Very friendly staff!I was very pleased that the team would service my vehicle on a recall that was years old. The recall service was handled within a week which felt reasonable to me given how old my vehicles is. Beyond that I asked Tracy if it was possible to have a new climate control piece installed and she looked high and low to find what I needed. Although it didnt work out in the end I appreciated the effort. If I had to bring one thing to light it would be that I wished I had been updated/contacted more promptly, even if by text or email. It felt like I was in the dark for much of the weeks my car was there. Im understanding of how this happens though when the workplace is overwhelmed by business and/or understaffed so it didnt take away from my rating in this survey.

Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation. I placed a L in the brake dust on my left front wheel to make sure the tires were rotated. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, the car was complete. I looked at the wheel and low and behold, the L was still there. I asked the adviser if the tires were rotated and was told yes. I showed them the L.Then I asked to speak to the General Manger were upon I told my story. He apologized. He told me that technician was one of the best. I know we all have bad days, but to get 50% of your work done is not acceptable. The General Manager made it right by offering to refund my money, but I was aggravated that the job wasnt complete. I declined the refund, however he did give me a coupon for a free oil change next time. His name was Will. He tried to make everything right. It wasnt his fault. Hopefully the technician will be counseled. Whether GM will publish my response is another matter. I frankly dont think so.

We were traveling from Georgia back home to Pennsylvania. At some point, the check engine light came on. When we had it checked, it was a serious problem. Tracy got us in that day & started working on the truck. We were given a loaner car so we could still visit our family. The truck was done early the next morning. We had an incredible experience considering it could have been devastating. Thank you for treating tourists as family!!

Everything was explained to me so I could understand what the problem was and the optionsavailable to correct the problem. Fortunately the dealership had the part in stock so the repair was made immediately. I also appreciated the email I received from OnStar within a couple minutes after I started the car, the motor stopped and the engine light appeared on the instrument panel. It always amazes me that these things happen within two weeks after my warranty expired!

Had an electrical issue on a 2018 GMC Yukon while in Myrtle Beach. Asked what I assume was the department head to have shop take a look and run the codes to determine the issue. Grant it, this was a Friday afternoon at 4:45PM on August 20th and I get it but there are ways to pay shop techs OT. Was rudely told by what I assume was the department head that they were going home at 5:00PM and I could leave my Yukon if I wanted to and it would be ready on Tuesday. I leave Sunday going home……I plan to reach out directly to GMC and let them know how this dealership of their product treats it’s customers so if the local folks can delete this, so be it….I’m contacting GMC directly on Monday when I get home…mentality here is if you’re not a local resident or there to buy a vehicle, is oh well, good luck…….

Wonderful dealership with very friendly and professional Associates in all departments. During a routine maintenance service appointment for oil change, lube and tire rotation, the Service Department Associate took care of a recall service which I was not even aware existed - saved me time to schedule a separate appointment. Always find car in great condition and clean after each service appointment to date - have been with this dealership for two years now for my 2019 GMC and when my lease is up next year, will look for a replacement vehicle with this same dealership.

Brought our truck back for the same issue we had complained about in previous visit . They failed to detect the problem again and offered driving tips instead after a test drive. We picked the truck up and paid $70 for our trouble . The truck continues to act really weird when we accelerate, it does not do it every time but is very unsettling when it does even using the dealerships driving tips.They say they took the vehicle for a 45 mile test drive but all it needed was to stay in stop and go traffic to detect the problem as it is quite obvious.The staff were very nice but did not solve our problem and the power train warranty has run out so we are left holding the bag. Will try another dealership as we are very disappointed with Hyatt GMC.

The service was outstanding. I was able to get an appointment within a very reasonable timeframe. My vehicle was delivered to me clean and in a timely manner. I gave this dealership a 4 star rating not for its service, but because of what Ive stated below.The only problem I had with this dealership was the waiting rooms television was displaying the FOX news show. Because of the political divide in our country today, I dont believe any public facility should allow biased political programs to play/display, but should only play/display neutral shows to assure no customer is offended regardless of their race or political belief. While there because of this program, it created a certain amount of fear within me and I dont think anyone should feel fearful when having to have your vehicle serviced by a reputable company such as Buick/GMC.

