I bought a super turbo 1000 elite scooter several years ago and have really enjoyed riding it! The battery lasts all day and into the night, and charges up while I sleep so its ready to go the next morning. Ive bought some spare parts and also called the support line to ask questions, and Ive always been happy with the service and the turnaround times on shipping.

Good scooter for the price. But if your going to spend the money get a scooter from them that already has lithium batterys. Save future upgrade expenses.

My son had a slight mishap and they were awesome and very understanding. More concerned with his well being and safety. Didn’t even ask about the scooter. We’ve rented from them before and will definitely be back.

Me and my son have the super turbo 1000 elites. They are fast I weight 270lbs and it has no issues getting me up to 25mph on flat or slight inclines roads. Customer service is awesome have bought several parts and have made calls with questions and always got some kind of response from them. Highly recommend them for next scooter purchase.

I got the super elite 1000. 36v lead acid. Love it! This thing can pops wheelies do jumps and handle pretty much any terrain that you throw at it. I definitely do suggest getting the Lipo version 48 V. Bet that thing screams and lasts a lot longer plus these lead acid’s weight a ton. I’ve had my scooter for 5-6 years now and still handling like new with little maintenance other than a battery swap. Chris is very responsive to any of the customer service needs I’ve had.

Great place to rent or buy scooters. We bought a pair of scooters, one with. Blue wrap on it and logged over 45 KM in just a few days.Had to take one back due to a loose part and they fixed it within ten minutes and sent us on our way.

I bought a 1500 watt scooter. The shock snapped as I was riding at 15 miles an hour or more. About a mouth after I bought it. Was the worst fall I ever had. Double check all the parts before you ride! Customer service SUCKS!!🤬 They did send me a brand new one it just took a long time. They give you no option for Speedy deliveries it takes a week 1/2 or 2 weeks to get your parts on the heavier items, small items two-day option. They give you email confirmation on parts that you purchase, comes couple of days later. Some of the parts and material are made from China. Wear all protective gear riding these scooters they are dangerous! If you are ordering from out of this state be patient it will take awhile. Good luck folks👎🏽

I have bought 3 different Scooters over the years from Super Cycles & Scooters and have throughly enjoyed them with my son and my daughters. These scooters have been super reliable and so much fun to ride on nice days here in Houston. One of them is over 10 years old and still working great. Like any mechanical item, they require a little bit of maintenance but that is where the excellent service from Super Cycles & Scooters has got your back. On the website you can consult videos to pretty much change anything or tune up your scooter as needed. It is not rocket science. I recently changed out the chains that had aged quite a bit and the process went smoothly. I was able to change out the parts that needed replacement without much cost and now all three are in tip top shape and ready to go. I highly recommend small businesses like this that have an excellent product and the technical staff to answer any questions you may have. So I give them a big thumbs up and hope that they will be around for another decade providing a VERY fun and practical way to get around and general enjoyment.

Nice, easy website to navigate and order parts. Had questions on parts I needed and the gentleman that assisted me was very responsive and helpful. I was afraid I would have trouble finding the parts I needed, but that was not the case at all. After ordering the parts, the delivery was very fast and when I double checked to make sure I placed my first order correctly my message was responded to almost immediately. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman. I informed him that I have a Super Turbo 1000 Elite Electric Scooter and that I was looking at getting some parts for it. We spent a decent amount of time talking about the various parts and adjustments on the scooter. He even walked me through how to adjust the brakes and let me know I didnt need new brake pads. I would say this place has great customer service.

We had a wonderful experience at Super Cycles! All of the guys were amazing, especially Chris. They were very kind, helpful, and willing to help even though it was obvious that they were super busy. We did not rent a scooter we brought in our own for maintenance and they jumped right on it while we waited, working together to get the job done. They are a professional and honest business that I highly recommend!

I purchased a Super 1000 several years ago to speed up my business as a commercial photographer who shoots hundreds of properties each year and this thing was a game changer. I then purchased another scooter, a 1500 and WOW. I could not believe the increased power. The hill climbing kit was essential for when I was shooting properties in mountainous areas. This thing will JERK you up a steep hill faster than you could run DOWNHILL! The staff have been courteous and responsive. I have only had a few issues and they have been resolved to my satisfaction every time. I will by more from them and recommend them highly. Right now I am sending back in the 1500 for them to do an up-fit as I know they will do an excellent job.

We called Super Cycles a few years back and they were really helpful in determining the appropriate scooter for him and his needs. The sccoter has been awesome and is fun for the whole family. This weekend we ran into trouble with the fuse. We reached out to Super Cycles and they were extremely helpful in determining the issue, what may have caused the issue and our options to fix. It was so wonderful to be able to call and actually speak with someone and not have to leave a message or get an automated response. EXCELLENT service! We would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a cycle or scooter!

