This store is amazing!! Staff is very knowledgeable. Jonathon the ASM is very knowledgeable with his tech and know what hes doing. Came in for an upgrade and got a deal on the Iphone 13 and got a New Ipad. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for knowledgeable people that knows their stuff. Very Friendly staff Mark is an outstanding manager. Please go to this location for both Sprint and T-Mobile needs. You will not regret it!

I had an appointment for 11am, the website said that this was a phone repair store and it wasn’t. I walked in for my appointment, explained my issues and was basically told to go somewhere else. Staff wasn’t friendly or personable.

I had a extremely pleasant experience at this store with an employee named Curtis. He helped me pick out a new phone with no hassle, and answered all of my questions without any confusion. He seemed happy to help anyone who walked into the store, and I would highly recommend going to him if he is working while you are in the store. Thank you Curtis!!

These guys are great. Super helpful and MUCH better than calling in. I cant wait to buy my next upgrade from Isaac. He is hilarious and a blast to talk with. Me and my wife moved to the Myrtle Beach area and was needing new service from our local cellular service back in NC. We came into this store on a sat night, Matt and store Mgr Joey treated Us excellent. Made Us feel so comfortable in a new area . Top of the line service and and treated the customer like they had met them before. This was the best we have felt ever getting cell phones. We will always be thankful and will return.

I think Sprint forgot that good customer service is one of the most important things when running a business. The manager called the sprint credit department to see how good our credit was. I explained that we freeze our credit to avoid identity theft. But we went on line and could unfreeze it for the day. The credit manager asked a few questions then asked for pin to our credit. I said what good is freezing credit if I give out my pin number? The credit agency specifically says do not give out your pin number Makes no damn sense. So all that time on the phone, at the store, and online wasted. Terrible customer service by Spirit. Cant imagine I will ever do business with Sprint again.

I just had the best experience at the surfside sprint store. The two employees that were super helpful were Xavier & Silvia. Prior too my visit today I have spent hours over the phone trying to fix my bill with no success. These two people were so helpful and concise that every got cleared up. As an owner of a business I would recommend that they receive a bonus!!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!

Got actual service today. Dealt with the young black lady and Sam and they did a good job. I’ve been given the run around for almost 2 months but they were finally able to help instead talking to the customer service people again. I’m going to stay with the company now since something was actually done this time!

The girl who was my sales person( and I put that word sales person LIGHTY)!!! She was horrible I ask how much my upgrade would be and she kept saying we will get to that!!! And joking around when I REALLY WANTED TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME!!! Needed a new case she just went and picked one and put on my new phone without see if that was the case o even wanted! I was very upset with this Experience!!! She was wishy washy!! Just being sarcastic the whole time!! And after selling me my new phone handed it to and said it all your info and walked off and did NOT say thank you or anything and sent some kid out there to see if you were even able to make a call!!! The store in Murrells Inlet is now part of the store here. While it is a little farther, it is worth the drive! The sales team is awesome! They truly care that every customer is satisfied before leaving! I really appreciated all the help when I upgraded to the Note9.

The guys here are AWESOME. After having a HORRIBLE experience with the Conway Sprint, after NO ONE helping me or having the decency to try to extend any customer service what so ever from the Sprint at Coastal Grand Mall, I went to this location after work yesterday. I was helped by three guys that were there. Unfortunately I only saw Alexs name tag... but I cannot say enough good things about this store. The manager is PHENOMENAL and the sales reps were just as great. Stray away from any other Sprint store and go to this one if you are looking for decent, kind, exceptional employees.

