Cute outdoor shopping mall with lots of places to shop until your heart’s content. Lots of parking, so very easy and doable to park, walk around from store to store, then navigate to another part of the mall. The only downside is TRAFFIC!!! Turning onto the highway, it takes 5 minutes for the light to turn green. A lot of cars gather in that span of time, causing a backup and sometimes requiring you to wait two lights (10 minutes) just to turn left. That on top of the 5 minute wait to turn into the mall. I tend to put on a 10 minute YouTube video to pass the time (lol).I can’t fault Tanger however, since this is an issue with a large stretch of the highway, not just Tanger.

Great experience and very clean! We really loved that everything was so close together and in a circle basically! Excellent design with plenty of benches to sit on, so you could rest, if needed between stores; especially carrying packages! Loved it!

As youd expect there are A LOT of store options (check the photos for directory). If youre trying to get into the popular stores (like Nike) expect a line to get in due to covid restrictions. Other than that its an attractive, clean and updated outdoor mall to shop for discounted apparel or get some Italian Ice/Aunty Annes.

Enjoying a day at Tanger Outlet at Myrtle Beach the little ones have fun too.

Great place to shop! Very clean and easy to get to. We always hit the Eddie Bauer outlet there when in Myrtle Beach. Both of the ladies there were great! Jessica who I believe is the manager found a vest Ive been looking for online at another outlet, ordered it and had it sent to my house. Great customer service!

My wife loves Tanger. We stop every time we head out to Myrtle. The ADIDAS, Coach and Columbia are her favorites. I like the value because my wallet doesnt hurt as much at the end of the day. She likes the brands and variety. Good parking and close to food.

Got everything I wanted. Needed some Victoria Secret. Even got a nice Tommy Hilfiger bag

You can find name brand products there if need something quick but dont expect to find great deals. Its basically a tourist trap.

Okay Tanger Outlet what everybody wants to know about Outlets is the prices and I think the prices are reasonable and they have a lot of shops

The staff was very very helpful, and polite. Very clean establishment. The person helping us even went a step further and found the item we wanted online and had it shipped directly to our house. I would highly recommend this place.

Bathrooms were sporadically not opened. Saw a toddler boy break into tears bc he had to potty and the doors were locked during business hours with no explanation. The ones we did find were super clean. Plenty of seating was available outside of shops, facility was kept clean and maintained beautifully!

A lot of stores with amazing deals. Place is quite clean as well. The outdoors vendors are not pushy. Food is easy to find. Parking is easy. Great place to shop with great deals. Had a good time going through this place. It does have a souvenir shop if youre looking for one.

To many stores to mention but your favorites store are there and worth the trip . Try shopping off season also for bargains galore.

Thought it was odd to not see a Nike outlet there. Still was ok though

I was on vacation with my best friend at the Beach. We always look for malls, shops and exciting places to grab a bite, desert, drink or places to shop, especially if there are bargains and sales on name brands. We always have to visit Tanger, because they have many shops and stores to choose from. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual with stores and staff being professional and friendly. The water fountain and flowers made it colorful and lively. After all of the shopping we just had to take care of our sweet tooth with Ice cream!

Nice center. Wife likes it better than Hwy 17 one, I prefer that one, because its bigger. Both in Myrtle have nice stores and great buys.

Enjoyed the various stores at the outlet mall. Wasnt crowded and enjoyed our time shopping.

Saleswoman named Tanisha was awesome in the New Balance shoe store. I was looking for something specific and she was knowledgeable, competent, and helpful. My go-to person in the New Balance store from now on.

Was a nice shopping experience. Had a bit of a walk though. Very big place, tons of stores to shop in. Where we parked was not very near where we had to go, so we had a bit of a trek. All the stores were neat and clean in appearance outside, there was an area for children to play while parents shopped. Beautifully landscaped Water fountains to enjoy, the whole place was appealing to the eye.

Your basic outdoor outlets- specialty name brand stores. Nice but similar to all outlets

They have a great store selection. Its a nice place to shop. Especially during COVID-19. As it is an outdoor, open access shopping center.Some of the stores have a maximum occupancy due to covid. So you may experience a line or two, depending on which stores you try shopping at.Just google Tanger Outlet to get a store selection.

This outlet is smaller than others but does have lots of stores. The area is very picturesque and welcoming. Some stores are expensive while others are very reasonably priced. It was the low season and as such some stores were closed. There were some empty store fronts in the mall.

Found some great deals at Crocs with the buy 1 and get 40% off the second. Fabulous pricing on American Eagle jeans. Came out with two large bags of clothing for under $80. Great fit, no pun intended.

Great selection of store. The upkeep around the property was very well kept. It appears the management team takes pride their property.

Disappointed that a few of my favorite stores are now gone…….The Kitchen Store, The Corelle/Corning Oulet, and The Lenox Outlet.