I bought a 1000 watt scooter for my daughter, but I use it also (230 pounds). It has given great service and lasted through one lifetime of battery use. I am going to keep it repaired with new brake calipers front and rear and continue to get great value from it. Very proud to support an American (and local SC) company making great products!

From the beginning he helped with all my needs as to how to fix an issue from electrical to man handling tools. He even gave his personal info to help after hours, and if I needed any bolt, but, or any piece that gave away from wear and tear he replaced it for me with not a care in the world. The scooter we rented was really awesome and we had a great time with it here at ocean lakes across the street. We had good services and the guys there are awesome people and have a great little shop. Scooters work awesome, great working, dont take too long to charge and you can get a lot of ride time out of a full charge. Overall out experience with this place was amazing and I cant wait to come back next year and rent from the again!

I normally dont bother writing reviews at all. However, I was in need of having an electric scooter that I own serviced I found super cycles, at first I was a bit apprehensive due to a few of the 1 star ratings they recently received. There was no other place for me to bring my scooter to so I decided to stop in and see if they would be able to help me service the scooter. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service considering some of the reviews that were left which does make me wonder.

I have an old 800w scooter that I bought from them around 8 years ago that has been running fine ever since. However, last week I had some issues that I was unable to get resolved, after calling in somebody walked me through how to diagnose and fix the issue. Spent around 20-30 mins on the phone discussing the issue and getting it fixed. Would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Best place to buy a scooter. I’m in California and had a substantial delay getting my scooter delivered, due to COVID, which was totally my local FedEx’s fault. SUPER CYCLES & SCOOTERS had the best customer service. The owner was prompt with getting back to me and keeping me informed of what was going on. The scooter also made it all the way across the country without a scratch on it. If you’re going to get one of these bad boys, these are the guys to get it from. Thanks for everything Chris!

I got my 800 elite years ago (5-6yrs) I still enjoy it. Thinking to get a bigger faster scooter again from them. Chris is a great guy who helps his customers anyway he can. Customers support is great with the how to videos. I Trust this company even though theres so many other scooter vendors out there. Bought the 1000 watt scooter with with lithium battery and brake light.The brake light was not installed correctly. It was also missing $260+ worth of items. The rear break did not work either. There Quality Control (that they advertise on the website) is BAD.Sent them about 3-4 emails, they refuse to respond! Now the scooter will not charge.End up filling an complaint with the BBB and the State Attorney General.For the people would who would tell me to call them up or even stopping by the store.I have a speech disability and I do not want to explain to them over the phone.I live 1,100+ miles away, I ordered the scooter from there website.This is for the owner:I do not want to call the store, I have a speech disability.All I want is a full refund and if the company wants the scooter back, the company has to pay for the shipping & handling and have the shipping company pick the package up at my address.UPDATE 11-15-2018:I was finally was able to ship back the scooter along with all the extras. According to FedEx, the store received it and signed by Adam on 11-08-2018.7 days waiting for my full refund, STILL HAVE RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND! They refuse to respond!They basically STOLE my money!Keep away from these people. They don’t have any idea on on they are doing. Or, they are in the business of stealing customers money.UPDATE 2-20-2019:Finally got my refund a while back.The only way I was able to get my refund from them is that I end up filling a Police Report against them.I end up emailing the Police Report to the Myrtle Beach Police Department.

I owe this company a long awaited review. IBought an electric scooter (super turbo 800) from these guys in 2014. That was about 4 years ago from the day I wrote this and my scooter is still running strong. The quality of their products is great and their customer service is amazing. Over the top customer service from this company. I am an owner of two 1000w elites and both still continue to get ridden after several years. Chris is super helpful anytime you get stuck with any maintenance if the how-to videos aren’t enough. I don’t have the ability to bring in my scooters for service from NY and their store is in SC but with helpful tips from Chris I am always able to get it done.Frequent service is not even needed on their sturdy, reliable, high quality products. I’m just personally not much of a tool guy and can barely replace something as simple as the brake pads, which Chris is more than happy to walk me through it. Thank you!

