Coin Galleries of Myrtle Beach is a great newer coin shop in the area. Joe and Brad have a wealth of knowledge are both friendly and helpful. They took the time with us to go over everything we needed to know about gold purchases, coins, bullion etc. A fun place to visit bring the kids!

Went here was awful experience, I also sale coins mostly us so I took around 700$ worth of good early forign I didnt let them know I knew what I had he told me, they was mostly cleaned and he couldnt give much for all of them . I asked how to tell which are cleaned so I could adjust price he could not show me any he pretty much from that point on treated me like sh-+ .so n endless to say this place needs new management . Took them to another local store well 2 more stores both gave me decent offers I sold to one +400 for the lot . This place dont waste your time with . Coin galleries etc are much better with much more humble people .

Joe, met me when I came in. Nice guy and his shop is very nice too. I happened in there by chance the other day, after seeing the sign while parking. Suddenly it came to me, to get my wife a Christmas present of a coin or coins from her birth year. Joe hooked me UP...and now I have one of each US coin minted in 1961. Plus, he put them in a nice clear holder too. So, I ended up getting some stuff for my “Bicentennial”nephew as well. Then of all things, he gave me a complimentary gift! Super cool gifts, and I’m very happy with everything. Go there, and I promise you’ll see something you want to have.Thanks Joe!

First Time at Coin Exchange Myrtle Beach. David, Manager/Owner was there. He realLy knows his stuff & is Brilliant concerning coin collecting. He had a very large stock for what I was looking for: Franklin & Kennedy; + Walking Liberty Half Dollars; and Was very Fair on his prices. Very satisfied & plan to Return again as soon as I can. He was only worker there on Friday afternoon & had an abundance of customers in & out while he was helping me & they seemed to be equally as satisfied as myself.

This guys silver prices are all over the place. He is not consistent. I think he was trying to take advantage of a out of towner.

I had my first visit to a coin shop today. Im a huge novice and the guys in the shop walked me through what I was looking for, educated me on how things work and were super friendly. They had something better than I initally came in looking for and I will certainly be a return customer. Do not hesitate to do business with this organization.

I am a fair coin collector. Not an expert, but not ignorant either. This owner gives off an arrogant aoura and offered $24 for coins that included a 36 walking liberty, 16 Buffalo nickel, 3 04 helping hands, a 55 double die penny, a 63 and 69 double die pennies and others. I understand he is in business to make a profit, but he aint gone make it all on me!!

The gentleman that owns the shop is named David. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He also has great selection of coins. I Highly recommend.

Horrible service every time very disrespectful people claiming theres no such thing as a silver penny over the phone. Just not even business like I would not recommend this place whatsoever Ive been there at least five times and every time have had the same experience

Came in they were almost 50 coins some from 1850 with weird markings on them and all together the guy said everything was worth about 50 bucks took him about four minutes to look at them all without a magnifying glass wouldn’t recommend going there

Horrible rude people working there. Came to spend my money but the man was so rude I walked out in less than a minute. Horrible!
