Erica at the South Myrtle Beach office was great. Very knowledgeable and patient through the whole process. She puts customer service before anything else and greatly exceeded our expectations. Our new carpet and hardwood floors look and feel great. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after every day. My only complaint would be that our install date got pushed a couple days, I know things come up, but I wish the scheduler could have given us a better heads up so we didnt have to move everything around in our house. But the end result is great and would definitely use them again.

I have nothing buy praise for the work done by Holmes Floor Covering and Granite.I got estimates from three hardwood floor companies, and Holmes was the only one that would actually help me through the process.That, plus a fair price and extraordinarily good communications made me want to go with Holmes Floor Covering and Granite.We have all had experiences of horrible customer service and poor communication. I am somebody who really wants good, clear and prompt communications. Emails were returned promptly, with clear answers to my (many) questions. The contract was well drafted. Workers came on time consistently. Austin and Tom Wilkes was very pleasant to deal with as human beings.I will definitely re-hire Holmes Floor Covering and Granite when I have the next phase of hardwood floor.
