Went here shopping with my child and my mother like we do on a regular basis. We got my daughter one of those car buggy’s to keep her occupied. When we finished our shopping we pushed the buggy to our car to unload. I put my daughter in first and proceeded to load the groceries. An female employee came up offering to assist us with what me and my mother assumed was with the groceries and or buggy. I turn to continue grabbing things and turn back around and this woman is practically in my car touching my child. I immediately asked her not to do that. She says she is “adjusting” my daughters car seat. I again asked her not to touch my child. This went on to the point of me asking four times and having to get a bit more stern. This woman had no right to go near my child, it also shouldn’t have taken me telling her four times not to touch my child.

They go above the call of duty! Extremely helpful and gracious. I just spoke with the Pharmacist and pharmacy staff about a medication 💊 issue Ive been having.After attempting find my medication at every pharmacy in Conway, and many in Myrtle Beach ⛱, I found the perfect fit!

Great craft beer selection, five stars. The meat department was amazing, they had 3 inch thick tomahawk ribeye steaks for $12.99 a pound. Store was spotless and very well lit. Overall five stars. Oh, and the bathrooms were clean.

I have been here a few times and am very pleased with the employees. Today I could not find something and a nice gentleman (unfortunately didn’t grab his name) who was stocking the shelves recognized my struggle. He then led me right to the item I needed.Pat is a cashier that I have had several times. She is so friendly and kind! Always makes you feel like she enjoys helping you.I hope Kroger realizes what great people they have. They earned my business!

Clean grocery store located inside the Galleria Shopping Center. Kroger has a little bit of everything. The shrimp from here was large and tasty. Today, I also got some Pyrex pans and other small shopping done. There isnt a huge wall of spices, but enough that it is fine for most meals youd make on vacation. Theres a deli, bakery, seafood, meat, plenty of fresh, well culled produce. Theres even a seasonal section if you dont feel like trekking into multiple stores.

We shop Kroger at home all the time. This is a small store. It is even smaller when the aisles are blocked by employees stocking shelves and leaving cases in the aisle. This is probably a very busy store given it is at the beach. The shelves were beaten up pretty good. They could probably benefit from stocking overnight as to avoid the store being cluttered with things on the floor. The shelves would be better stocked also. Not the best representation of the Kroger we know and shop.

The employees are so friendly and helpful. Every aisle we went to where there was an employee they would say hello, ask if we needed help, and wish us a good day. We ordered precooked holiday dinner and the deli staff were very friendly and helpful. The front end staff and cashier were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping at this Kroger store.

This is a pretty old location, however the selection is good and they have a bakery/deli that serves Boars Head meats and cheeses. The produce, especially the organic selections, was fantastic. We got the best avocados here, I realize that could certainly be hit or miss. I would prefer a more modern shopping experience, however, I would not hesitate to return to this location.

Went during summer of 2020 during a vacation visit. Most employees were either not wearing a mask or had the mask below their nose. Several customers didnt have masks on at all - and this is all despite the two mandatory mask signs posted at the main entrance. Blatant disregard for public health and safety. No wonder this area is a COVID hot-spot and national embarrassment.

We just had the worst 8 pieces deli serve chicken, it was over cook, dry and so small! I won’t buy it again. We had many times before and it was never this bad.

Worst customer service from staff. It’s crowded, horribly stocked, dirty disgusting covid pit.

Good experience with decent prices, they even had some items that I havent seen at other grocery stores. I would shop here again and it is much better than the Walmart nearby.

Very friendly staff but I feel like they are trying to force me to use self checkout. The last time I visited this store there were no manned checkouts opened, just self checkout. If I useself checkout I should receive a discount for doing Kroger employees work.

