worst water delivery company ever. RUN. Deliveries are often missed and when the product is delivered, it is often times incorrect. They will not work with you because you can never get anyone to answer the phone or reply to an email through their website. DO NOT give this company your money. Customer service is non existent and the product is not worth it.

My first delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. They cancelled and sent an email after the fact. They rescheduled the delivery for Today. The guy dropped it off in my driveway without even ringing the doorbell. The cooler didnt work. I called the 800 number 3 times and never did get a callback with any technical help. Then they wanted to exchange the cooler Friday. I cancelled the service completely and told them to come get their stuff.

The dispenser broke -- no cold or hot water and it sounds like a freight train when running. THE WORST service & communications - cant contact local branch ONLY 1800# ? Why the lying on delivery date for a replacement unit. Oh, yes it will be delivered tomorrow for 8 day - the dispenser has been put out for pick up/replacement & had to call them constantly, today I was told they dont have any units & dont know when they will be getting one into MB branch. My account says delivery tomorrow, but the CS Rep said there are no units & dont know when they will get them - so they are lying again! Asked for the local branch # - wont give it to me, said they can request branch manager to call me - it will be 1-3 days? Disappointing - Looking for another water service in Myrtle Beach area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The only reason they get a 1star is because I HAD to. I have only been with the awful company a few short months. The only time they delivered on time was the very first delivery and that was to delivery the water cooler and our first set of water jugs. Since then they take it upon themselves to change the delivery days without letting you know. I called them yesterday to find out where my water was and they changed the date again on me. They scheduled a delivery with me for the following day today, well they cancelled it and rescheduled it for 2 weeks from now!!! I have been out of water now.

Ran across the company in Costco, enjoyed the taste of the water when sampled. We leave out of city limits, all we drink is bottled water. The price of water cooler and the water along with the convenience has been wonderful. One more thing to check off my to do list. Water is always supplied.

Best delivery man and quality water

Poor customer service. Website lists water cooler and service but company unable to deliver as cooler apparently not in their inventory. No replacement offered. Wasnt advised cooler not available until waiting at home for delivery for several hours. Received complaint reply message from someone with no return contact information. Called company and no one knows this person. Also, called Corporate office and they are just as bad. Took 4 transfers to speak with someone who couldnt help, haha. They suck. Do your business elsewhere.

The prices are comparable to store prices and We always have fresh water as well as hot water for tea, soup, etc.

The spring water is excellent, delivery man is very professional and helpful.

Yes I would like to say that I just Love this company, and especially the Water.
