Stopped by Revels looking for a riding mower. Lady behind counter to busy eating to help me, she sent me to 2 salesmen which was no help at all just said that they have none but 3 on the floor. Never asked which mower I was looking for or offered to help me in anyway.Sorry I wasted my time driving 30 miles one way to visit this store.Doing everything possible to run customers off.

They fixed my lawn tractor and it wasnt a john deer. Did a great job. Service dept very friendly

I have been dealing with Revels Turf and Tractor for many many years.I have always been treated like l ment something to them. Chester in parts is so very knowledgeable and can help with almost anything. Chad Seevers in sells is the best to deal with. I will always give them by business and also highly recommend them.

Revels aka Quality Equipment fortunately sells a great product, John Deere. Unfortunately my experience with Revels aka Quality Equipment customer service has been less than stellar. I am always made to feel like Revels is here to do me a favor by being open rather than appreciating my business and having me shop there. Sad that there are few JD dealers. I have experienced this in NC and SC so it is truly disheartening. Maybe if I purchased a $25k farm tractor I would be treated better than just owning a $3k lawn tractor.

We have always been impressed with the service here. However we were completely shocked to find out they are remaining open during the current pandemic against recommendation of the Governor and President. Its been strongly recommended that all non essential businesses remain closed. Understanding they serve the community and the local businesses but this is not an essential business right now. It makes them seem greedy and unconcerned for the well being of our county. I hope to see them heed the recommendations for the safety of our community their employees and customers.

Great service and products. Just purchased my first zero turn mower. Lynn was knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. This is our second purchase from RevelsMy husband has a farm tractor . They are there for you when you need them.

They had no help and ones they had no mask. Pretty sad place.

Everyone at lunch at 1:45 and they close at 4:00 nobody wanted to talk to us so we left.