I dont post many reviews, however, I dont know about you, but when I buy a product, I expect good customer service and most importantly I want the seller to have product knowledge about the product/s theyre selling so that in the future I can feel assured Ill receive support for repairs and parts.Their product knowledge scores a big ZERO. They sell overpriced products and the support is horrendous. Dont believe me, send them an email and see how long it takes to receive a REPLY. Very unprofessional!!!Asking them simple questions results in Ill have to check. I mean come on, dont you even know what youre selling?On their website, lithium batteries are price gouged!$700+ for a 48V 20ah battery? Little secret, if you want a 48V 40ah battery, look on ebay, theyre a little under $500 and 1000% times better!Also, in my opinion, and Im sure other customers will agree, its pathetic to act like a child and refuse to sell a product to a customer that left an honest review. With that said, if you do end up doing business with them, perhaps avoid Adam. This is the 3rd Super Turbo 1000-Elite electric scooter I am buying from Super Cycles & Scooters. I modified my first one so my 7-year old daughter can ride along with me! (thats about 270 lbs total) and the scooter accelerates just fine! Then, my 14-year old son wanted one, too! So, I got him one for his birth day as well with an added tail light and mirrors! (very useful indeed). Now, my wife wants one too, so all 4 of us can enjoy a fast ride together every weekend in our neghborhood. The staff at Super Cycles and Scooters are very supportive in both sale and service (in case you have a question or need an improvement). I have spoken to Adam, Matthew and Calvin on a number of times and they have all helped me in a very friendly manner. The packaging has been perfect, best price and the delivery very timely. Also, I custom made foot pedals for myself and my daughter on my first scooter and now with the addition of mirrors and splash guards, it resembles a Harley!, but at a much more affordable price and is excellent for leisure! I strongly recommend it to all teenagers and adults who ride it responsibly! Thank you again for the great product and support after sale!

Purchased a super scooter 1000 about six months ago through Amazon. Lots of fun to ride around the neighborhood as I live in a golf cart friendly community. Scooter is much faster than the golf carts.I had an issue with the battery. My call was answered on the first time. The gentleman suggested checking tire pressure and a couple other things. I tested the battery to find two weeks cells. I shipped them the battery in return they shipped me A new one. I believe Im going to call and order one for my wife now

I placed an order for a bike, couldnt get a shipping confirmation for days, called customer service and got a shady voicemail message from someone who seems to be working from his basement. I requested an order cancellation and contacted my credit card company right away. The order was finally cancelled, but he charged me $25 presumably for admin fees. The guy never prepped or shipped my item as I cancelled it as soon as I could. Do not shop from this storeBy the way, I later realized that Amazon had the same bike for $75 cheaper, free shipping, and outstanding customer service. No charge for order cancellations.I strongly would not recommend shopping from this site.

My daughter and I have been enjoying electric scooters for years. Got her a Razor Bella (the pink ones that look like little Vespas, that you can buy at any Wall Mart) That fun turned into buying scooters online for both of us that were bigger, and just plain funner! She was 6 when we started, and is 12 now. In that time, Ive bought several Razors, E-Zips, etc..and many China made scooters since. Im not rich like most of us, and have tinkered with them over the years to keep them going. Anyone who is like me, understands. Scooters are very tricky, but this is the best company hands down. Im from Oklahoma, they are in South Carolina. So before you think I know anyone there, I dont. I am a local guide for Google in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I call it like is, bad or good, look me up. Anyway, This has turned into a lengthy review, and heres why...It upsets me because of the reviews Ive seen. Ive talked with them several times on the phone. Thats almost impossible these days. (If they dont answer with a live person the first time, dont cry about it). Ill sum it up with this. Today, I spoke with Chris who answered several questions for me, simply trying to get my scooter running with various leftover parts I have. I was on the phone about an hour with him talking about voltage, watts, batteries, controllers, motors, throttles, and compatibly in general. Of course he would love to sell me something, duh. But, the conversation was always about trying to get my scooter running with the parts I have. By the end of the call, i found out he was the owner. Thats super impressive. Theres allot of deception in the electric scooter business. I promise you, he is not THAT GUY. The world needs more business owners like Chris.. Period. Try him.

First off they dont ever send tracking info, or even a confirmation email for goodness sake!... and when you try to contact them its almost impossible, not to mention they never respond to emails, and when you finally get a hold of someone they have zero clue as to what order is what, and to be honest sound super unprofessional like some kid running a business from his moms basement!!STAY AWAY!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

Bought a scooter and charging port online from them. They had a deal where you buy a scooter and you get $50 of free spare parts. Did not get my free spare parts. I emailed they responded and said that it should be in box. Before I emailed them I looked all over, in scooter battery compartment, styrofoam pockets and tore the box...nothing. I emailed them several times about not receiving my free spare parts. I get no response from them at all. I say false advertising. And I was going to buy another scooter for my girlfriend. To bad they lost a sale because of this.

I purchased 2 scooters for my grandchildren 3 years ago. They have been wrecked, rebuilt, refreshed... about all you can do. Staff is very knowledgeable, scooters a great units! Lots of fun for whole family.

