I entered the store yesterday at 5:05 and they waited for me as I had called 15 minutes earlier. I have Note 10 + with a broken screen. The phone was repaired by 2:30 of the following day. Great service, fast response for and item that was not in stock. I like teh service... Thank you

I needed a new battery install for an IPhone 6s Plus. I was able to get it taken care of within 24 hours which included ordering the battery. The manager went above and beyond. Superior services. Thank you!! Definitely recommend this place! Straight forward and great prices!!

I dropped off 2 tablets to be fixed. One with a cracked screen and one needed a factory reset. The staff was super friendly and answered my many questions with a smile. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Will definitely use them again when my kiddo cracks her screen again!

They forgot screws in my phone and my back fell off my phone because they didn’t put a part back in! Screen geeks fixed everything for 1/2 of what I paid these crooks

I took my cellphone in for battery replacement and was told that my iPhone 7+ wasnt able to accept a new battery. The tech had little advice for me other than to take it to a place in Lufkin. I took the phone to Urgent Tech who replaced the battery without any problem and said he didnt think anyone else had opened the phone for servicing.

Very personable, very helpful AND they fixed my step son’s screen quicker than they said! Price was good also! I hope I never have to use them again, but sure am glad they were there! Thanks so much!!

Only because I cant give it zero stars. When I called to get a price and estimated time of repair, they told me 45 minutes to an hour, so I dropped the phone off and came back a few hours later. My phone still wasnt ready. I then asked what time they closed and I was told 6pm. I came back at 5:30pm and they were already closed!! I was unable to pick up my phone that day. When I was finally able to get my phone it was messed up! The home button no longer works and it wont hold a charge. My phone was in really good condition (other than the screen) before I dropped it off. I am very annoyed with this terrible service. I highly recommend staying away from here! (This phone was dropped off under Michael Smith) They reimbursed us but that doesnt make up for the fact that we had to purchase a new phone!! This happened at the Nacogdoches, TX location

Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with phone replacement. I took 2 iphones in to have screens replaced, buy 2 cases and 2 glass screen covers and the total was $368 which I paid in advance (BIG MISTAKE) Between my boyfriend and I, we have had over 30 screens replaced all over the US and 5 other countries and I have never dealt with such incompetence. They factory reset my boyfriends phone and attempted to enter the password so many times with out us present that it locked his phone down for 26 days. We took it in to Apple store in Dallas and they confirmed that there was no reason to reset the phone. We went back to the store numerous times during normal business hours and no one would be in the store. We made many phone calls and no one answered. We even attempted to call the Marshall location. When we finally got a hold of someone, we were told we would receive a refund. He took my card back, swiped it and gave us a return recipient for $368. However, Instead of refunding the $$$$, my bank statement shows they charged us another $319? We finally had file a police report yesterday. Please don’t take your phones here. I’m currently out almost $700

Very friendly and does well working with you. I was unsure of what I wanted but they walked me through the helping me figure it out. The first phone they received for me was defected so they sent it back immediately and got a new one. Very pleased.

Worst place ever. Took my phone in to get new screen and come back and now my home button doesn’t work and employee said my “assertive touch” was already on when i told him it wasn’t. I didnt even know what that was so please call me a lier to my face again. Also the speaker for calls is extremely muffled and my phone won’t vibrate at all! Then starts dropping screws out my phone trying to show me why my home button don’t work. I brought my phone here to get fixed, not have a different issue. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