Cheryl in the bakery at Kroger (9610 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572) is the most AWESOME PERSON Ive run across in quite some time !!! After Publix gave me a hard time about a birthday cake for my daughters birthday Cheryl stayed late to make it happen and get it done AND OFFERED TO PERSONALLY BRING IT TO THE RESTAURANT !! I cant thank Cheryl enough for how she made me feel and for taking the time to go the extra mile and effort to make my family night special while visiting Myrtle Beach SC on vacation. Cheryl is a special person. Thank you Cheryl !!!

We were so lucky to find this store. We pulled up just before closing. Tim was so nice to open the door and asked if we were coming in. He was so helpful showing us a lot of new things we havent tried. We were just coming in to buy one bottle, but left with an experience and a lot more, per Tims sage advice. Thanks Tim, the coconut water rum rocks!!!

Should be o stars. We’ve been getting our dogs Keppra filled here for a year and the last month we had to go back twice because they obviously didn’t have a clue as to when their truck arrives. Went to get it today and they refused to honor Good Rx coupon. Will not be back, very unprofessional 🤨

If you care about your health and safety during COVID-19, shop at COSTCO, not Kroger, because all customers are required to wear masks at Costco. Costco has made a true commitment to the health and safety of their customers. Sadly, Kroger has not so we prefer to spend our money elsewhere.

This is the only grocery store my husband and I shop at. Although Publix is closer, we choose to drive the few extra miles to Kroger. The prices are always lower than other stores but my favorite thing is the Kroger App. There are so many coupons that you can send right to your card on your smart phone - no printing, no paper coupons that get lost in the bottom of your purse. Highly recommend this store if you are visiting the beach and looking for a grocery store!

Great store...great staff. Especially Audrey and Joann.I felt extremely bad for Joann wrangling those shopping carts in the parking lot in this summer heat. But what a great attitude and personality she had!! God bless her

Staff is helpful and courteous, but store is consistently missing many popular brands that almost all of its competitors carry. Also, ALL of the Kroger generic brands of food Ive tried are the WORST Ive ever eaten. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is due to their pharmacy. The pharmacists are friendly, fast, informative, and have Walmarts beat hands down.

These kids need to learn math. They have no idea what a quarter to a half a pound is . They need to learn sales experience. You dont say to the customer its usually this price if the customer has never shopped there before. There are no price tags out for certain items and I find the store very disorganized. Not sure if Ill go back there anymore.

Great place to shop for food with excellent variety. Customer service is excellent and trying to make sure you find everything you need. Store was very clean had a variety of items from organic, to select types of cuisine to an offering of freshly made Foods and bakery items.

This will be my 2nd time going and I love it. I found everything we needed. We are down here camping for the week and I have enjoyed going to Kroger. Everyone was so friendly.

Has a large variety of organic foods to choose from, this keeps me from driving to Whole Foods in Mount Pleasant. The store is always stocked, clean and has great prices 😊

The store is fine except the fresh flowers department. On 2 December 2019 there were 6groups of flowers, all of which were drooping.My wife was very disappointed.

Clean store, friendly staff and they opened a register when we were 4th in line so we checked out pretty quickly. Every thing we needed was in stock, the aisles were labeled clearly. I would recommend this store.

Pharmacy service is terrific. People are pleasant and almost always very helpful. Two things to expect: 1. the aisles are narrow and they pack too much stuff into too small a space. 2. its very busy on weekends primarily with tourists making their first grocery stop after driving for hours with kids in a minivan. Therefore, the store can have an edgy, chaotic atmosphere at times.

We vacation in Myrtle Beach every year and we always shop at this Kroger! Pat W has been our cashier a number of times and she is always so sweet and helpful. Definitely some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced!

We live in MD and boy do I wish we had Krogers in our state. We visited our first while in Tennessee visiting our son and were thrilled to find them in Myrtle Beach. Awesome prices, lots of specialty items, bright, clean store and helpful staff. The older lady (she had a thick accent) who worked in the deli was an absolute delight. We stopped in to get American Cheese for our golden retriever and struck up a conversation with her about how much we all love our pets. Love that a visit to the deli department can make you feel like you are catching up with an old friend. Were planning a trip back next year and will make a point to stop in to see her again.

