If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We absolutely loved the staff and our cart. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and extremely helpful. Weve rented from other companies in the area in the past, but the quality and price MB golf cart offers cant be beat. Weve already bragged about our experience and convinced a friend to use this company for their trip next year.

We rented 2 golf carts when we came down for our family vacation from July 24 until July 30, we called later in the day not expecting to be able to get the golf carts that Saturday but Danny was awesome he got us all set up for there last delivery of the night which he could have very well just said we can do it tomorrow for you but he went above and beyond in my book!!! This was my family’s first time down to Myrtle Beach and having the golf carts made everything such an amazing experience!!! Our driver Danny was complete with the rules/regulations and explained thoroughly everything we needed to know while we were on the golfcart. Loved everything about this place...staff super friendly and go out of their way to serve you. We went during a gas shortage and never had an issue, gas was low in our cart but we got filled up right away and was able to enjoy the rest of our stay. Went here after renting from another rental place and it was like night and day difference. From the prices, customer service to the golf carts, they didn’t compare. The golf carts are much newer and I didn’t realize the difference until we got up close. They helped us decide which one we needed for our group. Better prices for a better ride. This is the best place in Myrtle Beach for carts. you ever noticed how the only people having trouble are the ones causing the trouble. did not check this, did not do a proper walk around, called weeks before and then tried to cancel, this is a business, they have people renting and buying these carts daily. This is also seasonal, they count on people business.

Horrible service. Tried to over charge price was 375 for 6 days we rented it for and the driver said if you need it for 6 days just call and thats it...we call and laura said we would have to charge and extra 250 cause they had to write a new contract..tried to price gouge us very poor service they arent the cheapest either s2 golf carts 299 for 5 days ..free day 6 and 7..i rented there before never will rent from there again

If you are going to rent a cart AVOID this place like the plaque.First, Horrible customer service and very creepy inside. I am not sure how Myrtle Beach has not shut them down for the illegal activities like drug use right on the premises by their employees. The smell was overwhelming of smoked weed.Second, They are nothing but scam artist and try to charge you for anything they can even if they make it up. Tried to charge me for scratches on a cart. Luckily I had pictures of cart before leaving the lot. When i showed them they made up the story the mustve missed writing it down.Also filling a complaint with better with BBB.

Has anyone else ever rented a cart from here,and had an accident with it?We rented one,our daughters rolled it. They estimated 4800 dollars in damage. Made us feel like criminals for not putting the damages on our credit card,left hostage until we offered 1000 towards damages. No constant calls and constant trying to charge my card. Threaten to call Police on us and sue us thru thier attorneys. Nightmare . Have call Police Harassment complaint line.

Store manager was a very unhappy person, has to be an owner to still have job. Apparently, someone had reported a crash when we were in the store and he most rudely gave all waiting customers a dissertation on driving carts. That type of customer service works when you have a monopoly, but not good when customers have options.

If you plan to rent from them make sure you cover yourself. Please be sure to walk the entire cart and take pics of any damage before you sign anything. Found there website the Sunday we arrived and pre paid for the week. No problem here as most places ask you to pre pay with a credit card. Get a call Monday morning early (still good to this point). They said that the cart would be delivered between then and noon. Then get a call around 11 stating that it would be there by 4 the reason we rented was that we had a mile walk to the beach with a child and a father in law with bad knee so we are waiting for the cart that I am already paying the day for. Driver calls after noon and apologizes that he is running late but on the way so I waited outside of the condo. Called later asking if I could see him. He was at the wrong address (more on that later). Gave him the right address and he was there in 15 minutes. When he got there I was allowed to believe that spell check messed up the address on my phone. We’re still in a hurry to get going and the driver said it was a new cart( I can’t say if it was or not) and I did not go over it to cover myself. So after all of this I was still happy and was prepared to give a great review. Until our departure day that they told us we could just lock up the cart and leave the key on the battery. I got a text message stating I had been charged $136.06. When I called to find out why, I was told they tried to call me and sent me an email about damages. Was told that I curbed the wheel and scratched the paint on a brand new cart. Said they would take care of scratches and only charge me for the wheel that is curbed ( without a mark on the tire to boot). There is no help coming my way and I know it. They then send me an email after my wife left a review stating I gave them the wrong address without reading down far enough to see that I had the right one in it and they changed it. The. Stated they should have charged me more because it was a brand new cart. Ok, I understand getting charged for damage (torn seat, cracked body panels, a flat tire) things that cause them issues, but you are renting carts in a vacation destination. I’m sure you have insurance for this kind of thing as well. So all I want is to make sure they don’t do this to anyone else in the future now as I know that I am at least the second person that it has happened to by the Better Business Bureau website.