The Best Electric Scooter Store

I never write reviews and I hate doing this but Im really really upset!!! Ive done a lot of research on scooters over the last month. I really thought this would be the best for me. Picked it up from FedEx had holes in the box, huge dent in the deck and scratched up. Some screws are stripped, and I feel like I bought a used scooter. Has scratches all below the handle bars on the bar that folds down. Very upset!!! I really thought after buying the Super Turbo 1000 Elite scooter that I would be really happy and satisfied. I am a mother to 3 kids that has a autoimmune disease thats only getting worse. I wanted to be able to ride in style with my kids and be able to get around with them when my knees wouldnt allow me to walk. Now Im a little worried that I got a used scooter. Scared Im going to have issues with this thing! Also I bought 4 accessories for it! Hill climbing kit, tail lights, bigger bag on back and rack. Also got the charging port. Anyways I dont think I recommend buying one from these people.

Would give below one star for customer support if I could. Ordered and received my scooter in a timely manner. Wanted to purchase some upgrade parts and another scooter. Called the phone number provided and nobody answered. Called each day repeatedly for two weeks with no answer. The recording instructs you NOT to leave a message because they dont check messages however they will call you back. Seems odd, but I waited patiently. Hmmm. So, you cant leave a message but someone will call you back?? Checking caller ID, perhaps? Guess not. Never heard from anyone, ever. My suggestion is that if you plan to drop some big bucks on a scooter, see if you can actually reach someone on the phone FIRST, so that you know if you will ever get any support, customer service or access to parts. I will not buy from these people again. Seems obvious that they cant run a reputable business that supplies any support or basic customer service. Heck, they cant even answer the phone over the course of two weeks for you to even buy another scooter. How stupidly can you possibly run a business? If you buy a scooter from them, you are obviously really gambling that it will be perfect when it comes and that you will never need to speak to someone. Not good enough for a $1000 scooter.

I will always write a review for either good or bad service/ customer service! These guys are hands down the WORST!!!! We got into town in Saturday afternoon rented the scooter by 5 pm by 6 pm we had a flat tire (unknowingly ran over a fish hook) well guess what... they close at 6pm on Saturday and dont reopen again until Monday at 11am! So according to their contract you are to return the scooter right away in the event of a problem with the scooter. Well so we had no way to get them to repair the scooter or replace it for almost 48 hours and at no point did they offer to allow us to keep the scooter an extra day to recoup the time lost! I would have gladly paid a flat tire fee to have it repaired in a timely manner but that too isnt an option! Morale of the story is dont rent from these bums! They are also rude and ignorant when even trying to ask why they wouldnt even offer an extra day or any kind of refund!

Well I have the 2K beast from them and its been a real Joy ever since it arrived last year and Ill continue to enjoy it. People ask me every single day where did I get it and how can they get one not a day goes by where do I dont hear that and I tell them where and the rest is on them

I wish I could give less than one star for customer service. The way they have the shipping set up with FedEx you must be willing to be on house arrest to have the scooter delivered.. I purchased the super 1300 lithium. The web site would not allow me to use my business credit card. I had to use a credit card that was linked to a home address. This means you have to be home to receive the scooter which would be fine if you dont work for a living. Because of the restrictions they have placed on FedEx. You cant have the scooter left at the local Fedex so that it can be picked up yourself not only that Fedex can not even tell you if the delivery will be morning or afternoon. I have had to bring in another employee to cover while I sit waiting at home for Fedex. Much more expensive than buying on Amazon and paying for shipping. I guess you get what you pay for. There free shipping is not free if you figure in the cost of wasted time and money. I will never buy from them again!

Ive purchased two scooters from this place and so far have been surprisingly pleased with their product and customer support. Great how-to repair and maintenance videos on their website have turned me into my own mechanic showing step by step instructions on everything from adjusting the brakes to diagnosing s non-working scooter. However new videos are needed to cover the lithium battery scooters and how to test the battery under load, properly maintain, replace, etc. Ive owned an 800 for 4 years, and just bought a 1000 lithium under a year ago! Theyre so much fun to ride, although in California I highly recommend getting the hill climbing kit to keep you zooming up steep hills! One issue: lithium battery wont hold a charge around 6 mths after purchase even though I was told lithium batteries should last much longer than normal batteries (such as those in my 4yr old 800 scooter that still work)? Called customer support 2 weeks ago and their voicemail msg said to not leave msg since they dont check, but they will return calls? Confusing. Called again following day and talked to Adam, I believe. Was happy to hear that even though the battery was no longer in warranty, they would go ahead and honor a free battery replacement if I returned the defective one. So I stuffed it into a large USPS flat rate box (3-day priority) and sent it back. So for the cost of postage -- about $17 -- Im getting a brand new lithium replacement. Those suckers arent cheap, so Im blown away by customer service so good it exceeds the mfg warranty

I have a scooter from them and it is one of the best! it has taken a beating of four years of wheelies, jumps and so on.
