The only place to rent from in Myrtle Beach. They truly take pride in their service offerings and always have dependable, quality equipment. The staff is friendly and professional and always do what they say. I can always get someone on the phone and pricing cant be beat. I couldnt give them a higher rating. They also offer propane and sell/service stihl equipment which is a big plus.

We ordered propane to be delivered the next day to our RV. $3 per gallon plus $25 delivery charge while we were staying at Carolina Pines RV campground. They failed to deliver after they made u drive 8 miles to give them your cc. Plus I called at 1pm to make sure they were coming on the day of. They did not deliver!!!

This was my first time ever renting any type of equipment. Rented an appliance dolly and ended up having an issue with the straps on it, was tangled around bad and unusable. Ended up having to rig it with another set of straps I had to make it work. When I returned it, I brought it to their attention and let them know the issue so they didnt think I did it, or rent it out to someone else before fixing it. They refunded me in full. Wasnt expecting that. Thanks guys! Despite issues, Id rent from them again.

Comeback Rentals is great in my opinion. Fast, efficient, friendly. They make it so easy to do business with. It’s amazing the inventory they have as well. They do business the right way.

Consumer beware. Do not get just a verbal quote. If you do not have a written quote they will not honor their word. Hard lesson learned for me. Staff is great and can only operate within the preset limitations. Selection on rentals and accessories to go along are great and are readily available. Looking forward to the new location opening on the north end.

The have a very large wide variety of rental equipment with numerous units. They also strive to keep all of their equipment in top notch shape. I ordered a storage pod to be delivered to a job site I am working on from Comeback Rentals. The company sent out a tractor trailer that was too large to get the pod into the parking lot at the unit. Or any other suitable place other than directly on the road blocking traffic. The driver then drove over the grass and landscaping on his way back out of the subdivision, which I had to fix. Then they have the nerve to charge me $135.00 for the delivery of the pod that they could not provide.

Im upping my review. They called and understand the issue. Processed refund.Called about flame burning orange on propane heater. Guy said service charge if inside problem, but not if outside. The regulator needed to be turned up to meet with manufacturer recommendation. $81was charged to my card without approval or knowledge until I saw my bank account online. Service guy should have said one way or the other instead of just charging me.

Only go there because I have too. Equipment is worn out and staff are not polite and dont appreciate your business. They have monopolized the equipment rental business in the Myrtle Beach area. If there was more competition in the area they would have to maintain better equipment and lower prices. Im not the only customer that feels this way. I hear it all the time, but not many will voice their opinion because of the lack of other equipment rental businesses. Theres nowhere else to go. Ive worked construction in the area for 6 years and I stand behind my review.

Rented a hammer for a day, due to operator error I didnt end up not using it because I thought it wasnt working. Took it back next day, learned how to use it correctly, used it for 2 days, and they couldnt have been more fair with the price for me. Appreciate it guys, youve got my business.

I called the chain rental company in myrtle beach. The guy was rude the machine I need is 600 a day there. Called these guys they were nice and their machine is only 225 yay

They certainly are not in a rush. First, they told us they would deliver the rock at 9am. Well no one showed up. So I call at 9:30 and they tell us they had a delivery to Cherry Grove. Ok.... Well dont tell us you will be here at 9am. They did show at 10am. We were about a half of yard short so we went back and paid for a whole yard. Well after 30 minutes sitting in the back. A man asks us if we need help. He said he would come back. Another 30 minutes, we wait. So other trucks come in and are filled and leave. We wave another man down. He tells us no one called him. Well sir we heard them call you when we bought it and the man that stopped called you and told you. I understand that we are not a company and didnt buy much from you. But, we did give you $400 of our money. Unfortunately, we will not be back and certainly will not recommended you.

Rented 10 filthy chairs on Saturday for my daughters baby shower. Took 2 hours to clean them to be just okay to use! Will never use them again!

Came in to rent equipment and was in line talking to guy at counter then phone rang and guys spends 5 minutes on phone making me wait. The people that run this place are very unprofessional at best. Will not come back to this place.

Terrible customer service after we placed an order for rock to be delivered but it was sold right out from under us. As a local small business owner Im assumed. Please look elsewhere when sourcing materials for your landscaping needs.

Two Blocks down the road is Surfside Equipment Rental, not only are their prices less than half the customer service is double. Even though it’s in the name, we will never comeback to this rip off!