I accidentaly rated 1 star because my screen is cracked i meant to say 5 stars because the stores here are great,so much better than the outlets i have at home. I so eager to gp back there when i get the chance too.

Keep in mind- THERE ARE TWO LOCATIONS FOR THE TANGER OUTLETS!This was the first location we stopped at and it has a good variety of shops. Bathrooms were unfortunately dirty and most of the soap dispensers didn’t work inside.

Great place every name brand store you can possibly think of is thereFrom Nike to adidas to Hollister American eagle fudge shops. They have the cheapest prices if your looking for name brand clothing or shoes this is the place to GI. I honestly thought it would be expensive, boy was I wrong. Bout 2 pairs of Nike shoes got a great deal. And Hollister had shirts for $1 and $3 my favorite place to shop. Its hard finding size 00 this is the only place I can find and great deals!!

Absolutely the most peaceful Sunday afternoon, shopping around TANGER OUTLET HWY 501, enjoying shopping and also enjoying the set up of the outdoor premium outlet compared to all the other outlets that I have visited. This Tanger Outlet in Myrtle Beach by far has a beautiful set up with outdoor seating that is inviting, I recommend to come visit this location on HWY 501 in MB, SC, to sit & stay and even sun bath.

Im mixed about Tanger outlets.. are you really getting good deals there? The prices at most stores dont seem to be that great compared to just getting come clothes on sale.A couple times I got a good deal on sneakers at Nike. And there are alot of stores to choose from that you wouldnt be able to visit at a mall.There are 2 Tanger outlets in Myrtle beach. They both stay super busy during tourist season.I work in hospitality sales. And I know most customers that I see mention that they are going to the outlets while here.You cant find outlets close by in most places you live.So I guess for the experience or the hopebof finding a good bargain hunt its worth it.

They have a great scam going on you must buy one at full retail price then you can get a second one for 50% off. In most cases you only need one so where is the discount? Better off going to the Mall an waiting for sales. Unless you buy in bulk and want 25% off your entire order, otherwise you are waiting your money here.

Absolutely disappointed in the atrocious unprofessional attitude given by 1 worker at American Eagle. She couldnt simply show me where their next in line line started she had to YELL at me like a child. (I was next in line before other people started lining up in the next in line section) However, another worker was kind enough to wave me over and check out my items.Then went to Haagen Dazs for a milkshake and was waiting in front of the register to order. A worker waved the family behind me up and began taking their order. I immediately walked out. I refuse to spend my money where its obviously not wanted.

I absolutely love Tanger Outlets. Steven Tanger has been very successful because of his business strategy and once you shop at Tanger outlets youll see why his approach works. All of Tanger Outlets are kept up very well and every store I ever visit is kept up very nice. Every employee that works at Tanger seems to have a smile on their face and everyone is always very nice and respectful. Very nice clean stores and their bathrooms are always kept very clean as well. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

For most it would be a 5 star I suppose but it just isnt my kinda place to shop. Too expensive, I could care less about name brands and after a bit the stores all look the same to me with the exception of the few specialty shops. However if this is what you like you will love it. If you are a Walmart, country store, bargain hunting type person then you may want to keep rolling.

Good place to go shopping if youve gotten as much sun as you can tolerate for a day. Most of the shops are open, if not all of them. Some stores still have covid restrictions and mask necessary to shop, but still a good way to kill a few hours, especially if you have teenagers. They always seem interested in the latest drop from Nike and Adidas, botg brands have outlets at Tanger, and there are a number of other name brand stores in the complex. Some kind of hopping available for everyone in your group. Take some extra cash for Italian Ice vendors set up all along the concourse, its hot on thsidewalks in summer, but Italian Ice will cool you down quickly. A trip here is a good downtime day, and not far from Barefoot Landing also a well known shopping destination in Myrtle Beach, SC Alligator Adventures is right there if you have any energy after shopping.

Had a coupon to get their 5 dollar coupon book. They got all mad I would not give them my email address. Got the booklet. Unless I planned in spending 100 in a store it was useless. I compared prices as we shopped. Almost no deals. No real reason to go here.

Was on a first of the year get away with family. We took precaution as far as safe distance. But needed a break from being cooped up in house. Visiting all the Venders was exciting. You dont usually find the same styles in some of the stores. Thats the fun of shopping. 😌🦋

Got the 45 minutes before closing and saw the COVID line-up outside the entrance. Good to know that everyone is still staying safe. Merchandise purchased was as usual, good deals for an outlet.

Ok, the ONLY word I can think of to describe my Tanger experience is WOW! After a few months of post pandemic pithiness ( 😂) (ahem WalMart) it was like a cleansing breath of fresh air! EVERY SINGLE employee from many different stores too, that I just WALKED PAST, smiled and greeted me! Im talking about employees that werent even in their respective stores! Heck its rare that you can even find someone willing to help you lately at Walmart, let alone SMILE AND SPEAK! Its almost worth driving all the way to the beach anytime I need anything besides groceries!
