Watch what you buy. I bought decorative eggs for over 200 each and just finally decided to bring them out of the box when I see how much they are broke and have been hot glued. The photo with the elephant has been replied several places and is missing a tusk. The carasil is crooked.

Always enjoy stopping in and seeing all the items from a $1.00 to $10,500.00. Yes thats right and the sales person even showed us how the music box worked and sounded like. Always kind and helpful people who treated us and all who walked in as valuable customers and are knowable about the products. Some very unique gifts in this Broadway at the Beach shop. Staff friendly and helpful. I was looking for some metal wall art. This store usually has a good selection, however since visiting a couple of weeks ago their inventory has gone right down and is now limited until their next shipment in January 2021. This shop is a must for people looking for a gift not everyone else has.

This is one of the most enjoyable shops to browse at Broadway at the Beach at least for me it is. Full of lots of unique gift items and Beach decor. If you are into jewelry, novelty decor, and just pretty things in general... You will love the store too. Always friendly staff and nice displays in a great location.

I bought a piece here on Dec. 22. When I got home, I saw the same piece on their website for $24 less. When I went back, i was told that it must be on old picture and did not give me a refund. This place does have neat collectables and we have made several purchases here. Not any more.

Great shop with a variety of items.From beautiful jewelry, decorative items, even crazy colored socks, bird houses,dishes, glass dishes. Very hard to walk out without a purchase. Love that store.

The staff yelled at us instead of greeting us at the door to use hand sanitizer before we made it through the entrance. Never have I met people so rude. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

A favorite stop for both looking and shopping at Broadway at the Beach. They have an unusual inventory of quality items. We often buy gifts for family members there.My wife likes their jewelry selections. There is something nice foe everyone here.

We were shopping in here and our daughters had picked items that they wanted that we had every intention of purchasing. A employee came by and pulled the items out of their hands with me standing behind them and told them that a baby might want that and they didn’t need to play with them... Really?? We were still shopping!! We were buying what she pulled out of their hands. When we said something she was rude and dismissive and said “bye-bye” who does that?? Needless to say, we will not be purchasing any items from here, ever.

When I dont know what to buy my Wife and Daughters, I come to the Mole Hole and their helpful staff helps me find the perfect gift. They wrap making the presentation incredible. Oh, and I always seem to find something I need for my desk or bookshelves.

One of my favorite shops at Broadway at the Beach! It has so many things in it you cant find anywhere else along with some awesome jewelry! They have Pandora, Swarovski, Ginger snaps, brighten to name a few! Such a good place to go if you need a special gift for that special someone!

Michael Stone you are a rock star!!! Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable about Pandora. When Jareds would not honor my broken 14kt gold bracelet, Mr. Stone had me mail it to him and he got a replacement back to me within 5 days. Honest, professional and friendly!

Every time my husband and I go in this store, they treat us like we are going to shoplift. We have been going here 4 times a year for years and it has been that way for 2 years now. We are upper middle class and spend money there every time we go. We are on vacation every time we go. My mother and 12 year old daughter even felt uncomfortable. We will never go back

Poorest customer service ever. After years of customer loyalty this summer has destroyed this relationship. We made numerous purchases for numerous years however the customer service has regressed to a point where we will no longer be visiting the store. Barefoot Landing. Middle aged blonde with shoulder length hair was VERY RUDE. She was snooty. Her sign tore my skin. She was in shuch a hurry to get the sign that she pushed into me. She never asked if I was OK and seemed annoyed that I was even hurt. Real class act.
