He not only helped us find the right outfit but also talked with us about how to make our experience at Snow Shoe next week better. We purchased a used Hobie Kayak that we love. We have been able to purchase the correct parts and accessories easily through Sail and Ski. Excellent support and communication throughout the entire transaction!

I called on a Sunday maybe 25 minutes before closing time and the guy (Charlie?) took the time to walk through my phone order and even went to the back room to check on parts for me. He even recommended that I buy one part used so I could save some money. Shipped the parts next day air so I wouldnt miss my event.Prices are not only competitive but slightly lower than most shops and I shop around!Excellent!

Great place to do business, even online! Their staff is very helpful and they know their products. Called the store to verify an item was in stock and the call was answered (by a live person!) on the second ring. He knew what they had in stock but took the time to verify it before I placed my order. Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service!

So I was in the market for a Hobie Kayak and was between the compass and outback. I started calling different shops in the area and got a great response and information from the start with sail and ski. They immediately let me set up a demo for both boats so I could decide which one was best for me, something nowhere else offered. After trying both boats I knew I wanted the outback. The customer service I received from both Norris and Charlie through the process was outstanding. Charlie even delivered the boat to me because I live an hour north. Just on my experience purchasing the kayak I was extremely impressed with sail and ski and would recommend them to everyone. However I have become astounded with their service and customer relations after I had a problem with my vantage seat. It broke on me offshore and fell into the reclined position and would not come up. Charlie immediately contacted Hobie about the problem and I took it in the next day after work, which he stayed open late just to fix it. We were able to fix the seat and decided if it happened again we would fix it again and on the third time we would replace it. I went offshore the next day and it immediately did the same thing. I was full prepared to fix it myself again and call it the second fix but when I informed Charlie he told me to bring it in and we were going to replace it. I got my new seat today from Norris and could not be happier with the service I received from him. I could not recommend sail and ski more and they will always have my business for anything kayak related.

Charley provides awesome customer service. Went out of his way to make sure we were able to sail our hobie cat while at the beach with our family when sail didnt arrive from manufacturer as planned. Seems to give honest unbiased advice on what you need and what you dont. Highly recommend

The staff here was incredibly helpful, professional, but most importantly knowledgeable. They keep a large stock of not just kayaks and various sking equipment, but all of the associated small components youd ever need. I can not reccomend this place enough.

Sign says sail and ski, they had one pair of skis, thought this was the place that would have some skis, nope. Wish they did.