The customer service is far superior to any other local dealership.Our sales man was Ryan Barry 10 out 10 got us in and out like a dealership should but took the time to care about our needs and what we needed to do to make it work! I Purchased a 2017 Acadia in January 2018. It had been used as a loaner for the year it was in service. When I purchased the vehicle I was told by the general manager and the finance manager that I would be getting the full 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I even signed a document to that effect. I was so pleased with my Acadia I went home filed away the paperwork and Didnt think another thing about it. Fast forward two years, arranging a service appointment it was noted by the service advisor that my warranty had expired. I immediately went to my files and sure enough the document I had signed telling me I would be getting the full three years was missing. Im guessing it had been removed from my packet at some point while they were preparing it. I immediately called Hyatt and demanded to speak with the manager getting more angry by the second . I rattled on and ranted telling my story to the general manager, Mr Will Taylor. When I finally ran out of steam he said to me in a very calm and collected voice Mr Gruber I totally agree with you. I am the new manager and quite honestly the previous crew had done some shaky things. You come in tomorrow and I will have paper work for you to sign giving you a 2 year extended warranty for free. HUH I went in signed the paperwork apologized for my rant, and received my free 2 year extended warranty. I had to use that extended warranty this past week and I really still cannot thank Mr Taylor and Hyatt Buick enough. They have a customer for life.

Bad service today I had my appointment at 10:30 for one noise that my car was doing and waited 4 hours waiting so they could fix my car and and after four hours of waiting the lady just told me how much I need to pay after 4 hours 😡 before I have brought my car and have done a good job but this time I can’t believe that I waited four hours just to see that they nearly did anything to my car I can’t believe it please next time have a better job to do the work from the start what happened with the cars and do not have people wait so long time

I purchased floor mats and asked if they are like weather tech, in which you just drop them in.Thats not the case.I found out that the rear compartment tray needs to be removed and mats need to be cut.I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he confirmed this.I was going to go down to have you do this but I dont have the time.I wish I was told this from the beginning

Ive always taken my vehicle to a Buick dealership - the last one was at Hyatt during the fall of 2020.-When service was completed, Dennis (service manager?) brought to my attention that there was an oversized plug in my oil pan. It wasnt a concern to him on this visit but if I had future issues with leaking he advised me to replace the entire oil pan. I asked him why this wasnt observed in my fall visit and wondered if Hyatt had put an oversized plug in it. There was no way to tell this.- When I got in my vehicle, there was an item from my glove compartment on the front passenger floor board. Why would someone have been in the glove compartment for a routine oil change and tire rotation?- When I got home, I discovered a silver Kwik Set key to my employment missing off my car key ring. I contacted service advisor Mike Turnbow at 5:45 p.m. to see if he could check to see if it was on the service desk or somewhere in the entrance area. He stated he would call me back but never did. Its now Monday afternoon and still no return phone call. I hope hes not a customer service advisor!- Just to be on the safe side, I went back to the dealership Saturday afternoon in case I had that key in my pocket and it got in between the seat cushions within the waiting room. I could not find it.Needless to say, I was disappointed with this experience.

I spent several weeks searching for a vehicle and finally found one I really liked at this dealership. I called on Friday to inquire about the availability and was told the car was still available. I made the associate aware that I lived 3 hours away but that I would be there first thing Monday to look at the car. He told me he would call me on Saturday to alert me if the car had been sold to prevent me from making an unnecessary trip but that if I didnt hear anything from him then the car would still be there on Monday. I never heard anything on Saturday so I went ahead and made a hotel reservation for Sunday and took off work so I could be there when they opened on Monday. When I arrived at the dealership at 8:30 on Monday morning I was told the car had been sold on Saturday. Needless to say my wife and I had a pretty long and disappointing 3 hour drive home

Thank you to Hyatt GMC service dept. I had problems with my brakes when I got to town. Arrived late Thursday night and called them on Friday morning.. They setup an appointment for Monday at 10am. The part was under warranty and they completed the repair in 2 hours. My local GMC dealer would have taken all day to make that repair.