Clean store and friendly staff that go out of their way to help. I drive past 7 other stores to shop at Kroger. We have often purchased items from their deli like fried chicken for large church dinners and they have always come through for us with quality products.

Been a Krogers shopper for years. Went to this one from NC and expected it to be great like the rest. Nope. The shelves were barren, the produce was subpar, and the staff looked like they were all depressed. Figured it was a bad day. Went to self checkout since its easier for me. The old, white-haired lady that was running it on 9-22-17 at about 4:30-5:30 was terribly rude. She helped my grandmom check out and was nice. I was scanning my stuff and went to pick up my bags, like always, and got the error sign pop up. It said to putting the bag back, so I did. Still nothing. So it called the lady over to me and she acted like it was a hassle. It happened again, which I get is my fault, but be a bit less rude when you help customers. I may be young, but I work in customer service and its not hard to put a smile on. Even with difficult customers. Then, I went to pay and scan in coupons. I scanned it in again, the lady was called over to me. Same rude attitude as before. Snatched the coupon out of my hand and said that I couldnt scan in coupons. She slammed her ID across the pad and scanned in my coupons quickly. Rude as all get out. I will NEVER shop at this location again. I love Krogers, but if This location does not improve it will tank. Especially, with employees like that rude lady was.

Yes,it was outstanding service, I asked a few store workers,were item are they directed me to proper isles. Then a elderly lady checked me out,who had worked there,for numerous yrs.what a charm great attitude,and smiley face.kudos to her.

Service in the deli department was horrible. Many people walking around, but only one person cutting cold cuts. The guy was very busy trying to help him please all the customers there not one of the people that work that offered to come and help

In store at 3am. ..2 employees did nothing but stand and talk to each other..did nothing to help...at cash register. ...could not get the checkout to work. ....ice cream melting....pizza thawing.....milk got warm....no way to run a store. ....you need a register open at night. ....I spend 200 a week... Going to PUBLIX.....people help.

Whatever they were using to clean the floors with was so full of synthetic fragrance it made me sick to my stomach!! Some people, including myself, are very allergic to that stuff! Its almost as bad as smoking in doors in my opinion!!

Today they ran out of bags in the produce dept. Last month the guy in the deli didnt know what a third of a lb was. Maybe they should get a better pool of employees.

Ill give it three stars, reason being is because this location is missing some good brands that can be found in all the Cincinnati and Dayton region Korger stores. Ill be generous with three stars instead of one or two, because the basics can be found here. In Mytle Beach however, between Publix and Kroger, Publix wins hands down.

My girlfriend and I shop here frequently because it is so close to home. The checkout person is always delightful and the size of the store is an advantage for us because we like to shop quickly without having to walk a mile or wait a half hour to checkout like we do in Walmart.

Groceries at Myrtle Beach is often a huge hassle because more than half the residents arrive on Saturday, typically for a one week visit. The Kroger experience is not bad. The thing that makes it a 4 and not a 3 is that there are stockers to be found that are helpful. Having help finding things in an unfamiliar store is a real blessing. Grocery stores will be a major beneficiary of Google Tango.

Very busy because its the nicest grocery store on the beach. But employees are great and you can find what you need with decent value.

Used to be our favorite. Store is plagued by out of stocks. The frosting on the cake was the gas station only had premium gasoline, and when we mentioned to an employee they answered still?Today they were out of nail polish remover, 3 weeks in a row; our cats favorite cat foods (all 3 flavors); Uncle Bens Instant white rice 3 weeks in a row, even after we specifically requested.They sent us a coupon for 100 count Benadryl, yup out of stock.They took away the Senior Citizen discount and now cant keep the store stocked?Publix and Lowes Foods are easier to get to and closer if Kroger cant improve their in stocks we may switch.
