Charlotte is absolutely incredible! She always does a fantastic job, shes reasonable, and you get quality work!! So happy to have her work on my wedding dress!!! She will always be my first choice for alterations!

I do not recommend coming here for any alterations. I ignored my intuition when I walked in. I dropped my bridesmaid dress off 4 wks. I did not have big alternations. I had a bad feeling so I went to check on my dress as the wedding is in 10 days. I showed up unannounced and let her know I was their to pick up my dress. She then told me that I would have to come back later to get it that the only thing left to do was put on the embellishment. When she brings me my dress I said what have you done or what is left to be done. She then tells me she has done NOTHING ( SHE HAD JUST LIED TO MY FACE SAYING THE ONLY THING LEFT WAS THE EMBELLISHMENT). She then tells me that their are 400 people ahead of me She never once mentioned that to me when I dropped it off that she was too busy to do the work. She then proceeded to tell me that its FALL WEDDING SEASON and everyones busy GOOD LUCK FINDING ANOTHER PLACE TO DO IT. I was lucky that I asked for my dress back and it was untouched.The place when you walk in looks like an old basement.
