I just left from tiger Mart#15 in Myrtle Beach. On your door there are multiple signs stating that a face mask is required. I had to touch the door to enter. I also had to touch filthy money. I was asked to show my ID for a pack of cigarettes which I did. Then the lady (her name started with a C ). Tells me that I have to take my mask off to get cigarettes or she not going to sell them to me . She was very rude and nasty. I have been going to that location for years. We are in a pandemic. I feel very disrespected covid-19 is not a game.
Good prices, friendly employees,!, seeing these bad reviews reminds me of what people did to Jesus... this store gets as easy 5 stars haters will hate on anything and everything that’s all they do.
WORST. EXPERIENCE. AT A GAS STATION EVER!!! I am extremely disappointed in the services I received today at this Tiger Mart. At the time that I went, a storm had just passed at the store was very busy and crowded. The lady that helped me, was very sweet at first. I paid for my items, and the credit card machine said approved. I even got an alert that the money was taken out of my bank account. The lady, ( I never caught her name but she was of dark complexion and overweight) went on to say I wasn’t charged for the items I had just bought. I explained to her that the money was taken off of my card and even showed her the alert I got. She began to raise her voice and create a scene, while I was completely calm. The line began to get longer and several people offered to pay for our items and she denied them. Being a college student, every cent counts and I am not trying to pay for anything twice. Especially when I didn’t get the items the first time. She called her boss and she was even more difficult in helping us straighten things out. Another one of my friends eventually went and paid for the items again, and she gave them to us. Overall my first experience at Tiger Mart was the most anyone’s ever disrespected me before, and this company needs to hire employees without anger issues.
Worst workers I have ever seen. They had the worse attitudes and looked like they hated their job. If that is so then quit but I bet they are paying you to give customer service not attitude. I am here from vacation and I would tell anyone to just go to Rite Aid to get your items. I ask for change for quarters and got a we dont support giving change for tolls. I said I really just needed it for laundry at my hotel and got a we dont give it out for that as well. Then my kids saw me buy scratch offs and said can I scratch them and I know the law and said no to my kids but the worker had to put her remarks in. She said they cant do that or we cant sell to you anymore and of course I said I know the law. Then make up a story that the machines stopped working while my parents were trying to buy tickets. Um I have eyes i see other people buying after we left. I dislike miserable people get another job if you hate yours.
Walked here from out resort because they advertise being open until midnight. 1030pm and they are closed. Fix your hours!

UPDATE- I did contact corporate. The owner sent an email apologizing. He said worker has been re-trained. So my original 1 Star is now 3 Stars.Im a local and am a regular customer at this Exxon. Nearly every worker knows me by name. Today is the last day I will support that store. The cashier was rude to a foreigner customer in front of me. I intervened, saying he probably doesnt understand you. He kept berating the foreigner. I told that manager what happened, during which time the cashier yelled across the store, Get the hell out of my store. So I did, never to return! Someone ought to be fired. Ill call corporate next.