This place is awesome we rented a fancy new 6 passenger we were only gonna rent it for 8 hrs but it was cheaper to rent it for the day so we did the staff was awesome and really nice people I would recommend everyone to rent from them thank u guys we will be back

Todd is always pleasant when we visit! However MB don’t disclose a lot of things on their policy we rented for a week had a family emergency and needed to leave early! They refused to refund us for the remaining time of 3 days! Not a big deal however I feel as though that should be disclosed and not to mention the blonde head lady is always nasty to customers and her employees each time we visit.

I rented the 4 passenger upgraded golf cart and bad a blast. It is very good on gas you can ride for 4 days on the gas that is in it when they bring it. Just have to fill up before they pick it up. Will be renting from this place again in May....

Nice, and clean golf cart that I rented for 24 hours. Their rates are a little on the high side, but their carts are the best in Myrtle Beach. Extremely reliable, friendly service, and reassured me that if I had any problems they would replace my cart with another one free of charge. Loved having a golf cart to cruise around with the family! We took it everywhere we could for 3 days and it was totally worth it. Broadway at the beach, Wal-mart, captain hook golf which was awesome btw..and obviously cruised Ocean Blvd. Be sure to bring quarters for parking meters to park off blvd tho. The customer service was that great southern hospitality! Only downside is they dont have radios so make sure u bring a speaker for ur phone if u like to listen to some music while cruisen.😁

I only had 1 issue with them. You have to have 200 dollars cash deposit and that was not on the website. Now on to the good stuff. Their golf carts are not plain Jane. The golf cart itself was light blue and ran wonderfully. We had it for 2 days and used just under 1 gallon of gas. The personnel at the showroom were wonderful and understanding and gave us all information that was needed in simple terms. I highly recommend renting from them and when we come back in town I will be renting for 3 or more days. And thank you guys at MB golf carts for giving us great service and even getting my cell phone back to me, I appreciate that!!

If I could give less I would...very deceptive company...they do not tell you which camp grounds allow their golf carts until you have paid to reserve the cart ...then they tell you cant give refunds...so your staying at a place that you cannot use a golf cart at and no refund...be careful...do not rent from these people...what a joke

Called my go to cart service, they said they couldnt help me until tomorrow. Being here myself I wasnt sure what I was going to do but had to find a way to get my cart back to my house. Didnt think the cart rental company at the end of my street would help but WOW... to my surprise they not only agreed to help but within minutes a trailer came, picked up my cart and delivered to my house..... Me and my family rented two golf carts for two days paid almost $400, our flight got delayed so we are staying for an additional night and wanted to pay for an extra day The lady at the desk was so rude instead of offering a great customer the additional money which would be $40 or any type of discount she said I would have to pay $185 FULL PRICE for the extra day no exceptions. When I asked to speak with somebody else she blatantly said no! I could understand if you guys were fully booked and had no other rentals but the parking lot is completely filled with golf carts so a shortage was not even an issue this is not good customer service and just wrong! Left a very bad taste and will never rent from this company again. FYI The man who actually got us the golf carts was very polite explained everything thoroughly but the lady in the office is why you will never get any business from me my family or friends again for being greedy and extremely rude!

We paid a deposit of 200.00 to rent a cart for the last week in June 2020Due to the Covid 19 we were forced to cancel our vacation...I called them 5 weeks in advance to tell them thisyet they refused to refund our depositUnbelievable!!!I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!SO MANY PEOPLE ARE REACHING OUT TO HELP EACH OTHER AND THEN YOU HAVE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE.VERY SAD

I did NOT have a good experience with this company, I called to get a cart delivered to our rental property. I gave her the address, she asked myrtle or north myrtle and since im not from around that area I told her I wasnt sure that it was cherry grove Beach, she put myrtle when it was actually north myrtle, she asked what time we wanted it delieved I said as early as possible since we were already in town she said ok around 10....... i called twice before 3PM that day to see where my cart was she mentioned they dont give times to be delivered but to keep in mind they wont pick it up until 24 hours later... i then mentioned we had to check out at 11 am.... we got our cart around 4:30 that day (so we lost over 6 hours of our vacation WAITING and then lost another 6 hours our last day bc we had to leave at 11) and to make matters worse.... as we were driving the windshield FELL off... when i spoke to the lady at the office she said it might be a 150 charge, i told her to PLEASE have the managers call me BEFORE they charge me for the damage, they didnt and now I have a 150 charge for something that WASNT our fault. The cart was missing a bolt, i have the pictures where one bolt is there and the other wasnt. How is it the renters fault when the cart was faulty to begin with?
