Very beautiful fabric and nice selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent over $150 on fabric and panels that are so cute and beautiful. I’m making my grandson a quilt and the selection for children is great! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

I’m from out of town and not one time did they even acknowledge that I was in their shop until I walked out the door. Not a friendly place to go and shop, and don’t waste your time all of their products are overpriced.

I found this gem of a shop while on vacation!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I like that while they did greet me, they left me alone to browse, and when I asked for assistance Anna was so pleasant to deal with! She helped me coordinate my fabrics and pulled the right color grunge I needed straight away...she has a great eye. We laughed and chatted and when my husband walked in he joined in the conversation and we had fun! If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to quilt shop. Stop by, you wont be sorry you did!

I have been coming to this store for years on beach vacations. They are usually amazing. We did not come in 2020 with the state of things but I was excited to come back! I was so disappointed. I walked in and greeted the staff member nearest the door and she never spoke a word…just turned away to keep putting price stickers on things. Finally found a familiar face in Ms. Donna who was as sweet as always. I don’t know what was going on with the unfriendly staff member that day but quite frankly they would do better to find someone else or let her work a job away from customers. The store was dead and it is obvious why. No one wants to shop someone they don’t feel welcome.

I have to laugh at the one star reviews. Couldn’t be more of a lie. The rule is you HAVE to wear a mask, as anywhere else...that’s the way it is. And in fact the governor DID say you need to wear one. As far as the staff goes, they are friendly, helpful, and have always been so gracious. We’ve had full on conversations about many things and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. It’s my place to get away for an hour or so and just enjoy the beautiful selections. Lori, who is an absolute sweetheart, taught me the proper way to cut fabric last week. Barbara and the rest of the staff always make me feel so welcome. They have an amazing selection of fabric and will help you pick and choose colors, and really care about their customers. I’ve never run into anyone with a bad attitude like others have said, and I’m in there 2-3x a week... but keep in mind just because a customer feels a certain way and chooses to express it, doesn’t mean the employees have to sit back and take someone being rude and feeling entitled. Outside of all of that this place is amazing and I love it! Definitely the best in the area!

During this time, when everyone is so very careful....it is nice to have a place to go and feel safe! Ladies in the shop are all absolutely wonderful! They are always so very helpful...as all quilters! Fellow quilters old or new you totally understand.

We are from Texas and Taco Mundos food was fantastic!! Real Mexican food and some of the best we have eaten!!! Cory our waiter was also awesome and he took special care of all of us, especially my 83 yr old Mom!! Great food, views, atmosphere and staff!!

I was really looking forward to visiting this store on my vacation. I was very disappointed. A few minutes after I entered the store, a younger employee asked if I needed any help. I didn’t at that time and told her I was just looking. No one spoke to me at all after that. They were too busy socializing among themselves. Another customer came in and asked about a fat quarter. It was obvious the customer was not a quilter but no one offered to explain to her what a fat quarter was. Finally, after the customer had picked out a bolt of fabric, someone explained she could have a 1/2 yard of fabric and it would be bigger than a fat quarter. I am not a regular at the quilt shop near my home but they are certainly more friendly than this shop. I won’t be back. A little customer service would go a long way!

The best quilting store. The personnel is the most friendliness, pleasant ladies you want to meet. They are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products they sell. I live about an 1-1/2 hrs away but I dont mind the ride. Its well worth it. I never go home empty handed.

Oh so many beautiful fabrics! Wide variety of fabrics from batiks to civil war era and everything in between. Theres always something on sale and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are my new best friends!

Dont come here if you are neither old nor local, you will be completely ignored. I am a young quilter and I was excited to visit this shop while in M.B. for vacation. We browsed, picked out a whole stack of fabrics, then... waited. We were fairly quickly told to stack our stuff at the end of a cutting table... then literally nothing. The lady IMMEDIATELY walked away to talk to two older ladies about classes and machines... there was another lady cutting at another counter (never offered to help us when she finished), then another employee came out of nowhere and helped a TOTALLY different older lady at my cut counter, literally moving my stack out of the way... then WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING me said, Im not sure if your first but your stack is smaller, so, yeah that lady had... one... less fabric than I did. For another 8 minutes we just stood there, being 100% ignored. Finally I looked at my husband and said well, I guess we should just go. I have never once been treated so awfully at a quilt store. Coming and getting stacks of fabric on vacation is one of my favorite things and this store will NEVER be on my list again. Absolutely ridiculous. They only got an extra star due to the fact that the store is well maintained and the fabric is quite nice (quality and selection) - but goodness, such awful service. Seriously a SINGLE Well be with you in a sec. Or oh, sorry I have to talk to these ladies about a class would go A LONG WAY.

I visited while on vacation and am happy to say this is one of the best shops have ever visited. I was greeted and assisted with every question I had. Beautiful shop and variety of projects and quality fabrics. 5 star for sure!

If I could give less than one star for rudeness I would. The shop looked beautiful with gorgeous fabric from what little I saw. I walked in and had my mask in hand. I had heard to not wear them as you are breathing carbon dioxide and its not healthy, but had one in case it was necessary. I opened my mouth to ask and didnt get a word out before some older lady with short grey hair BEllOWED at me. You cant walk in here without a mask! So loud it was as if I were five years old. Another lady actually laughed? I certainly missed the humor? It was like being spoken to as if I was little and walking out into the street before looking. To her credit there was a small sign on the door but the door was propped open and it couldnt be read like that. Maybe think before you embarrass somebody. It could have been said nicely.

Visited there this morning but was not allowed in because I didnt have a mask. I was told that the governor requires it for customers (not true) and the only people who dont know that are tourists. Guess Im technically a tourist, though we have vacationed here for many years. My desire was to support a local business (I planned on spending $100 or so), especially during this Covid crisis, but was derisively told Oh here we go again when I said that other stores like Walmart dont require masks for customers. Needless to say I will never set foot in this store again.

I have visited this quilt shop every time I was in area. First 3 visits were wonderful. I visited July 2019 and will never go back. The elderly lady was very cold and rude. Maybe review your staffs manners.

Expensive, smells kind of weird, and the shop attendants are rude and standoffish.They are very knowledgeable but expect to be judged if you do ask a question. I wont be visiting again.

My favorite quilt shop. Beautiful assortment of fabric, a variety of thread, notions, patterns, batting and anything you need to make a quilt. There is even an expert long arm quilter on premises to add finishing touches to your masterpiece. They also carry Janome sewing machines and offer classes.

This shop is hit or miss for me as far as fabric is concerned. I visit when we are in town, and sometimes I find lots of fabric I want, and others I don’t find anything. I’m a fabric addict, so it’s hard to disappoint me, but it happens here. I wish shops, this one included, carried more thread selections.