So I couldnt find where to do a Sprint review on their actual website so this will be my 1st google review.They were absolutely great when I went in there! I had no idea what iPhone watch series I wanted. I was greeted instantly at the door! Kay (trainee) met me at the door and we started talking. I asked her about the watches and she gave me more information that I didnt know, which was great! She talked me into the 4 series which I love, plus the benefit of waterproof!!! Sprint wanted me to put a huge down payment more than half the cost which is insane! Sam (manager) was right there to help her and she told her about this Progressive thing. She walked her through the process of potentially getting me my watch without an insane down payment. Sam explained how it worked. They laughed with me about not even liking watches but I wanted to keep up with my health so they helped me become comfortable with it. Extra benefit, they made sure I got out in enough time to get my kids from school like promised! I love my watch and already went swimming with it. So make sure they know I love it and they were right!Go to this Sprint guys I promise you wont be disappointed. They are fun and know what they are doing there. Best customer service with Sprint on the beach!!!

I have been with Sprint for a few years now and have only dealt with a store when necessary. Today my husband and I went in to upgrade his phone and we received the best service since being with them. Thank you Sam for taking the time to help us with his upgrade and my internet issue. Definitely recommend going to the office and meeting up with Sam or Kay who also was very friendly and talked with us during the time we spent there.

Sam & joey in the surfside store are absolutely amazing and will do anything to make sure you walk out that door satisfied and have phones. I just switched to them and by mistake one of the sales reps misunderstood me and I ended up being there till 10:00pm the other night and left with 2 phones I didnt want. Well the next day Sam and joey was there and I spent another 3 hours there but I tell u what they made sure I had exactly what I wanted and needed and didnt have to give anymore money then I needed to seeing how I put money down the night before. She made so many calls and was so frustrated because all she wanted to do was get me out with the phones I wanted. Thank you guys so much I appreciate the hard work and dedication yall have for your customers!!

Great customer service although pricing is WAY off. I switched my fiance over from T mobile for the buy one get one promo and was told my bill would be about 200 with the family plan for 3 unlimited everything. Now my bill is almost 300 dollars a month after I have already done the switch with a 1,500.00 charge for getting out of this service even WITHOUT a contract with them. Plus service is horrible my Hot Spot barley works anywhere and I definitely do NOT have high speed data I also get dropped calls at least twice a day and alot of breaking up which prevents poor service for my line of work. I do NOT suggest Sprint to ANYONE.

I wish I could give rate this lower. The whole experience was horrible. I didn’t have a contract before now and I should have kept it that way .I felt like I was taking advantage of from the person that was helping up to the manager of the store . They told me a price and when I went to pay it, it was $50 more . Been thinking of just paying and getting out of the contract.

Coverage in Myrtle Beach is ok until you get to any congested area. Ocean Ave on the weekend changes my smartphone to just a phone. Data is nearly nonexistent. It also happens every time i go to Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Pelicans games, Murrels Inlet on a weekend, etc. The bandwidth just isnt there. Dont believe the coverage map of SC because we lose data consistently in areas shown to have LTE coverage (ie Hemingway). Customer service after the sale is not nearly as friendly as before I signed the contract either. You will save money with sprint, but the savings isnt worth the headache.

BE SMART & NEVER Go to Sprint. It sucks - horrible & local customer service is nonexistent. Have made my 7th & final trip back since 1/18/19. I upgraded my phone which now has a software issue, they sold me a real POS Cover & the screen protector started cracking within 1 week - not their problem & trying to register it has been nightmare so I can pay for them to send me another POS. Now it has literally fallen apart so there goes $50.00. The salesman misrepresented a Sprint Drive to be free - what he didnt say was it required another line at $25. per month. I called Sprint direct, explained the misrepresentation & they told me to return it since never opened - nope! Manager today was rude & argumentative. Soooooo either I buy 2 phones or am stuck for 24 months. If they think this is over, its not. Goes to show what a 30 year customer is worth. Oh this site makes you rank by stars - where is the 1 for negative rating........

I wanted to return an item called Morphie. Had purchased it from a Sprint store in Ohio. They were very firm and scary in their announcement that the item could not be returned because they do not carry it in their store. I left and read the disclaimer on the receipt and they were right. I dont mind the denial of having to keep this defective item but do not like being bullied by two jerks! Disrespectful . I will never even go past that store again.
