For its location it was ok. They didnt really have a Big selection. I was looking for beach themes. But at least they had the store! Employees were really friendly and took the time to get to know you while you shopped!!!

Wonderful experience! Very friendly staff, and super helpful store manager.I had actually placed on online order from Tervis, and there was a slight issue when I recieved it. I went to call customer service, but made a phone call to this store instead. (whoops)However, I explained to there store manager my issue, and she got it rectified in 15 minutes, sent me the correct items directly from here shop, and all with a super happy and positive attitude.Thank you!! 5 out of 5 :)

Excellent customer service

We have bought from this brand for years. 2 weeks ago, we purchased a redskin stainless steel cup. After a couple of uses, the entire outside started peeling off. We brought the obvious defective of cup back to the store. The rep there just kept talking over us and telling us how we had done something wrong, not wash it properly, and that they do not warranty their cups for anything other than keeping things hot and cold. The drink container had been used so infrequently, and washed so gently, that the price tag was still on the bottom, in pristine shape. We spent $40 for a cup, that fell apart after only a couple I uses, in only 2 weeks. The customer service we got was, talking over you while youre trying to explain what was going on, being told how you did something wrong, and lots of pointing and gesturing at warranty information. Sounds like theyve been through this before, and they are very good at stealing your money. I will not buy from this location again, nor do I think I will buy from this company.

Saturday, My Fiance and her daughter stepped into the Tervis Store at Broadway at the Beach and was not amused by the personal questions that was asked by a lady at the store. The saleslady, whom I can only describe as having black hair and from Surfside. I will say this, that as a local of over 12 years, I have never heard of a salesperson that would ask such personal questions about someones family, especially to a point that she was reducing a 12 year old to tears with the types of questions she was asking while trying to Sell a plastic cup.I will be following up with the manager of the store as well as the corporate office on this matter, because the questions she was asking was completely irrelevant to anything related to anything sold in the store. Never again.

I have always enjoyed my Tervis cups at home and my travel cup. I travel for a living and I hook onto my luggage going to Dublin, Rome, Frankfort, London....I need a new one.I have to tell you I was disappointed in the style and selections of cups. Do not like a lot of fancy stuff. Could not find my basic Carolina (24oz.?) and there were no plain ones. I was told Id have to order it. Why?I did purchase two lids.Thank you!
