Didnt have the most pleasant greeting or personality. Hardly nothing was for sale it was the owners.. What we were interested in or needing. I really wanted the ElliptiGO but it wasnt for sale, they were his and his wifes special edition lol, their used items were a bit only reason we resorted to the used because items we wanted wasnt there or it was his.. We went to another local place and purchased everything and more!! I did end up ordering an ElliptiGO 11r. My suggestion ( dont judge a book by its cover, be more customer service friendly and have items to sale..

The lengths that Shawn, and his service manager Erik, have gone to for us has truly been unmatched. The kicker...they didn’t even sell us our equipment. It is beyond refreshing to find that some business owners today still truly care and will do everything in their power to make sure that people, not only customers, are taken care of. Simply superior service and they are just genuinely kind and caring. Highly recommend!

Shawn was amazing! Super knowledgeable about ElliptiGO. He went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. When I drove to his location one day I happened to be having an issue with my car. He laid on his back in the parking lot in order to help fix my car! Such a nice man.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I could have purchased the same item locally but I traveled from Charleston for my need. Shawn was very patient, extremely helpful, and even offered a thoughtful selfless solution to a particular challenge I encountered with using my product. Great customer service! I was missing a part from my home gym equipment so I called MaxxFitness, I was told to stop by so they could take a look at it. Wonderful purchase and people! Shawn and his wife were most helpful. I purchased an Elliptigo Bike and was thinking I might want to try the other model just to be sure I had chosen the best bike for me. They let me try the other one and keep it for a couple of days to be sure of my decision. They also rode with me to give me some pointers. Thank you for great customer service! I always highly recommend the Elliptigo Bike it is so much fun and a great workout!!

I highly recommend MaxxFitness for your fitness equipment needs. Once the gyms closed down from COVID, we were stuck without a place to go and had to find equipment quickly. Shawn and his team were very responsive, worked with us on price, and serviced the equipment quickly and efficiently for us. Theyre very responsive and friendly.

Literally the only place on the beach that could supply me with the powerlifting equipment I need so I can continue to train at home...excellent customer service and very affordable, Shawn went out of his way to make sure I would have all the equipment I need to build my home gym during the gym closures.

Maxx Fitness supplied the gear for our clubhouse in Windsor Plantation. Shawn is a professional. He is courteous and knowledgeable. All the gear works great, and is used quite regularly. The shop is crammed with new and recycled equipment. Prices are quite reasonable. I know this might sound like an advertisement, but when you are treated right, you have to crow a bit.