This is not a complaint just a word of warning to future buyers. I recently went to the dealership to possibly purchase a car. I walked out with a leased car. I did not feel that we were counseled on the lease and being a buyer of an age I did not know what I was getting into. I was asked to sign papers that were not explained and I could not read. The website says that they have financial counseling. No other options were offered once I inquired about a lease as an option.Had I know more I would have paid cash for the car. Now I am paying for three years with a big payment at the end if I want the car. I was trading a 2011 car which should have indicated that we keep a well maintained car for a long time. I’ll just call it live and learn.

Went into the dealership on a very rainy and miserable day. Only customers in there. Called back 3 days later to see what kind of a deal we could get and they quoted us higher than the previous visit. The salesman explained that his boss didnt think we were serious buyers, so he quoted us a lower price to see if we would bite. Hows that for good customer service? Apparently you have to look the part to get any kind of professionalism or even some consideration from this dealership. We leased a 2015 Buick Enclave from Hyatt. The staff was excellent. The found the exact car we wanted and had it shipped in. It was hard to find but they did it. It was ready to go when we arrived. The financing was easy and they gave us a great deal on our trade ins. Everything was done to make us happy and they accomplished that with easy. We couldnt be happier with our new vehicle and with the people we worked with. We will definitely go back to Hyatt when we are looking for a new vehicle again and would recommend everyone to go to this dealership when needing a new or used vehicle.

We were on vacation when our check engine came on with only 7K on our Buick. I called Hyatts service department and they were able to work us in the next morning. When we arrive they reassured us that this would be a warranty appointment and began to diagnose the problem. About 2 hours later they returned with an identified problem and got to work on the repair and finding us a loaner car. We were quickly on our way to enjoying our trip. Later that afternoon they called saying repairs were completed and we could come pick up our car. This dealership was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation wasnt interrupted by a vehicle issue. I highly recommend them. If I ever need anything when Im in Myrtle Beach, I wont hesitate to contact them again. Hands down, they were awesome!

I was in town for vacation and got into my 2019 Chevy suburban and it wouldn’t start. I contacted the dealership (fortunately was across street from dealership when it happened) and they were happy to help. I was disappointed when they told me that it was an engine control module and there weren’t parts available as it was such a new vehicle. As this was not the dealerships fault I don’t hold it against them. They quickly sent an “emergency” email out to their network asking for anyone to contact them if they had the part available. This happened on a Thursday and I was planning on leaving town the next day but unfortunately that wouldn’t happen. The next day they contacted me to inform me that they were able to locate the part and could have it done Saturday morning. So with this being a last minute / rushed request I was very pleased that they showed sympathy that I was essentially stranded and they went the extra mile to locate part, get it switched out and get my vehicle back to me so the disruption of the trip was kept to a minimum. Great job, Kate, Mike and the rest of the service crew. Thank you again!Matt George

We bought a used 04 Ford F-250 on 5/21/19 and at first everything seemed fine. In their defense I was made aware that we were buying the vehicle “As-is” and that their was no warranty, however, I at least expect the vehicle would be safe. Nevertheless, 6 days later on 5/27/19 I’m coming down the interstate and attempt to hit the brakes and my pedal goes completely to the floor. I nearly get into a multi-car accident not to mention the danger my wife and 4 kids were put in. To make matters worse when I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mike who sold me the vehicle he basically said there was nothing he could do and that there was nothing he could do. I really can’t believe that a huge dealership like this one are selling vehicles that brake down in less than a week. Please take this warning and DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE !!

Update on below: I gave them a second chance, and scheduled my oil change. They set me up with a rental car which helped out a lot.Battery died and when I called them they were actually able to take my truck right away(11:30am), which is why they are receiving the 3 stars. After diagnosing the vehicle they decided it needed a few other things and it was getting close to time for an oil change. She called me back around 12:30 and said it would be done around 2:00 and I reconfirmed I wanted an oil change.Picked it up at 2:00 and there was no oil change completed. So now I’ll have to drop it off another day and wait over an hour to get it completed. Excuse was she thought it was on there and she was sorry.
