Great service. My wife actually won the insanely large easter bunny a few years ago. We always make it a point to go by and get some goodies when we are down here visiting her parents. Always love getting the caramel apples and other chocolate treats in the display cases. It’s also nice that they give away the used ice cream buckets instead of throwing them out. I use them a lot for my plants at home.

Drove all the way over from the beach, passed 10,000 candy places to go to THIS one. Excited because of the family owned and great reviews...blah blah.... out of peanut butter fudge. I buy at least $100 worth of candy to take back to my family on each trip.... so disappointed I just walked out.

Kilwins smells like heaven! So many different flavors of iced cream and other treats. I got the praline iced cream in a waffle cone and it was delicious. Sam is really an asset to the team and was so friendly and personable. Ill definitely be back.

This place is amazing! Austin was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and prompt. The service and goods are both outstanding! We got three different fudges, all are Devine!!! The peanut butter fudge is just like my grandmas, so delicious! Will be returning, highly recommend!

The ice cream was amazing. My family tried the New Orleans praline, mint chocolate chip, and vanilla with sprinkles.

Best ice cream in town and the service was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend adding Kilwins to your list if you are in the area, especially with kids! my favorites (aside from the ice cream) are the fudge products and candy apples!

Shocked I havnt left a review yet, but litteraly the ONLY place Ill go for caramel fudge apples. Friendly staff, amazing service, and the sweets are to die for. You wont find a better place, I litterally drive 40 mins just for their caramel apples, and dont forget to try the rest of the chocolate....so many delicious treats! Customer for life

Well I dont know where to start....it was awful! I am so sorry that I wasted my time and money in this place! The service was horrible, employees were not friendly, I felt like they were rushing me and just not interested! They were not wearing gloves which I think is very important when you work in a place with food. I also noticed the store was dirty and the counters felt grimy.Now onto the ice cream, not even mediocre, boring and lifeless!I will not be going back there on my next visit to Broadway, and I dont suggest anybody waste their time or money.

Friendly staff and excellent ice cream!

Very polite and helpful staff. My kids do not eat eggs. Most ice cream places including Icecream candy were unsure of the ingredients in their icecream. Staff at Kilwins took time and effort to identify icecream that did not have eggs.

Tried it for the first time and came away very impressed. We felt the candy prices were definitely higher than expected but the ice cream and various candied apples were well worth it. The service might not have been the fastest but it was friendly, accurate, and very patient, especially with the kids. We will absolutely be returning.

This place has some of the best looking candy covered/carmel covered/chocolate covered apples Ive ever seen. They taste amazing too. The staff is very friendly and prices are good too.

Come here to the Broadway sometimes just to get my turtle apple just like I did today!

We just got ice cream from the Broadway at the Beach location in Myrtle Beach. My son was eating his cup of ice cream and came upon a mouthful of towel strings. He literally vomited in the hotel sink.I contacted the store, spoke with the assistant. Mgr, and requested to speak to the owner. A man came to the phone, stated that he was the owner and I explained to him that I want nothing as I too work on food service. I suggested that the contaminated container be discarded. His words were, it may just have been from when they were wiping..., we will look at it and IF we find anything, we will discard it.That is 100% disgusting and unexceptable.

Came here after going to a Kilwins for the first time in Gatlingburg 2 years ago! I did research and realized there was one here in Myrtle Beach! I finally got to come in with my mom and nephew and we loved it, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The toasted coconut ice cream is the best!

We initially stopped in to pick up some fudge but it was raining and we ended up hanging around a while. I am so happy we spent more time here because we really enjoyed the experience. We got to watch them make fudge. It was a great interactive experience. The guy even let us try some right as it was cooled down. He was great with our kids and explained everything he was doing. It really was fun to watch. The fudge was delicious and they have so much stuff to buy here. They had everything you can imagine dipped in chocolate. We didn’t try the ice cream but I’m sure it was just as good. This place is a must to stop in if you’re visiting broadway at the beach !

Had a waffle bowl with a mixture of marshmallow Crème and cookies and cream. Absolutely delicious! My wife said its probably the best ice cream shes had in quite a while, and I would have to agree.Not only was the ice cream great, but the staff were very friendly and efficient as well. Will definitely be back for next years vacation!

We were shocked to stumble upon a Kilwins at Broadway at the beach because its our FAV and we didnt know there was one in Myrtle. This one does not disappoint and they were actually a lot busier making stuff than other Kilwins we have been to so it was really great for the kids to see them dipping and twirling. The quality was excellent and the staff was friendly. Well be back!

I received the wrong chocalates and sent an email to shop.they immediately apologized and sent me the right ones.they re confections are top quality and soo delicious. It s a pleasure to do business with a company that makes you feel special.highly recommend. Dont leave braodway at the beach without treating yourself to kilwins. I will continue to stop by and treat myself to the wonderful sweets here.

My daughter loved the ice cream and I loved the chocolate covered fruit! So tasty we went back the next day for treats to take home!

We walked by this place while walking in Broadway and we tasted some fudge that they were sampling and it was delicious. When we went inside we wanted to sample some ice cream as well. We waited there about 5 min and no one said anything to us or even recognized that we were in there and there were four staff members behind the counter. So we ended up walking out, but the place was very nice looking with a lot of options for treats.

AWESOME!!!!!! This place rocks the house. Ice cream and chocolate wow this is every pregnant womens fantasy come true all in one shop. They evidently have a really good Chocolatier working at this place. They have some of the finest chocolate candy we have ever eaten. My wife loves jellys and rarely does she find quality chocolate jellys but this place has some of the best. Oh and the Cordial Cherrys have the liquid inside, this isnt the cheap stuff with creme. Im a huge fan of Maple creme and their Maple creme is it of this world. It was so light and smooth with just the right amount of Maple flavor. I could have eaten a pound at once. Now the ice cream ranks right with the handmade chocolate candies. Their ice cream is soooo good. You can tell its made with heavy whipping cream and doesnt have those watery ice crystals like some cheap ice creams have. So 5 stars is honestly a slap in the face because the place is **********stars.

Kilwins always delivers. Bang for the buck is pretty good as the amount of ice cream you get is nearly impossible for the average human being to consume. That said, Im no average human; I crushed mine in an impressive 10 minutes.

Over priced. Beautiful facility and delicious chocolates with a wide variety of treats. However, terrible service. 2 milkshakes and one peanutbutter cup cost nearly $25 after 20minutes of waiting. Only one person was being used to make the shakes while 3 other employees were available BUT, doing non-customer service related tasks.... even thought the store was busy. Manager was more concerned with tasks than customer service.

Its ok. Prices are high for the ice cream quality. I paid $7 and had ice cream with ice chips in it.

The stuff is extremely rude. They lie to customers about the product availability. Also, they treat you like they dont care about you at all and want you to leave because you just interrupted them while they were texting. We will never go back to this horrible place!

They are apparently known for their shakes and malts. It was alright, I have definitely had better. I wish I had tried a couple of their hand made chocolate confections instead.

Customer service was amazing prices were ok got 3 slices of fudge buy 2 get 1 (pumpkin walnut, turtle and peanutbutter and a salted carmel apple it was around 28$ which is reasonable cashier couldnt had been friendlier.

The chocolates, candies and icecreams are all very tasty here at kilwins, but we had a problem with lines. They only had two people behind the counter, and it was taking quite a long time to get all the customers served. A few more helpers, especially at rush times, would make things more a lot more quickly.

Strawberry milkshake with strawberry ice cream is the best. They have great orange aid.
